ABOUT YOU

As we grow and adapt to the changing needs of the sector, we are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Board & Governance Administrator to support the delivery of our new 5-year strategy and to oversee the smooth running of our administrative/governance operations.

This role requires a meticulous individual, with previous experience in a high-level administrative role and ideally some knowledge of charity governance. The postholder will have excellent organisational & IT skills, a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. The Royal Historical Society seeks to appoint an Events and Academic Engagement Officer (0.6 FTE) to join its professional Office based at University College London. The post will help support and develop the Society’s activities with a particular focus on  academic and training events, networking for members of the Society, and scholarly communications.

Job purpose:

The post holder will support the Digital Content Manager in implementing the Association’s digital strategy. They will create web content that is user focused, accessible and optimised for search engines. They will maintain a content schedule, coordinating activities across the organisation and will build relationships with a variety of subject matter experts. They will support the Digital Content Manager in managing the Association’s digital channels.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting the management of the Association’s digital campaigns and tracking and reporting on digital campaigns to guide improvements. Programme Delivery Officer role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.

About the Role

The role of Database Officer sits in the Data, Evidence and Monitoring team, at the junction of frontline services, fundraising and the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of In-Form, our case management system for frontline services. In-Form represents a key data asset for the organisation so we are looking for someone who is responsible, conscientious and able to provide excellent customer service to other stakeholders who rely on In-Form. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic communicator to help raise Creekside’s profile and connect with a growing, diverse audience. As a key member of our small team, you’ll lead on developing and delivering our communications strategy—bringing our mission to life across social media, our website, and other platforms.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join our Business Development & Commissioning Team as our new Business Development Marketing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to further build their skills, knowledge and experience in both marketing and business development, working as part of a high-performing team.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Community Rehabilitation Service. We are the largest centre commissioned by NHS England for Category A neurorehabilitation.

The team plays a pivotal role in generating and overseeing referrals for our frontline services whilst managing all children and young people placement-related activity. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Business Development Marketing Manager to drive referral generating activity through both business development and marketing activity. This may include direct mail and advertising campaigns, both on and offline, through to organising and attending events, both those hosted by other organisations and our own. You’ll play an important role in supporting coordination of and delivery of this activity.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:

• An understanding of business development and marketing, ideally be in a services-oriented environment but this is not essential.
• Experience in implementing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns – both on and offline, whether to consumers (B2C), professionals (B2B), or government departments/professionals (B2G).
• Ability to work well with others – both within the BD&C team and across other departments, including the central marketing and communications team who support implementation of our plans.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and tasks at one time.

Role purpose

To provide efficient, high-quality administrative and communications support to the Foundation and its Head of Foundation. The Administrative Officer will act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries, oversee day-to-day office administration, manage correspondence, and support the Foundation’s communications, events, and compliance activities.

This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to support the smooth running of the Foundation.

Key duties and responsibilities

Administration and office support

· Act as the first point of contact (phone, email, in-person) for enquiries, providing professional and courteous service.

· Manage correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and responding to routine communications.

· Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.

· Support scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination for the Head of Foundation.

· Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and circulate papers for meetings.

· Support the efficient day-to-day running of the office, including supplies and equipment, contact records, travel arrangements, and liaison with service providers.

Communications and publicity

· Support the preparation and publication of content for the Foundation’s website and social media channels.

Events and coordination
