About The Role

Hybrid opportunity with a London office presence needed 2 days a week.

As a CIPD level 5 qualified practitioner you’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding line managers and staff through complex people matters with empathy, evidence-based insight, and best-practice HR expertise.

You’ll serve as a frontline guide for employment relations, providing expert advice to resolve concerns in the workplace. You’ll act as the “ears on the ground,” identifying emerging themes and recommending proactive solutions that strengthen our Employee Value Proposition. You’ll coach and mentor managers with a performance-focused mindset, driving a culture of continuous improvement and trust. You’ll also lead and support on employment cases, grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, and wellbeing, ensuring clarity, compliance, and compassion.

Supported Housing Manager

Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.

The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.

· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.

· Seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at project/ organisational level

· Creating and developing a group programme which meets the needs of the women and aims of the project, such as effective communication and conflict resolution

· Planning and managing the staff rota and Out of Hours emergency on call rota, required to meet the needs of the service

The Senior Manager, HIV Services Coordination and Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting and enabling METRO’s HIV service managers and project leads to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impactful services. Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the post-holder provides day-to-day oversight of contracts, projects, and workstreams, offering hands-on supervision and management support across the HIV domain.

The post holder will act as a key link between delivery teams and the charity’s strategic leadership, helping staff navigate funder requirements, reporting deadlines, and project milestones. They will support the development of funding proposals, engage externally with commissioners and partners, and ensure METRO’s HIV services are aligned with good practice and funder expectations.

METRO Charity runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. These services include Pan London and local HIV prevention services, HIV support services including advice and advocacy and family support, HIV peer mentoring and counselling services. Many of these services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as the GMI Partnership consisting of Spectra, Positive East, and our partners such as The Love Tank and African Advocacy Foundation. Job Purpose

To provide strategic and  operational leadership for the Bexley Mental Health  Hub, which is an integrated service between Mind in Bexley,  Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care . The postholder will play a key role in supporting three partners to deliver an  integrated service, ensuring alignment, coordination, and high standards across both organisations. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other senior leads to ensure service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.

This position requires the ability to deliver results at pace, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. The postholder will manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring performance, professional development, and wellbeing are prioritised. Longfield Hall Trust (LHT) manages the historic Longfield Hall, offering a range of cultural experiences and classes for all ages. Our new Memory Café project aims to support dementia patients and their carers by providing a welcoming space for social and recreational activities. The Café will offer dementia friendly activities (including karaoke, bingo, arts/crafts and immersive theatre/dance shows) to empower dementia patients to enjoy regular social, cognitive and physical activities.

Alongside supporting patients, the Memory Café will create a highly supportive environment for carers. This will enable carers to take some 'time out' while remaining nearby in a safe space where both carers and patients can socialize more widely. Furthermore, the Café will provide access to information about relevant local services, ensuring comprehensive support for all attendees.

The Memory Café Care Worker will support the Memory Café Manager and enable us to support a broad range of dementia patients and their carers.

The Person We Are Looking For:

The Senior Centre Manager will take full responsibility for the operations at PACE’s Camden Square Playcentre. They will ensure that all services are delivered in a safe way, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and support the delivery of the PACE policies. Their responsibilities will be to create and retain a happy and committed staff team, lead them in delivering high quality play services that promote the children’s health and well-being, and assist in the development of new projects and services. As an experienced playwork manager, you will work effectively with stakeholders and develop positive relationships with parents/carers.

To succeed in this role, you will have an appropriate early years, childcare, education or playwork qualification at Level 3 or above.  You will also have experience managing staff and leading teams in delivering high-quality, inclusive play or childcare services.

As our CRM Product Manager, you will define and deliver a visionary CRM strategy that empowers WaterAid’s fundraising success, working closely with technical teams, fundraising stakeholders, and global partners to drive sustainable change.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams through technology transformation, with experience in stakeholder management and navigating change.

• Knowledge of fundraising-specific CRM services such as GiftAid, Direct Debits, BACs, event and supporter management.

Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description

The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. • Generating income for Waterwise by retaining existing partners, recruiting new partners, selling sponsorship opportunities, and increasing engagement and investment in Waterwise membership and services
