Key Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling proposals, reports, and other materials that articulate the impact of Liverpool Philharmonic's work and make a persuasive case for support.
• Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective trust and foundation funders, cultivating strong relationships through exemplary stewardship and communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Philanthropy and other colleagues to align fundraising efforts and ensure a cohesive donor experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful trust and foundation fundraising experience, with a track record of securing significant grants.

Key Information:

• Salary: £33,500 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)

· A level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or a willingness to work towards

· Management experience in the health and social care sector

· Experience of working as part of a Senior Management structure within health and social care or working with and reporting into a senior management team and board of trustees

· Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulation and legislation in relation to the children and adult disability sector.

· A good understanding of CQC and the ability and experience to ensure service provisions meet the required standards to achieve a “good” rating at the very least.

· Experience in implementing and/or adhering to Quality Assurance frameworks and an understanding of the importance of these in supporting and positively impacting good quality service provision

QAC is a charity that runs a college, supported living (known as Independence Plus) and community services for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.

The College has been at its current location since 1903. Our original purpose was to provide education for young people who were blind or visually impaired. Today, in addition to supporting people who have a visual impairment, we offer education, support and guidance for students on the autism spectrum, those with moderate to severe learning difficulties, and students with physical and other disabilities.  We have a large, skilled and diverse staff team who can meet a diverse range of student needs.  As QAC has grown, we now have new educational and learning sites.  As well as the more well-known campus in Harborne, there is the QAC Pinewood campus (dedicated to employment progression) in nearby Woodgate valley and in addition, QAC Umberslade campus (dedicated to horticulture and outdoor learning), in nearby Selly Oak.  QAC offers a broad range of study programmes that are tailored to ensure each student receives the educational, therapeutic and support services that they require, helping them achieve their aspirations for adult life. 

Our supported living programmes (Independent Plus) and Community Services offers support after leaving college and to those from within the local community. The marketing and communications team is responsible for marketing QAC services with the main focus being on student recruitment. Following a recent re-brand, the post holder will also be integral in ensuring an efficient and effective roll out of the new branding.

QAC also has an enterprise arm consisting of Sight Village (a touring exhibition supporting those with sight loss), All Formats (a transcription service) and Carbon Fibre Canes.  These are all supported by the Marketing and Communications Team.

Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Our mission is to support and champion how parents can participate in education and have their voices heard.We are a powerful force for good in education in the UK, that strives to bring homes and schools together for the good of all children and society.We have ambitious plans to increase our impact and have established a central fundraising strategy for the first time.Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to play a key role in securing ambitious partnerships that deliver both income and added value for Parentkind. 

Parentkind has been active in corporate fundraising for less than one year but has already delivered partnerships totalling multiple seven figures in value.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing fundraising team and help to develop our successful corporate partnerships department even further. We are looking for someone with experience in securing a range of partnerships (including COTY, corporate grants, sponsorship, commercial and strategic relationships) with regional and national businesses with the capacity bank income at a 5, 6 and 7-figure level. You will be tenacious in your prospect research, and comfortable to package up creative propositions and compelling proposals tailored to each organisation's objectives.

You’ll have

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a business development or sales role
• Demonstrable experience in developing mutually beneficial partnerships
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets
• A tenacious approach to research and prospecting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality applications, proposals and presentations
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

We’re looking for a Research Manager who combines exceptional ability in research and report-writing, with a real passion for (and experience in) peacebuilding. We offer flexible hours and working from home, anywhere in the world. It will be vital that you have an excellent grasp of the context in the Central African region, which will require time spent there and, ideally, significant prior knowledge.
In the first months of the programme, the team will consult at least three thousand people, with a combination of key informant interviews, individual questionnaires and focus groups to build both quantitative and qualitative datasets.
This will add to a dataset of over ten thousand consultations over 6 years, so you’ll have a unique evidence base at your disposal. We believe that, with your expertise and support, we could make better use of the rich information in these datasets, and we feel we owe that to the women and men we’ve consulted. The reports you produce will help amplify their voices, providing decision-makers in government and the international community with clear recommendations for activities that will address root causes of conflict and promote sustainable peace and development.

An exciting opportunity to help make a difference for hundreds of bereaved children and their families by maintaining and building on existing support and activities. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in our established fundraising events and corporate engagement, as well as identifying opportunities to raise profile to maximise fundraising activity and income.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who has the experience, skills and drive to grow our income, to build strong relationships with supporters and to lead our communications.  This will initially take place in the community of Nottinghamshire and provides an exciting opportunity to develop your own strategic fundraising and marketing approach to ensure we can support hundreds of local bereaved children and families every year. 

Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will review current fundraising activities and communications to develop the existing income generation strategy to meet the charity’s strategic objectives.  You will be responsible for leading a team of three, to enable them to reach their individual marketing, community fundraising and fundraising administration goals. 

You will play a vital part in leading the income growth and expansion of the charity, as per the long-term organisational strategy, through proactively securing and developing existing support throughout the region. This will be through a variety of income streams including individual giving, in-memory donations, legacy donations, major donors, corporates and community.

About you

The successful candidate will have energy, ideas, skills, and a proven fundraising track record (or transferable experience of managing and developing diverse funding streams and effective communications).

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, including networking, and good IT and social media skills.  You will need a full UK driving licence, be self-motivated and the ability to work well alone and with others.
