About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the Individual Giving Team to work across our Stewardship Programme. The role of Marketing Executive will see you working across all aspects of a campaign to help drive lifesaving income for the RNLI and treat our donors really well.

About you

- An understanding of the importance of meaningful donor stewardship and a commitment to delivering an exceptional supporter experience
- Experience in delivery of marketing campaigns focused on driving supporter response and donations and retention
- Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Direct Mail, Email and Web channels
- Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
- To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

What you’ll do
As our Senior Website Officer, you’ll take ownership of Anna Freud’s key websites, leading their development, performance and day-to-day management to ensure they are effective, accessible and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them
- Lead and deliver website roadmaps and projects, working with teams across the charity to prioritise, QA and release improvements
- Manage and optimise website content, ensuring pages are accurate, engaging, on-brand and aligned with SEO best practice
- Use analytics, tracking and reporting to understand user behaviour and make data-driven improvements to performance and journeys
- Improve user experience and accessibility through testing, UX/CRO best practice and ongoing optimisation
- Oversee the technical performance of the websites, integrations and workflows, flagging risks and continuously improving ways of working
What you’ll bring
You’re an experienced, hands-on website professional who enjoys owning websites end to end, using insight, testing and strong technical know-how to improve performance, user experience and impact across a complex organisation.
- Strong experience managing and updating websites via a CMS, with the confidence to troubleshoot issues and take day-to-day ownership
- You’re comfortable leading website projects and development work, juggling priorities and working with multiple stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of SEO (on-page and technical), and experience improving search performance through well-planned content and structure
- You’re confident using tools like GA4, GTM and testing platforms, and enjoy turning data into clear insights and decisions

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities
One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. The postholder will also work alongside the CEO to develop and implement a new marketing strategy to enable ANCC to achieve its vision and mission globally. - Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing

- Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
- Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
- Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
- Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).
- Work creatively with the team to continue to develop strong relationships with ANCC alumni through digital communications, and maximising opportunities for engagement

About the Role
In this role, you will be working with engineering, product and research colleagues to build confidence using observability principles that aids our understanding of our users and help us continually improve our products. We work together in product squads alongside designers, researchers and education experts, regularly releasing new features and improvements to give teachers and their pupils quick and easy access to the highest quality learning resources.

About the role

About you
- Excellent knowledge of relevant homelessness, housing and welfare legislation
- Experience of working with individuals affected by homelessness or with complex and multiple support needs
- Experience of providing excellent customer service with a commitment to deliver the highest standard of customer care
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team in a busy and potentially pressured environment, dealing with challenging situations and behaviours with a calm and confident approach to reach a positive resolution.

Pancreatic Cancer UK is now seeking an experienced Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function. This pivotal leadership role will enable the Director of Finance, People and Operations to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring robust financial management, insight, and governance across the charity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of Pancreatic Cancer UK’s finance function, including financial and management accounting, VAT, and statutory reporting.
- Partnering with directorates across the charity to develop budgets, forecasts, and reporting that support strategic decision-making.
- Enhancing the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data to create a more forward-looking, insight-driven finance function.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar senior finance leadership role, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit organisation of comparable size (£5m–15m income).
- Strong technical skills across both financial and management accounting.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and financial control.
- Experience leading and developing a finance team and driving process and system improvements.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting fundraising and operational teams, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

What you’ll be doing …
Our Head of Events (HoE) will bring leadership and strategic vision to the Society’s Events team encompassing scientific conferences, venue hire, and training courses, working to deliver the business plan and achieve targets for this active, income-generating department.
This role will be responsible for supporting the six-strong team in delivery of our busy events programme, working effectively with conference convenors, and providing exemplary support to our delegates, venue users, sponsors, and clients throughout the year. Working closely with the Director of Science & Engagement, our new HoE will work to develop robust and diverse income streams for the Society from our events as well as sponsorship and will oversee the expansion of our venue hire provision into new markets (e.g. weddings) in addition to seizing other opportunities for growth.

- Shape and lead the Events team to deliver top-quality leadership and coordination of our events programmes and customer service for both internal users and external clients
