You will need to identify and convert new opportunities while effectively managing long-term partner relationships. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis paying a salary between £47,000 to £57,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London or York office with regular UK business travel and occasional overnight stays.

The post holder will drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. They will develop high value six and seven figure fundraising relationships, primarily with the private sector, but also with HNWI in the future, bringing on board new supporters. They will work closely with the fundraising account management team to ensure effective handovers, and with the bid writer, to maximise opportunities with trust and foundation income. They will operate nationally but will also be able to develop place-based relationships and partnerships.

We are looking for a Boarding Schools Bursary Manager to join our team. The postholder will have responsibility for leading and developing the Boarding Schools Bursary programme in partnership with Royal SpringBoard and will be the principal point of contact for IntoUniversity centres, the bursary students and their families, the boarding schools and Royal SpringBoard.

The successful candidate will quickly gain an understanding and knowledge of the IntoUniversity students recommended for bursary places and will develop relationships of trust with their families to ensure a smooth transition and integration into boarding school.

What will my main duties be?

Programme Management

• To oversee the IntoUniversity Boarding School Bursary Programme including recruitment of potential students and ongoing support of current boarders.
• To prepare the students and their families for Royal SpringBoard and school assessments as well as reparing for boarding school life. 
• To plan and/or attend boarding school taster and pastoral visits across the UK. 
• To create a calendar of out-of-boarding events and support for students and families to connect to their local centre, including centre visits and community hubs. 
• Work with the Safeguarding Team to promote the wellbeing of students and respond to safeguarding concerns (additional training will be provided for this aspect of the role). 
• Encourage post-18 alumni to engage with the Royal SpringBoard alumni programmes and the IntoUniversity Student Associate Network
• Ensure Salesforce database records and monitoring requirements are kept up to date. 

Stakeholder Management

• Manage the relationship with Royal Springboard, including reporting on KPIs and maintaining communication.
• To build strong relationships and liaise with the host boarding schools and the key staff members such as Houseparents.
• To provide support to parents/carers as needed and manage any issues that may arise sensitively, mediating between the boarding schools, parents/carers and students as necessary.

We are recruiting to the role of Head of Finance, following the retirement of a long-standing member of staff. The role will be part of the Leadership Team at CPAS and report to the Director of Operations and Finance. The successful candidate will lead a small finance team and work collaboratively with Ministry and Support Teams to ensure our systems our efficient and well run.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have experience of managing a small team across the various finance functions. As part of an organisational wide programme to renew our digital systems, we are planning to start the process of selecting and implementing a new finance system in 2026 and the successful applicant will work with our IT and digital team to deliver the project. 

This is an exciting time at CPAS, as we move forward with our new strategy, covering 2025-2030. We are looking for someone who shares our vision and sees a strong Finance function as core to achieving our objectives. CPAS has strong reserves, and we want to ensure our current financial model enables us to invest in new areas of work and expand our influence and reach. You will be a team player and have experience of working at a senior finance level, able to ensure the detailed financial functions serve the complexities of our holiday operation, alongside our other income generating areas of work. About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. A UK registered charity, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to meet a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. We also uplift the voices of Palestinians, and campaign for an end to the barriers to health and dignity that come from living through occupation, displacement, discrimination and conflict.

MAP is in a period of growth and rapid development, and as such, the incoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the financial strategy and management of MAP and for the leadership of operational areas to help deliver the organisation’s mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities

Strategy, vision and leadership

• Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.
• Advise the CEO and SMT on all these areas as well as on legal, governance and related policy matters.
• Work closely with SMT colleagues to ensure that appropriate processes and systems are in place across the organisation, including delivery against KPIs.
• Serve as the management liaison to the Finance & Operations Committee, Audit Risk & Governance Committee and, where required, to the Board of Trustees; effectively communicate and present critical matters under their responsibility at governance meetings.

The HLA provides learning opportunities that help the humanitarian sector become more locally led, reaching over 450,000 learners in 190 countries. Through our commercial arm, HLA Enterprise (HLA-E), we deliver innovative online learning products and consultancy services, centred around Kaya, our global digital platform offering 500+ courses in multiple languages.

About the role

As the HLA Sales Lead, you will lead and manage commercial activity for HLA-Enterprise (HLA-E), driving the growth and diversification of income streams by selling our innovative learning products and services to individuals and organisations in the humanitarian and development sectors.

You will be responsible for acquiring new partners and renewing and expanding existing ones. This involves identifying opportunities, working closely with HLA teams to create awareness of our offer, converting enquiries, upscaling partnerships, and building a strong portfolio of clients for Kaya and other e-learning solutions. You will also play a key role in building partnerships across Save the Children and the wider sector, ensuring the financial sustainability of HLA and supporting its strategic direction.

In this role, you will:  

• Deliver on HLA-E sales strategy to diversify and increase HLA-E income streams, ensuring delivery of agreed targets and business growth
• Ability to ensure clear and timely reporting of the sales performance.
• Support the development of a new go-to-market strategy to grow HLA's commercial revenue from products and services, working to set and achieve agreed income targets for 2025-2027.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the e-learning market for HLA's solutions, products, and services, ensuring a robust prospect pipeline.
• Responsible for all Kaya & HLA-E sales, account management of clients and pitching for new clients/audiences and on-going client management.
• Enhance the customer journey to improve conversion rates, managing key performance metrics such as income, profitability, and return on investment.
• Build and manage relationships with potential customers and partners by working closely with HLA colleagues across various functions.
• Explore innovative funding mechanisms that provide mutual benefits for the HLA and donors, such as social investment.
• Represent HLA in external forums to promote its mission and seek new opportunities for collaboration.
• Support strong internal communication and contribute to building an inclusive and supportive team culture.
