The role:

We’re looking for a senior leader to make co-production the way we work — not a project, not a principle, but embedded practice across the organisation.

This is a high-impact role shaping how lived experience drives strategy, design, delivery, and decision-making. You’ll lead a specialist team, but your influence will stretch internally and externally.

You’ll be responsible for turning ambition into action — building a clear roadmap, strengthening capability, and ensuring co-production is consistent, credible, and genuinely embedded into our work.

You’ll lead the development and delivery of new co-production products and partnerships, generating income and strengthening our position as a sector leader in co-production practice.

GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.

We are looking for a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to join our friendly and committed team.

Your role will be to support women practically and emotionally as they go through the criminal justice system.

PLEASE NOTE

this role is restricted to female applicants under the Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010)

Overall Objectives

To work within a multi-agency setting to provide a proactive service to adult victims of sexual violence within and outside the criminal justice system to:

• Risk assess and maintain client safety
• Help clients access their rights
• Monitor and keep clients informed of case progress and provide support through the criminal justice system
• Help clients access health and other services they require
• Build ongoing relationships with loved ones of a victim/survivor engaged in the ISVA service
• Provide an information point for loved ones on the CJS

Applicants who are not yet ISVA‑qualified, but who have relevant experience working within the criminal justice system and/or sexual violence services will also be considered. In this case, the successful candidate would be supported to complete the ISVA qualification.

During the training year, the salary would be £28,000 per annum, reflecting the cost of training and supervision. On successful completion of the ISVA qualification, the salary would increase to £30,000 per annum.

The salary for a qualified ISVA would be £30,000 – £32,000, depending on experience.

The Huntington's Disease Association is a UK registered charity that supports people affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We provide information, advice and support to families, friends, and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for three new team members to join our team of Specialist Huntington's Disease Advisers to support people affected by Huntington’s disease.

The roles available are:
• Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire, North & East Devon, Weston Supermare & Wiltshire Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 28 hours)
• East and South Yorkshire Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 21 hours)
• Surrey and South London Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 21 hours)

All roles available are home-based, but must be living in the area specified in the job title, as the job involves extensive travel within the region and occasional travel across England and Wales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who is dedicated and committed to the welfare of families affected by Huntington’s disease, developing and improving the quality of care that they receive. You will need to have skills gained within a Health and Social Care profession. Your main responsibilities will be to offer help, information, advice, support and education to everyone affected by Huntington’s disease and professionals involved in supporting them.

All three vacancies are on a part-time permanent contract. Due to team-wide commitments, you must be available to work on Tuesdays. All other working days (in line with contracted hours) may be flexible around your individual needs and the needs of the role. Regular working pattern will be agreed with your line manager upon successful appointment.

What you’ll do
You’ll create and deliver email and SMS campaigns that clearly communicate that Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer and the solutions we offer, in a thoughtful and genuinely helpful way to the people receiving them. You’ll think about how messages feel as well as how they perform, making sure they are accessible and reach the right person at the right time and through the right channel.
You’ll work alongside colleagues from different teams to plan and improve their campaigns, offering feedback in a way that builds confidence and supports learning. You’ll also develop and manage content calendars, helping to make sure our communications are joined up, relevant and aligned with what matters most to our supporters.
Part of your role will involve building and improving automated journeys and integrations, helping to create smoother, more personalised experiences. You’ll spend time looking at performance data, running tests and using what you learn to keep improving how we communicate.
You’ll also be a go-to person for our email and SMS platforms, sharing your knowledge, answering questions and helping others develop their skills.

We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.

We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.

At a time when legal support is increasingly limited, we have a vision that no one should have to face court alone.

You’ll be leading on a project to improve the way in which we triage our clients across our services, with a focus on supporting survivors of domestic abuse better, by enabling our volunteers to identify them earlier in the process and respond accordingly, incorporating a trauma-informed approach.

The role

The Triage Project Lead will be based in the service department, and you’ll be supported by the Head of Service Delivery. 

We’re open to applications from professionals with experience of designing and implementing effective traiging processes who are able to work remotely, and undertake some travel to our offices across England and Wales.
