About the role

The HR Assistant is a generalist role working across recruitment, learning & development, payroll, ER casework, employee engagement and project work. You will support the HR team to deliver an effective, compliant and customer focused people service. You will have strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting recruitment processes and procedures. The ability to work with confidentiality and discretion is essention.

As part of your development we will support you in achieving CIPD Level 3 or 5 including paid time off for study leave.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Coordinate end to end recruitment leading  the process from advert through to formal offer stage

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Endometriosis UK and help us make a real difference for the 1.5 million in the UK with the disease. You will have proven experience supporting senior executives and Boards, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. The EA will also play a proactive role in improving organisational processes and supporting priority areas as needed.

This will be a busy, varied and important role working closely with the CEO to make sure their diary supports their strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include managing, triaging and responding to emails, complex diary management to ensure effective use of their time, providing briefing papers and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, and ensuring we’ve efficient governance and office processes. You will need to have the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and sensitivity, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. You will act as that indispensable individual for the CEO, ultimately responsible for proactively ensuring their work life runs effectively and efficiently. The key focus of the role is to ensure the CEO is able to maximise their impact and influence in the charity, plus ensuring the smooth operation of board and committee functions,

This is a hands-on role in a small but ambitious charity, ideal for someone who’s willing to get stuck in, take initiative, is flexible and brings structure and calm to a busy leadership team. Purpose of the Role

The Children and Young People’s (CYP) Therapist sits within The Green House Therapy Service under the direction of the Clinical Manager. The CYP therapist will be a part of a wider team of family support practitioners, VOICE practitioners, Specialist Practitioner/s and Pathway Administrators. The postholder will also need to be able to work at outreach sites across BNSGG and BANES which upholds TGHs mission to be more accessible to families. The practitioner must be self-governing as lone working is always a possibility.

The Role

The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience through face-to-face interactions and telephone communications.

Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager and job share partner, the role involves efficiently handling queries, managing the reception email account, and coordinating visitor bookings and parking logistics.

Responsibilities also include overseeing incoming/outgoing mail, facilitating large-scale mailings via the Royal Mail online system, managing publications on behalf of the Communications team, monitoring, and replenishing stationery supplies, and producing access cards for new team members and contractors.

Additionally, the Receptionist provides support to the Facilities Manager in handling the café coffee machine and food ordering as needed. The role requires availability for full-time coverage during annual leave and absences of the other job share post holder to ensure the continuous smooth operation of the reception area.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Systems Manager to join our team. As Operations and Systems Manager, you will ensure SMK’s operations are well managed, and make sure that we have all the processes, technology and policies needed to operate effectively. We’re looking for someone to take initiative to improve things where needed and bring their experience from elsewhere to the team.   

The Operations and Systems Manager will work closely with the CEO, Board and staff team of 6, and hold the relationships with our external IT, Accounting and HR providers. You will also play a key role within the organisation in shaping culture and supporting staff to carry out their roles to the best of their abilities.

Flexible and Hybrid Working

Our office base is located in central London. You need to be in the office for a minimum of 1 day per week and further Team Days and Board Away Days. Travel and accommodation for working at our London office is at the job-holders own expense. Expenses incurred for SMK business outside London are covered by the charity.

The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..

Job Description

Job purpose: To lead and develop Remember A Charity’s marketing and communications programme, in line with our core mission of making legacy giving a social norm. This core focus of the role is on growing and engaging our audiences across the charity sector (members and non-members) and professional adviser communities (solicitors, Will-writers, wealth advisers).

The Marketing Manager will also contribute to the development of our consumer PR, marketing and digital programmes, led by the Director and Digital Communications Manager respectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with the campaign’s members, professional advisers and, of course, colleagues within Remember A Charity and the wider CIOF.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing activities targeting charity sector and professional adviser audiences, aligned with organisational strategy and KPIs.
• Develop and deliver communications for charity members and Campaign Supporters.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to support the execution of consumer-facing marketing and PR campaigns.
• Create compelling assets and resources to support recruitment, engagement, and retention of members and professional partners.
• Ensure external communications and creative outputs are consistent with the Remember A Charity brand.
• Represent the organisation, exhibiting and/or presenting at relevant events or meetings.

​Responsibilities by area:

Charity sector

• Creation of promotional assets to support member acquisition and retention.
• Plan and deliver a dynamic member comms programme, including e-bulletins, impact reports and others.
• Help colleagues to coordinate and present at select member events.
• Manage sector-facing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky).
• Support the Director with sector-facing editorial content.
• Gather and showcase member testimonials and case studies.
• Develop and promote guidance and resources to help members maximise their legacy fundraising.
• Enhance and develop the members’ area of the website, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.

Professional Advisers

• Responsibility for the marketing budget for professional advisers.
• Planning and delivery of marketing activity to grow our professional adviser network and maximise our impact, in line with our KPIs.
• Manage and grow the Campaign Supporter scheme for solicitors and Will-writers, delivering engaging communications and digital content that keeps charitable giving front of mind.
• Promote the importance of referencing the charitable option during Will-writing to professional advisers through events, direct marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinate the campaign’s Legal Sector Advisory Group, organising quarterly meetings and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to engage wider professional audiences and influential groups within and beyond the legal sector, including but not limited to, wealth managers, Will-writing software providers, local government, regulatory and trade bodies (e.g. CILEX, CLC, NALP).
• Collaborate with CPD content providers to deliver training programmes on charitable Will-writing.
• Coordinate quarterly webinars for professional advisers on relevant Will-writing topics, working with internal and external partners.
• Create materials and promotional assets for professional advisers and campaign partners to equip them to advocate for legacies.

Consumers

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of consumer marketing and PR activity.
• Support members in making best use of the consumer-facing assets provided for them to use during Remember A Charity Week and beyond.
• Equip Campaign Supporters and Will-writing partners with resources to promote legacy giving during Remember A Charity Week and beyond.

All

• Collaborate with the team to review campaign activity and success measures against KPIs.
• Maintain and update website content for charity and professional adviser audiences.
• Uphold brand consistency across all external communications and creative outputs.

About You

Experience & Skills

• Experience of planning and delivering successful marketing programmes.
• Knowledge of the UK charity sector and/or legal market.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment or dealing with a wide range of members and stakeholders.
• Effective presentation and networking skills.
• Familiarity updating webpages and using simple web-based design / delivery tools such as Canva and Mailchimp.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and experience of using a CRM system,
• Budget management preferable but not essential

The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about sexual and reproductive healthcare and women’s health to join our External Affairs team. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience working within a national professional body and support CoSRH’s external influencing, policy, and communications work at a critical time for the organisation.

The role:

Working closely with colleagues across the team, the postholder will provide essential support to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), contribute to the delivery of the ambitions of the CoSRH Hatfield Vision, and assist with a range of media, communications, and policy activities.

The External Affairs Assistant will be an integral part of a small but high-performing team that leads CoSRH’s advocacy and public profile — influencing national policy, supporting stakeholder engagement, and amplifying the voice of sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Parliamentary and Policy Support

· Support the work of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), including preparing briefings, arranging meetings, drafting minutes and supporting stakeholder engagement.

· Assist in drafting policy briefings, consultation responses, and submissions to Government and other stakeholders.

· Conduct research to inform CoSRH’s external engagement, campaigns and influencing priorities.

· Develop a knowledge of key policy developments within the fields of Sexual and Reproductive Health, including across all four UK nations.

· Maintain and update contact databases and stakeholder lists.

Media and Communications Support

· Draft CoSRH member and Hatfield Vision Endorser newsletter content in line with CoSRH’s communications strategy.

· Support the Media and Communications Manager in preparing and disseminating press releases, statements, and campaign materials.

· Help monitor media coverage and track engagement across CoSRH’s channels.

· Track and analyse media coverage of women’s health and SRH to identify emerging stories, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

· Take responsibility for growing the College’s Bluesky account with the support of the Membership Engagement Team.

Programme and Project Support

· Contribute to the work of the Hatfield Vision Taskforce, including supporting meetings, and helping to communicate outputs.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for external meetings, events, and stakeholder activities.

· Assist in maintaining the team’s planning tools, trackers, and shared systems to ensure smooth coordination.

General Administrative Support

· Provide administrative support to the External Affairs team, including diary coordination, minute-taking and meeting preparation as required.

· Drafting clear and accurate written materials such as newsletters, briefings, or social media content.

· Conducting research and presenting findings clearly.

· (Desirable) Supporting communications, campaigning or advocacy work in a health, policy, or charity setting.

· (Desirable) Liaising with external stakeholders or supporting meetings and events.
