About the role
As Finance, FJ and Operations Director, you’ll work closely with our two Co-CEOs to deliver CFG’s mission: championing financial sustainability for charities. We are seeking a part-time Money Skills Coordinator to help us deliver our ambitious plans to equip more individuals with money skills. The primary purpose of this role is to manage Crosslight’s money skills courses that are attended by the local community as well as our debt advice clients. These are delivered online or in-person in a range of different locations across our network.
The role holder will take ownership of the planning and running of our money skills workshops, including setting them up on our systems. They will also act as a ‘champion’ for the courses, promoting them internally and externally, including through community engagement and outreach in different locations. And they will have the opportunity to deliver some of our workshops, as well as supporting and equipping our volunteers to do so to a high standard.

About the role
It’s an exciting and important time for our charity as we work to help more people out of homelessness and poverty as part of an ambitious strategy.
The newly created role of Federation Development Lead will sit within the Partnerships and Federation Development directorate, to support the delivery of key charity and federation-wide objectives, as part of our mission to empower people affected by homelessness and poverty to change their lives for the better while using our voice to achieve social change.

The role will also provide a critical role in the implementation and delivery of Emmaus UK’s ambitious plans to seek registration as a provider of social housing. You will provide the project management and technical skills required to support the successful delivery of the application process, ensuring that risk and regulatory requirements are considered and acted upon at each stage, maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders externally and across the federation.
As the Federation Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of the Emmaus movement within the UK, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the overall success of the federation. Your role will involve supporting the development and delivery of strategic plans, programme design and implementation, stakeholder management, and continuous evaluation and improvement of developed initiatives.

Job Title: Caretaker

With the Healthcare Coordinator, you will assist the residents in accessing GP and specialist services, and ensuring that up to date electronic records are maintained of all healthcare matters for residents.
You will have excellent administrative and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, along with a commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care and support. Medical knowledge may be advantageous, but is not a necessity for this role.

provides 24-hour supported housing services offering medium levels of housing-related support for young people aged 16-25 with 38 bedspaces and shared communal facilities. We adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures. We have a dedicated team of Support Workers, Night Workers and additional Bank Workers who provide support, guidance, and signposting around areas such as housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs, relationship building and wellbeing. Situated in the centre of Crawley, the service has strong links with and contributes to the local community.
Each Support Worker holds a caseload of residents and meets with them weekly to build a support plan and help them achieve their goals.
We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Crawley Foyer team. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing:
- Coach young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules, in preparation for independent living
 - Promote a credit culture, encouraging young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits for young people and be well-informed on significant changes to housing law

Our Refuge works to support women with complex and enduring needs and women who experience domestic abuse to reclaim their power and find their voice. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional support to women and children at a particularly challenging time in their lives. - Due to the nature of the service, it is an occupational requirement that the post holder is female and the post is therefore exempt from the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 in terms of Schedule 9, Part 1, and Paragraph 1 of the Act.
 - Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs
 - Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
 - Experience working with, or a strong understanding of, domestic abuse and the systemic barriers faced by women.
 - Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
 - Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
 - Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders
 - Understanding of the different needs people with multiple and complex needs have and be aware of the social marginalisation that can be attached to people who face personal challenges
