About the role.
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive strategic development amid political shifts. Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, the COO will oversee financial management, operations, digital strategy, and corporate governance, playing a pivotal role in shaping CST's future.
Responsibilities include financial strategy development, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership across CST and its trading arm. The COO will ensure operational efficiency, manage contracts and procurement, and spearhead digital infrastructure and information governance enhancements.

Job Purpose
The Communications Manager will play a leading role in driving Career Ready’s communications activity, working alongside the Head of Communications and colleagues across the charity.

Role Responsibilities
Stakeholder communications
· Work with the Head of Communications and other internal stakeholders to author and distribute stakeholder communications via relevant channels to support partnership and programme delivery.

Purpose of the post
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within HDR UK, as the key point of contact and financial support for the Institute Office teams. The Finance Business Partner supports key non- finance stakeholders to provide timely and insightful analysis and reporting and supports with the alignment of financial plans to operational and strategic priorities. World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. As a result, STEP Forward was created to specifically address the barriers to integration faced by women.

Project Details
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant(s) to assess STEP Forward programme effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement. The consultant(s) will be responsible to produce three monitoring reports between 2024 and 2026.
Specific tasks:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of all relevant project documents.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for data collection, both quantitative and qualitative.

NRPF Partnership
The NRPF partnership was set up in 2023 and is being developed by Citizens UK, Migration Exchange, and Praxis.
