Support for Children: Independent Child Trafficking Guardians support children who have experienced trafficking and exploitation, working alongside other professionals to ensure that children receive appropriate support in line with their needs. 

 Within this role some of your responsibilities will be: 

• Supporting professionals, including Social Workers, Police, Youth Justice Teams, Foster Carers and Residential Support Workers, to identify children exploited through modern slavery and refer them into the Service 
• Provide advice, guidance and information about child trafficking and initial safety planning to professionals through 1:1 case consultations or attendance at multi-agency meetings 
• Develop initial needs assessments and action plans

The Finance Officer will join a small and dynamic team that covers Finance, Human Resources, IT and Business Operations. The Team

Main Duties

• Cash management including checking bank transactions daily, allocating transactions on the accounting system and producing regular bank reconciliations. Paying in cheques and reconciling floats, if required

Role purpose

As an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong development and project delivery skills, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, improving, and scaling our Salesforce platform to support service delivery, reporting, and insight. The Health and Wellbeing Senior Project Coordinator will oversee a portfolio of high quality, accessible community-based programmes including On Your Side and Brentford Welcomes, working with specific target groups including refugees and people seeking asylum, mental health service users and adults aged 55+. They will also support the Bee a Hero project, designed to raise awareness of the need for more blood donors, with a particular focus on people of Black Heritage.

In addition, we are opening a Clubhouse Café in Gunnersbury Park in Summer 2025 and the successful candidate will work on innovative social impact programmes linked to the Clubhouse Café.
