About the Role
As a Veterans Community Nurse, you will,
- Provide clinical advice and support veterans as they navigate and understand their healthcare pathways, including their families/support network when appropriate.
- Using a Coaching for Health approach, enable and empower those we support to set their own healthcare goals, “What matters to you”.
- Act as a link between the NHS, veterans and people serving in the Armed Forces.
- Contribute to educational programmes for those who provide healthcare to the Armed Forces Community.
About the Team
This community-based team of nurses, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and administration staff support veterans with their physical healthcare needs by being resourceful in finding ways to deliver what is right and fair for those in the healthcare domain.
Salary: £40,232 - £44,654
Location: Hybrid working – Remote and in the Community.
Region: South – Greater London, Kent, Hampshire & East Sussex. Ideally applicants will be based in either Greater London or Kent, however candidates from Hampshire or East Sussex will be considered. Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: Head of Commercial Services
Hours: Full or part-time hours considered, minimum 0.8 FTE
Start date: November 2025
Location: Home-based (travel costs paid for meetings)
Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. We can answer any questions you may have about this at the interview/s. On a 20 hours a week contract, you would be spending 16 hours a week at work including the equivalent of 2 one hour lunch breaks, and this can be worked in a flexible pattern, such as two full days or more, shorter days.

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. The Partnerships and Income Manager will lead on delivery against income targets for our services and events.
Key responsibilities in the role include:

Generating income for Waterwise by retaining existing partners, recruiting new partners, selling sponsorship opportunities, and increasing engagement and investment in Waterwise membership and services

Researching and identifying new business development leads in line with Waterwise’s commercial strategy

Supported Housing Manager
Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.
The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.
· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.

· Creating and developing a group programme which meets the needs of the women and aims of the project, such as effective communication and conflict resolution
· Planning and managing the staff rota and Out of Hours emergency on call rota, required to meet the needs of the service

You’ll meet families already known to Momentum, as well as take new referrals. You’ll also support families remotely who live further afield or are adjusting to life after treatment.

As Senior Grants Manager, Environment and Communities, you will identify, assess, and manage grants that contribute to these evolving areas of interest.
A particular focus of the role will be developing strategic grants and partnerships that contribute to Environmental Sustainability. This is a developing area of interest, supporting activity that restores the natural environment and enabling practices such as nature friendly farming and community growing. Current grantees include the Sustainable Food Trust, the Wildlife Trust, and local farmer clusters.
The Foundation has recently launched a ‘Green Fund’ pilot, supporting Buckinghamshire grantees to deliver progress in environmental sustainability. The role will lead on the delivery of this programme.
As well as developing relationships with external stakeholders you will also closely collaborate with colleagues, making connections between grants and activities at Waddesdon Manor. In particular, working closely with the Rothschild Foundation’s Sustainability and Conservation Department and the Education & Learning Department.
The role will also support the development and assessment of grants to the Rothschild Foundation’s Community Fund which is open to not for profit organisations in Buckinghamshire who support local communities, with a particular focus on disadvantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of our Environment programme, including current explorations in community growing, nature friendly farming and nature restoration.
- Leading on the delivery of a ‘Green Fund’ pilot, supporting grantees and funded activities. This will include working closely with the Evaluation and Impact Manager and Operations Manager to review the programme and make recommendations for future delivery to Grants Committee
- Maintaining an overview of the portfolio of ‘Environment’ grants, sharing learning and identifying connections across grantees
- Keeping up to date on sector development, identify funding gaps, and emerging opportunities.
- Identifying and supporting potential applicants, conducting visits, guiding proposal development, and ensuring due diligence standards are met
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with grantees, conducting six-monthly catch up conversations, visiting funded activity and acting as a ‘critical friend’
- Supporting the delivery of our Communities funding, including assessment of applications to the Community Fund and occasional Trustee related community grants
- Producing regular updates for Trustees, including project updates and data insights, and contribute to creative ways of sharing the impact of our funding

Laurence’s Larder is a small, dynamic and beloved local charity that feeds over 300 people a week. Working with a vibrant team of over 90 volunteers Laurence’s Larder provides a weekly food parcel service, two-course sit down meal, clothes bank, art café and access to support and advice services.
Laurence’s Larder is non-referral and open to all, we bring people together, alleviating both social isolation and food poverty, while utilising surplus food. We are also endeavouring to help address some of the underlying needs that contribute to food poverty, and continue to add more support services to our offerings.
Our warm welcome and non-judgmental approach means that we can help our guests to begin to meet their daily needs with not only dignity but practical help.
We are looking for an individual who shares these values for the role of Operations Manager; to oversee the day-to-day running of our services, leading and supporting the volunteers to do this, ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety & food hygiene standards, support the Project Director to achieve agreed outcomes and goals.
We are currently looking at expanding our services by adding an additional service day a week on Tuesdays. This role provides the unique opportunity to be a part of the creation of this service.

About the role
This is a fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Charity Shop Manager to join our team at our Exeter-based charity.
This new role will combine providing support and/or absence cover to our existing shops, along with getting involved in other opportunities for growth and development across the retail team (e.g. volunteering). Working in the shops may involve working to support the shop manager, or stepping in for them at short notice (and quickly getting to grips with their shop, processes, staff, volunteers and customers). CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
It is the nature of this post that weekend working (Saturday) and occasional additional seasonal hours are part of the normal working week. Working hours will also involve some evening work to meet the needs of the post.
Full time - 35 hours per week, permanent contract. Flexibility is required.
