As Fundraising Officer, you will support the overall fundraising target for The Stoll Foundation and provide excellent administrative across the team. You will be working with the Fundraising Manager with mailouts and funder visits and support the wider fundraising team in delivering written appeals to individuals for regular giving and legacy campaigns. In addition to this, you will support colleagues to put-on high-quality fundraising events by providing strong administrative support and acting as first point of contact for event participants and attendees where appropriate. You will support on departmental and Stoll wide meetings, preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking and circulating minutes. You will also ensure that the fundraising database, donor files and other written documents are accurate, kept up to date and regularly reviewed.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- High level organisational skills to handle varying administrative tasks effectively
- An understanding of, and commitment to evidence of working in a fundraising team for at least 6 months
- Highly IT literate, with previous knowledge of donor databases and project management systems
- Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and to lead the smooth running of the FYT Organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement. - Be an advocate for marginalised young people, the issues they face, and youth workers and projects working with them (pursuing prophetic mischief, provocation, and taking up our unique space in the youth ministry community).
- Make links with appropriate Christian, voluntary and statutory bodies and to represent FYT in appropriate forums and pursue opportunities for collaborative working.

Other functions:
- Meet regularly with Line Manager for supervision.

- The Leadership Team is supported by a contract with Giraffe HR that assists in the day to day running of the organisation, primarily managing the finances of the organisation.
- Engagement in ongoing, regular youth work with marginalised young people is not a requirement of this post, but encouraged. FYT will be flexible where possible in order to facilitate this.

About the role
At Sessile Court, we provide supported accommodation for adults with enduring mental health needs. We recognise that, like everyone, our customers’ needs fluctuate and, as such, the support we provide is individually tailored in line with customer needs, preferences and aspirations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a personalised package of support in place and that risk assessments reflect a positive approach to risk-taking. You will ensure that customers have choice and control over their support and are empowered to live as independently as possible, with the long-term aim being to gradually reduce support in a safe and planned way.
You will report to the Area Manager and will be part of a wider team of experienced Team Managers, who provide peer support to each other. A typical day will involve working in partnership with a range of stakeholders involved in customers’ support, allocating and matching support workers to customers, mentoring and coaching support workers in carrying out needs assessments and reviews, and writing support plans and risk assessments.

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking for a project Administrator to maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital, a project supporting young people who have experienced violence which has had a negative impact on their mental wellbeing.
Duties Include;
1. Updating and maintaining the project’s database from local NHS systems.
2. Identifying young people eligible for the service by screening referrals or trawling the hospital system and ensuring these are collated on the project database to be contacted by the youth workers.
3. Quality assure the data being recorded on the EVIDE system.
4. Preparing regular reports as required by the projects funders or other stakeholders.
You could be successful in this role if you:
· Have a relevant experience with administration, including using excel, word and other Microsoft systems.
· Have an eye for detail and accuracy.
