As the Resourcing Coordinator, you will provide a customer focused resourcing, administration and advice service. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including tutors and learning managers delivering a quality resourcing experience
Reporting to the Resourcing Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the administration of the resourcing cycle, including updating tutors’ availability and utilisation rates, ensuring tutors are utilised fully.

As the Head of Contract Performance & Relationships, you will be responsible for maximising the value of our delivery contracts, accountable for ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations and seeking opportunities for extension and retention through a keen understanding of customers’ business needs and aspirations. They will build strong relationships with our customers, being the voice of WEA voice in customers’ organisations and the voice of our customers in WEA, managing any delivery, compliance and financial issues that may prevent us from successful contract delivery and growth.
Reporting to the Director of Learning, Contract Performance and Relationships, the successful candidate will lead on our Step into Care, and West and South Yorkshire contracts.

As the Digital Communications Officer, you will will play a vital role in enabling the WEA to meet our mission to bring adult education within reach of everyone who needs it, fighting inequality and promoting social justice.
Reporting to the Digital Branding Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of impactful digital campaigns (web, social media, email marketing, PR/comms) that focus on promoting our work to a variety of audiences and stakeholders, enabling us to create change for thousands of adult learners across England and Scotland.
This role isn’t about marketing WEA courses, it’s about showcasing the impact of lifelong learning, growing our membership and influencing decision makers and the public.
This role would suit a self-starter with knowledge and experience of the social media and digital communications landscape and can think big picture about campaigning activity. Charity comms experience would be an advantage. We are a new team with high ambitions and exciting challenges looking for a creative storyteller who can shape our voice, drive conversations around our work and grow our reach

As the Head of Corporate Governance, you will ensure ongoing monitoring of governance effectiveness and continuous improvement, and the efficient and effective administration of governance process, including trustee and committee member recruitment and onboarding, tracking appointment terms, and annual skills audits. Together with other members of the corporate governance team, you will provide support to WEA’s local advisory panel volunteers, who provide important local insight and input to governance decision-making.
Reporting to the Director of Governance & Purpose the successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Governance & Purpose (Company Secretary) to support the Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Chairs of committees with advice and support on standards of good governance, and compliance. Developing and implementing systems that will enhance the effectiveness of governance regionally and nationally and promote positive corporate behaviour across the Association.
