We are seeking a part-time, motivated and organised Income Generation Manger to support our fundraising efforts and help grow our income. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in income generation within the charity sector. The postholder will lead on our very successful corporate sponsorship programme and will develop our individual giving programme. The role will be an opportunity to develop and lead programmes while being supported by the CEO and Senior Management Team with a chance to make a real impact.

Mission Without Borders International (MWBI) is a Christian organisation working in six of the poorest countries in Eastern Europe, raising funds through twelve organizations.
We are an international network of Christians who journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty, always sharing the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. We serve people without regard to their religion or ethnic background.
We want to see lives transformed, across generations, with hope for the future. Consequently, we work with families; with children, living in both communities and government institutions; and with the elderly, who are often the most isolated in poor communities. We journey with them over a five-year period to ensure we develop sustainable solutions and always in partnership with the local Church and a network of Coordinators who live in their local communities.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.
You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. You will be passionate about our vision to reach people for Christ.

We are seeking a results-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager (known at Guide Dogs as Committed Giving Acquisition Campaign Manager) to lead our Acquisition team and manage supporter acquisition across key regular giving fundraising products such as Sponsor a Puppy and Lucky Lottery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans to maximise income, meet acquisition targets, and ensure the long-term success of our campaigns.
You’ll manage and execute direct marketing campaigns ensuring they meet income and expenditure goals. You will also line manage and lead a team of Officers and Executives to deliver these campaigns, collaborating with the Committed Giving Product Manager to support their development. Key responsibilities include contributing to the wider fundraising strategy, analysing campaign data to optimise return on investment, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products, as well as ideate new propositions for testing. Your work will help guide people with sight loss to live the life they choose.

We value in-person collaboration with our teams and those we support, so the ability to travel to our sites is needed for this role. We support hybrid working arrangements, so you have flexibility to work in a way that’s best for you. This role will be based at our Reading office 2 days a week, where you’ll collaborate closely with the Committed Giving team. The remaining days offer flexibility to work from home. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
