About the role:
SHP’s aim is to improve outcomes for service users both within the service and by enhancing their ability to utilise external specialist, statutory and community services.
The support you provide will ensure that clients are able to:
- Access and sustain their accommodation within our services

You will be part of a dynamic team in a hostel setting, holding a caseload of clients with the opportunity to draw on specialist roles within the team, the organisation more broadly, and working in tandem with specialist external agencies. Your ability to forge meaningful relationships will provide the basis of the work to empower your clients, helping them to engage with a range of community resources and build a robust network of support.
About you:
- Ability to maintain motivation for a high level of contact with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- A non-judgemental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged / complex needs clients and to promote a strengths-based approach.
- Familiarity with IT applications and basic keyboard skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage own administrative tasks.
- Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives across work specialisms.

About the Role:

The Project Lead will be responsible for the day to day management of The Vineries support housing accommodation for young people aged 16-19. We are looking for an experienced manager who is committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people, supporting them to progress into independent, flourishing lives. About the role
The Senior Case Worker will work as part of the SPOT Navigator team based alongside the Southwark SPOT Street Outreach team. The aim is to support a known cohort of clients who are stuck within the cycles of homeless and ill-health and have not been able to sustain a stable life outside of this.
This will be achieved through strength-based assessment, using creative engagement techniques and co-producing action plans aimed at linking clients with services and community groups. Your work will improve health outcomes for clients and promote harm reduction by working alongside specialist partner agencies. You will be working with clients on the streets in an outreach capacity or in various types of accommodation.
In this role you will:
- Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients transition away from the streets and into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
- Manage a caseload of clients experiencing multiple disadvantage who may not have stayed in stable accommodation for long periods of time.
- Have a great opportunity to assist people to change their lives meaningfully for the better.
In this non-shift role, you will work mainly within normal office hours Monday – Friday, however, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly and conduct early or late shifts starting at 6am or ending at 3am. For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

- Understanding and experience of working within a Homeless Outreach setting.
- Experience of communicating, liaising and negotiating with internal and external agencies to a high level.

- Ability to work remotely and lone work with vulnerable people.

About the Role:
The Assessment Coordinator is the conduit for young people to access the youth accommodation pathway in Greenwich. As well as triage and intake, the role supports young people by navigating their journey either by facilitating their safe return home, or into longer term suitable supported accommodation.

The rota will include early shifts (08:00 - 16:00), late shifts (14:00 - 22:00), and weekends.
