Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About KDASS

Kirklees Domestic Abuse Specialist Services (KDASS) is a partnership between Connect Housing, Women Centre, and RASAC Kirklees. Together we deliver specialist, trauma-informed, and person-centred support for people who have experienced harm through domestic abuse.

Grounded in the Kirklees Domestic Abuse Strategy, KDASS aims to:

• Empower people to live free from harm and fear

• Give advice and deliver personalised interventions to reduce the risk of harm or symptoms of trauma cause by Domestic Abuse through accessible, person-centred pathways

• Work collaboratively with valued statutory and third sector agencies to achieve the best outcomes and impact for each individual.

About the opportunity

As a vital first point of contact for people affected by domestic abuse, you will play a central role in ensuring that every person who reaches out to KDASS is heard, supported and connected with the right help at the right time. Through compassionate, person-led conversations, you will listen, explore and understand individual experiences, identify risks, and ensure a safe and supportive pathway into the most suitable specialist service within our partnership.

As part of our Triage Team, you’ll:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls into the KDASS central point of access, offering immediate emotional support, advice and guidance

• Review and process referrals received via our online portal and access system.

• Triage victims/survivors to the most appropriate service within agreed timeframes

• Input and maintain accurate case records in the Oasis system

• Identify and escalate any immediate safeguarding concerns through the appropriate pathways;

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partner agencies to ensure smooth referral pathways; and

• Work closely with the Programme Manager to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for development within the service.

At Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network we’re looking for someone to join us as our Senior Legal Aid Advisor. We will always stand by people standing up to an unjust immigration system. We provide a safe haven for people to rebuild their lives and our Senior Legal Aid Advisor role is a key part of that. Sitting in the immigration team, you will work on our Legal Aid contract alongside a team of Immigration Advisors working on a mix of grant funded projects for migrants unable to afford private representation. You will work within a supportive environment, reporting to our Immigration Manager, and be able to develop your areas of expertise. We’re a small and colaborative team so you will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the organisation. 

Main Roles
Manage a full caseload of complex immigration matters funded by legal aid, including
asylum, human rights, and deportation cases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations (IAAS, SRA, LAA).
Complete funding applications, manage provider submissions, track time, prepare
and submit legal aid bills and ensure compliance with LAA obligations.
Provide ad hoc supervision, mentoring or training to members of the immigration
team working on related immigration matters.

Specific Duties
1.Manage a full caseload of complex immigration matters funded by legal aid,
including asylum, human rights, and deportation cases.
a.Manage a complex caseload across the field of immigration, nationality and
asylum law.
b.Prepare, draft and file appeals to the First-tier and Upper Tribunals and conduct
appeals hearings as required.
c.Own legal aid processes for each case: complete funding applications, provider
submissions, billing, time recording and compliance with funder requirements.
d.Provide expert legal advice and represent clients in hearings; instruct counsel
when necessary and manage counsel budgets.
e.Interview and advise clients regarding immigration and asylum law procedure, and
practice in a sensitive and professional manner.
f.To maintain accurate and detailed case records of clients for the purpose of
continuity of casework, information retrieval and statistical monitoring, using
Advice Pro as appropriate and as required by management.
g.Advocate on behalf of clients by telephone, letter and email with appropriate
agencies.

2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations (IAAS, SRA, LAA).
a.Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in line with IAA, IAAS
registration or similar professional body, e.g. SRA
b.Keep up to date at all times with changes in the law by reading and attending
training events relating to asylum and immigration.
c.Adhere to casework procedures as outlined in LRMN’s policies, the IAA, SRA,
IAAS, SQM and AQS.
d.To maintain accurate and detailed case records of clients for the purpose of
continuity of casework, information retrieval and statistical monitoring, using
manual or/and computerised systems (Advicepro) as appropriate and as required
by management.
e.Produce reports to meet funder’s and LRMN requirements.
f.Work closely with the Immigration Manager and/or external evaluator in gathering
data and information to produce accurate monitoring and evaluation reports.
g.To assist LRMN in liaising with its funders and to provide statistical information
and updates as required.

3. Complete funding applications, manage provider submissions, track time, prepare and
submit legal aid bills and ensure compliance with LAA obligations.
a.Complete initial funding applications and any subsequent variations or
exceptional funding requests; gather and upload supporting evidence; ensure
eligibility and means assessments are correctly recorded.
b.Submit and monitor claims through the LAA portal (or other relevant portals),
respond to queries or requests for further information, and liaise with LAA
caseworkers or contract managers as required.
c.Draft detailed bills in the required format, check calculation of fees and
disbursements, obtain necessary approvals, and submit within contractual
deadlines.
d.Maintain documentary proof to satisfy LAA audit requirements (attendance
notes, advice records, evidence of means), respond to audit enquiries, and
implement remedial actions where required.

4. Provide ad hoc supervision, mentoring or training to members of the immigration team
working on related immigration matters.
a.Maintain close liaison with the Immigration Manager to ensure a unified approach
to leading and developing the team.
b.Provide occasional mentoring or supervision to individuals working on legal aid
cases.
c.Provide occasional training to individuals working on legal aid cases.

5. Other Duties
a.To participate in LRMN staff meetings, maintaining a high level of professionalism
and contributing skills and knowledge towards best practice for the organisation.
b.To attend supervision and appraisal meetings and other relevant activities.
c.To be able to perform your own administrative duties.
d.Work flexibly as agreed to meet the demands of the service – this may involve
occasional evening, weekend and outreach work.
e.Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to the work of the organisation.
f.Comply with LRMN’s policies and procedures.

About Unfold

Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.

For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. We’ve also developed specialised programmes for refugees, children excluded from school, those with care experience, and families facing homelessness.

About the Role

The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.

The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.

The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.

Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Programme Manager will contribute to wider organisational planning and development. The role may include occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

This is a key role in fulfilling CEASE’s aim to drive legislative reform that strengthens accountability, scrutiny and regulation of all parts of the commercial sex industry and other vested commercial interests, which are driving sexual violence, abuse and exploitation. It is about holding the UK government accountable in its duty to protect citizens from high-harm industries, appealing to robust evidence, survivor testimony and a careful critical analysis of the ideological justifications that uphold it. 

The work crosses multiple different areas, from policing, online safety and child protection to violence against women and girls (VAWG). It involves close collaboration with experts and partner organisations through strategic partnerships and coalitions, and the building of trusted relationships with MPs, Peers, civil servants and other decision-makers.

This role sits within the Activism strand of CEASE’s strategy, alongside media outreach and commercial advocacy, and works closely with the Chief Executive and Strategic Director 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

A. Strategic Leadership

• Work closely and effectively with the Chief Executive, Strategic Director and Trustees to advise on priorities and opportunities within this space.

• Develop both short- and long-term political strategies to engage key stakeholders with CEASE’s policy solutions.

• Identify and formulate strategies for gathering robust evidence on key issues where needed.

• Shape policy recommendations in line with CEASE’s strategic priorities and emerging trends.

• Ensure all external engagement reflects CEASE’s values and core messaging.

• Contribute political intelligence and insight to CEASE’s wider strategic planning and organisational development.

B. Policy

Goal: To ensure CEASE’s policy recommendations are robust, evidence-based, survivor-informed and coherent.

• Gather and present evidence on commercial and cultural drivers of sexual abuse and exploitation, and on systemic failures in regulation and enforcement.

• Identify evidence gaps and devise effective means for CEASE or partners within our networks to fill them.

• Produce policy briefings and consultation responses for parliamentarians and civil servants, often in collaboration with allies.

• Monitor parliamentary business in Westminster, analysing legislation and proposing amendments grounded in evidence and framed for maximum impact.

• Develop CEASE’s positions on new and emerging issues and technologies in line with our mission.

• Prepare speeches and statements for the Chief Executive or Strategic Director to deliver to parliamentarians, committees and inquiries.

• Integrate survivor insight and lived experience into policy and advocacy materials wherever appropriate.

• Analyse, distil and present research findings to provide credible, compelling evidence for policymakers and stakeholders.

• Track engagement outcomes and evaluate the impact of CEASE’s policy work, sharing learning internally.

C. Public Affairs

Goal: To ensure CEASE’s policy recommendations are seen, heard and acted upon.

• Create opportunities to promote CEASE’s policy solutions in Westminster through roundtables, drop-ins and parliamentary events.

• Engage directly with decision-makers, building trusted relationships across parties and with key officials.

• Identify and support parliamentarians who can champion CEASE’s issues through speeches, strategic questions, debate briefings and Private Members’ Bills.

• Build and maintain relationships with MPs, Peers, civil servants and officials in relevant government departments (Home Office, DCMS, DfE, etc.); participate in select committees and APPGs.

• Monitor the political landscape to identify alignment between CEASE’s goals and current government priorities, debates and legislative timetables.

• Collaborate with colleagues to nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as charities, public bodies, academic institutions, industry figures and experts.

• Lead or contribute to policy-focused coalitions and alliances aimed at influencing government and legislative reform.

• Support wider campaigns that leverage coalition backing (e.g. petitions, iParls or media initiatives), aligning messaging across CEASE’s team to amplify impact.

• Track and evaluate the reach and influence of CEASE’s public affairs activities to inform ongoing strategy.

D. Research

• Maintain awareness of political and legal developments in other countries and international bodies such as the UN.

• Commission or collaborate on research that strengthens CEASE’s evidence base and credibility.

• Distil complex research and policy information into accessible formats for internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the Chief Executive and Strategic Director.

• Work with the wider CEASE team to “demystify” the political process and support civic and grassroots engagement.

E. Fundraising

• Identify potential donors and funding opportunities through policy networks.

• Contribute to the development of compelling funding cases linked to CEASE’s policy impact and advocacy outcomes.

General Responsibilities

• Represent CEASE externally to promote its work and values.

• Uphold CEASE’s ethical and professional standards at all times.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Chief Executive.

Support Worker (Women Only)

Location: Barton Seagrave, Kettering, Northamptonshire (hybrid – in-person at least one day per week)
Contract: Two part-time roles (totalling 37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for two reliable, highly organised individuals to provide practical and accessibility support to a blind researcher working on projects relating to domestic abuse.

This is a varied and meaningful role — helping to remove barriers so the researcher can carry out their work effectively. You’ll be supporting with everything from reading and interpreting research materials to creating accessible documents, assisting with travel and navigation, and helping with technology and admin tasks.

The ideal candidates will have excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to equality, inclusion, and disability rights. You’ll need to be comfortable handling sensitive information and supporting research that may involve complex or emotive subject matter.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting printed and digital materials, including quantitative data and statistical outputs.

• Assisting with academic research and sourcing materials.

• Taking notes during meetings and workshops.

• Creating and checking accessible Word, PDF, and PowerPoint documents.

• Supporting with travel bookings, expenses, and in-person navigation at meetings and events.

You’ll bring:

• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a subject requiring strong literacy skills.

Head of India Office

Location: ITF Delhi Office

Are you a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the Indian political and trade union landscape? Can you build strategic relationships and drive meaningful change for workers? The International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Office to lead our presence in India and shape the future of transport workers' rights.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the helm of our Delhi office, overseeing our programmes, engaging with key stakeholders, and strengthening the labour movement across all transport sectors in India and South Asia.

About the Role

As the Head of the India Office, you will be the senior representative and strategic leader for the ITF in the region. You will have overall responsibility for the operational and political effectiveness of the Delhi office, ensuring our work is aligned with both regional and global objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Providing high-level oversight of all work programmes and administrative functions, ensuring the office contributes decisively to the ITF's regional and global strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Union Strengthening: Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with ITF-affiliated unions and potential affiliates. You will offer high-level political and strategic support to advance organising, advocacy, and leadership development.
•  Programme & Project Delivery: Ensuring the effective implementation of ITF priorities and regional work programmes. You will facilitate the development, implementation, and reporting of donor-funded projects to achieve their contractual objectives.
•  Team & Office Management: Overseeing the operational functioning of the Delhi office, including staff management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Championing Inclusion: Leading on the commitment to advance the leadership and empowerment of women and young workers, ensuring they are central to all regional strategies and activities.

You will report directly to the Asia Pacific Regional Secretary and work closely with the regional leadership team.

About You

We are looking for a proven leader who is passionate about workers' rights and has the strategic vision to grow our impact in India. You are a politically astute professional with excellent communication skills and a talent for building consensus.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven Senior Leadership Experience: A track record of leading teams and offices, preferably within a membership-based, trade union, or non-profit context.
• Expertise in the Region: A deep understanding of the political, economic, and social landscape of India and South Asia, particularly relating to labour rights and the transport sector.
• Exceptional Relationship Builder: Demonstrable experience in high-level stakeholder engagement with unions, government bodies, and other key actors.
• Strategic Programme Manager: Strong experience in overseeing multiple work programmes and managing donor-funded projects, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives.
•  A Commitment to Empowerment: A genuine and demonstrable commitment to advancing the leadership of women and young workers within the labour movement.
• Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for high-level reporting, advocacy, and representation.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse. 

Tender has grown significantly in recent years. We have secured income from an increasing range of sources: corporates, major donors, trusts & foundations and statutory funders. We have done this with a small but highly effective development team.

With a clear strategic focus for the next five years, we are strengthening our development team to ensure we have the funding needed to achieve our strategic ambitions. We plan to grow both the extent of our reach across the country, and the difference we make to the people we work with. We are also planning to increase the effectiveness of our policy & influencing work, aiming to deliver significant, systemic change to how violence against women and girls is prevented.

You will play a pivotal role in raising the funding for our ambitions, focusing on statutory and trusts & foundations income streams. You will lead on both these income streams, managing existing funders and securing new funders. You will secure income from your own portfolio of funders and partners, and lead and inspire the team to achieve their own ambitious targets, both through new sources and through excellent stewardship of existing funders.

Role purpose

The main purposes of this role are:

• Researching, identifying and applying for grant funding and commissioning from statutory sources, trusts and foundations (T&F)
• Developing and writing high quality fundraising bids which align with the objectives and needs of statutory funders, T&F and Tender’s strategic objectives
• Managing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with a range of stakeholders (statutory funders, T&F, delivery partners, professionals in the sector, internal stakeholders)
• Developing the Statutory and T&F strategy in collaboration with the Development Director

Main responsibilities and duties

New business development

• Developing and implementing a strategy to develop relationships with, and maximise income from, statutory sources, T&F
• Working with service managers, designing, developing and submitting high-quality funding proposals to statutory sources, T&F which are technically sound, meet donor requirements and align with Tender’s strategic objectives
• Maintaining an up-to-date market awareness of grant-making trends and best practice in T&F fundraising
• Developing the overall statutory and T & F strategy with oversight from the Development Director
• Monitoring and reporting against business development plans to ensure objectives are achieved, and proposing plans for remedial action if projections are not on track

Relationships

• Managing relationships with Statutory sources and T&F funding Tender, building a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of each funder
• Developing and executing stewardship and relationship management plans for T&F to maximise the value and duration of their support for Tender
• Overseeing the production of high-quality monitoring reports for T&F, and using insights from funded programmes to develop case for support materials
• Working with other Tender managers to ensure the consistent tone and positioning of Tender in the implementation of marketing of all projects
• Line managing two Development Officers

Administration

• Working with the Governance team to improve operational effectiveness and quality service by identifying and implementing process improvements
• Contributing to the maintenance of Tender’s overall Development function, providing appropriate analysis and reports
• Developing and maintaining a funding database and ensuring it is up to date to effectively monitor and evaluate the strategy
• Completing all mandatory training, and proactively seek opportunities for ongoing professional development
• Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, including safeguarding, data protection and equal opportunities

Support Worker (Women Only)

Location: Barton Seagrave, Kettering, Northamptonshire (hybrid – in-person at least one day per week)
Contract: Two part-time roles (totalling 37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £14ph plus holiday pay

We’re looking for two reliable, highly organised individuals to provide practical and accessibility support to a blind researcher working on projects relating to domestic abuse.

This is a varied and meaningful role — helping to remove barriers so the researcher can carry out their work effectively. You’ll be supporting with everything from reading and interpreting research materials to creating accessible documents, assisting with travel and navigation, and helping with technology and admin tasks.

The ideal candidates will have excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to equality, inclusion, and disability rights. You’ll need to be comfortable handling sensitive information and supporting research that may involve complex or emotive subject matter.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting printed and digital materials, including quantitative data and statistical outputs.

• Assisting with academic research and sourcing materials.

• Taking notes during meetings and workshops.

• Creating and checking accessible Word, PDF, and PowerPoint documents.

• Supporting with travel bookings, expenses, and in-person navigation at meetings and events.

You’ll bring:

• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a subject requiring strong literacy skills.

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Confidence with Microsoft Office and data tools such as Excel.

• An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection.

• A respectful, non-judgmental approach to supporting disabled people’s autonomy and expertise.

• The ability to provide in-person support in Barton Seagrave at least once per week.

It would also be great if you have:

• Experience using academic databases and accessing journal articles.

• An interest in visual communication or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
