Our Senior Individual Giving Acquisition Officer will develop, test, learn and grow our fundraising acquisition programme. The role is crucial in implementing our strategy to attract new audiences and donors across a wide range of fundraising products and campaigns from regular giving to virtual challenges.
This exciting role manages and supports all aspects of fundraising acquisition activity from planning and set-up to implementing end of campaign recommendations. The post holder will work closely with the Individual Giving and Legacy Manager and Head of Public Fundraising to plan how Bowel Cancer UK can acquire supporters through new and innovative campaigns and channels – taking a measured, test and learn approach.
As well as working closely with the entire Public Fundraising Team, the role will also collaborate with other key internal stakeholders and is responsible for fostering excellent working relationships with our portfolio of external agency partners.

This is what you'll be doing:
- Lead the delivery and expansion of a successful trolley services across South Wales.
- Manage the recruitment of volunteers to lead trolley services.
- Engage, motivate and coordinate your team of volunteers to ensure reliable and consistent trolley services.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with various NHS Trusts to operate, promote and develop trolley services.
- Ensure that volunteers and trolley services comply with associated statutory standards policies and procedures e.g. Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Data Protection, Financial controls and other operating policies and procedures.
- Deliver trolley services in line with agreed Profit and Loss budget, monitoring performance regularly in order to flex costs in line with turnover performance.
- Manage stock, pricing, cash handing and baking in accordance with RVS policy and procedures.
- Report, monitor, evaluate and feedback to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve trolley service and volunteering efficiency.
- Utilise systems and management reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement across your services, implementing the changes through your team
- Complete regular competitor visits to identify trends and opportunities taking appropriate action locally whilst giving feedback to the Retail Support team through your Area Manager.
- Work flexible hours to fit with the trading hours of the trolley service.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the role.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Manager to lead the development and delivery of BNG projects across the Woodland Trust estate, including identifying and managing on-site opportunities and habitat banks.
The Role:
- Build and manage relationships with local authorities, partners, and internal teams to unlock BNG opportunities aligned with our Create and Restore goals.

Call Centre Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a contact centre or similar client-focused service environment.

- Experience working within the public or third sector is desirable.

Hertfordshire Mind Network deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing a diverse range of services from our seven Wellbeing Centres and other venues across all ten districts of the county. Funded locally, our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18 and we offer dedicated services for 5–18-year-olds.
