Main Purpose Of Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity, supporting two vital services run in partnership with Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support. The role covers both our Step Down provision—designed for individuals discharged from hospital under the Discharge to Assess model—and our service at Mawle Court, which provides temporary accommodation and support for people with complex needs, including those preparing for more independent living or in need of emergency provision. At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation Service, nights matter. They can be the point where worry, distress, conflict or risk comes to the surface - and where calm, skilled leadership can make all the difference. As Night Manager, you will lead the overnight service, making sure young people experience safety, consistency and support when they need it most.
You will be the senior operational decision-maker overnight, leading the night team to respond confidently to incidents, safeguarding concerns, missing young people procedures, building safety, visitor access and any actions handed over from the day team. Working Hours
Our children and young people need support around the clock so our homes run 24/7 and we operate on fixed rotas with a variety of shift patterns.
As a Trainee Practitioner, you’ll work day shifts between 8am and 10pm, with 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts available. You’ll usually work an average of 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
For example, if you work four 10-hour shifts, you’ll then have three days off. Overtime is available and paid at time and a half, including bank holidays.

At Allsorts Youth, we are on a mission to make sure every LGBTQ+ child in Sussex has the chance to make friends, build community & feel proud of who they are.
We want parents & carers to know they are not alone & feel confident supporting their children. We want every adult in an LGBTQ+ child’s life - from their teacher to their GP - to be safe & welcoming.
Our vision is of a world where LGBTQ+ children & young people can be themselves and enjoy their lives.
By placing children and young people’s voices at the centre of our work, we ensure that our understanding of their ongoing and evolving needs continues to inform our service provision.
There are three main strands to our service provision, all of which aim to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ children and young people.
Youth Service: We offer youth groups and programmes, youth coaching, activities, residential trips, and much more for children and young people across Sussex.
Parents & Carers Service: We offer groups, one-to-one support, activities, information sessions, and much more for parents & carers of LGBTQ+ children and young people across Sussex.
Training and Education Service: We provide LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training for a wide range of organisations, with a focus on organisations working with children and young people. We also run a schools programme.

Sessional Assessing Social Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you will work under the supervision and guidance of the Care Management Team, Senior Residential Support Workers, and Therapy Teams. You will support learners in all residential houses and the community, assisting with social and academic activities.

What will you be doing?

We are recruiting 38week/52week positions for our Ashington Gardens, Telscombe Road, College View, and Pier View homes. Residential Support Workers will primarily be based at one location but may be required to work flexibly across all homes as operational needs require.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Worker to join Oasis North Bristol. Our Youth Worker will work with young people and families across the community to develop positive activities which promote a sense of belonging.
We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for supporting young people and developing community led activities. The role will involve supporting young people and families in our local Oasis academies but also in the wider community, inspiring and enabling local people to be an active voice and developer in their local area.
The successful post holder must have:
· Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths Level 2
