As a Junior Impact Analyst, you will work with our Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership (GMBOP) and Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP) teams – partnerships that support people across Greater Manchester and Kirklees who are experiencing, or at risk of, housing insecurity and homelessness.
We bring together voluntary, community and public sector organisations to deliver joined-up, holistic and preventative support. Through our central hub and delivery partners, we ensure people can access the right support at the right time, without having to repeat their story.

Junior Impact Analyst Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include.
· Supporting on all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation as well as some programme administration.
· Completing data checks to ensure good quality quantitative and qualitative data is collected by frontline workers.
· Maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards with support from central teams.
· Regular reporting with insights that support continuous improvement of the programme design and delivery.
· Gathering and analysing data to measure the impact of service innovations.
· Producing monthly board packs for programme performance management.
· Supporting Delivery Partner teams (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services) to ensure they are using the data systems accurately and effectively.
· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.
· Supporting with programme administration including task planning, scheduling meetings, preparing invoices, writing minutes of meetings.
· Engaging with other analysts across BOP to share learnings from your own project and implement learnings from other projects in your own.

This is an important new role reporting to the Student Support Lead (Disability and Inclusion). The post-holder will provide support and advice to trainees with a wide range of needs, including disabilities such as SpLD, autism and ADHD, as well as mental health conditions. They will write Reasonable Adjustment Plans (RAPs), work with partners to ensure agreed support is implemented effectively, escalate cases where appropriate, and contribute insight to help strengthen student support, inclusion and wellbeing practice across NIoT. Above all, the role is focused on enabling an outstanding student experience.

Our job finder support can begin in custody and continue through the gate into the community, or start within the community. Typically, we work with an individual for between one and three months to establish work readiness and continue supporting them for up to a year after they secure employment. The post of Biodiversity Data and Evidence Officer is a central and varied role within EcoRecord, that will include making use of GIS mapping and specialised databases to analyse and digitise ecological data. About the Role
As a Children Sessional Play Worker, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of sessions and activities for children and young people at the refuge. This includes listening to children’s ideas to design services around their needs, choices, and aspirations. You will support and involve children in activities which are playful, stimulating, and enjoyable.
You will work alongside the Family Support Worker, encouraging all children to take part and have as much fun as possible whilst helping to develop children's learning, well-being, and social skills.
About You
You will have experience of working with children and you are passionate about play as well as dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe space for all children - supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children as well as practical experience of working with children and within a team. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to work on your own initiative and under supervision. A minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in child-care /play/ youthwork /sports/coaching or creative arts is desirable. The aims of the Bounce Back service are to provide up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support and advice & information to patients. We will visit patients on the ward and continue the sessions in the local community and in patient’s homes once discharged. We will facilitate a smooth and timely hospital discharge.

The Bounce Back worker will use a recovery orientated approach working with patients on the ward, and in the local community, including in people’s homes. The recovery approach includes empathy, warmth, acceptance, authenticity, compassion and humanity.
