Role overview:
As a Lead Assessor, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our AP scheme. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessment visits to units undergoing evaluation within the scheme. Working hand in hand with service user perspective assessors, you'll monitor all Headway AP core domains during onsite visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Review relevant documentation ahead of onsite visits.
- Collaborate with service user perspective assessors during visits, focusing on core domain monitoring.
- Facilitate post-visit debriefing meetings with assessors to ensure thorough discussion and alignment.
- Maintain open communication channels with the AP Manager to address any assessment-related queries or challenges.

Flexibility and expectations:

Hourly rate and expenses:
The hourly rate for this role is £20.00, covering administrative tasks pre and post-visit, visit duration, and travel time. Additionally, travel expenses will be covered.
Candidate profile:
- Hold a professional qualification (e.g., OT, SaLT, Nursing, Physio) with demonstrated experience in ABI.

The role will be responsible for the content creation and planning across our accounts, including content around grief and bereavement, as well as taking ownership of key paid social campaigns.

The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. The portfolio includes a £60k per annum CRM relationship with Plum & Ashby, focused around the Wave of Light candle campaign for Baby Loss Awareness week, with lots of influencer and comms engagement. The new business element will support the Senior Partnerships Manager and the Head of Corporate in their new strategy for increased brand, strategic and coty partnerships.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the South East River's Trust's Finance and Operation's Team. The team supports the organisation with a broad range of financial and administrative tasks, to ensure its smoothed running, development and growth. The role will report directly to the Finance Manager and will provide support in administering all financial controls and processing for the organisation. The successful applicant will come from a financial background and have a strong understanding of financial principles with an accounting qualification. Whilst this role focuses on the financial aspects of SERT, it will also play a key part in supporting with the set up of IT equipment, new financial systems and general IT queries, with help from our external IT supplier.

There is a permanent, part time Funding Officer opportunity to come and join our North East and Cumbria Regional team. The role is for 25.5 hours per week covering the area of Cumbria.
The role of a Funding Officer is both challenging and rewarding with no two days the same. You will be expected to spend time developing your knowledge of and relationships in the communities that you are responsible for to try to understand the challenges they face and how our funding can make a real difference to help communities to thrive.
You will be responsible for assessing and presenting funding applications to our Reaching Communities programme, supporting community groups, making connections with important stakeholders e.g. CEO’s of LA’s, MP’s, Mayors and representing the fund at a wide variety of events including funding fairs and networking events.

You will have to assess applications and present these to the rest of the regional team at various panels. You will certainly have to be strong enough to say “no” as we always have more applications than funding available.
We are looking for people who have good knowledge and understanding of the third sector and the challenges it faces. You will need capable IT skills, the ability to learn new processes and procedures (including bespoke software). You may have to travel throughout the region and, on occasions, have to stay away overnight and work unsociable hours.

Contract Responsibilities
·Assist with proposal and tender submission, including preparing project budgets and schedules, liaising with prospective staff and ensuring all proposals are submitted within the respective deadlines

Main Duties
- Management Reporting - Support in the timely and accurate production of monthly management reporting from Workday Adaptive taking responsibility for running the reports for a number of budget departments.
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Support, as appropriate, with annual budget setting, entity budgets, monthly forecasting, process improvements and budget assumptions including Adaptive Planning modelling.
- Data Integrity - Ensuring accurate coding of transactions, raising and responding to queries from budget holders.
Role requirements
