The Role:
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across channels such as organic social media, paid social, paid media, as well as supporting offline marketing efforts. You will report to the Social Media Manager, but this role will support across all of the marketing functions. We’re seeking a team player, with a willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting the beneficiaries we serve.
Responsibilities:
· You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across all existing channels, as well as new ones we seek to test. This includes but is not limited to:
o Support on organic social media including the creating, scheduling and reporting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support on paid social media including the creation, scheduling, optimising and reporting of content across Meta and TikTok with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.
o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.
· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
· You will take part in campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions, showcasing a confidence to share ideas on how we can fundraise and communicate with our donors successfully.
· Engage with key followers of our social media accounts including influencer management, strategy and reporting.
· Time will be split across all marketing functions with an emphasis on social media marketing.
Person specification:
· Experience in an agile fundraising environment where priorities can change without warning.
· Test and learn mindset to deliver the best performing marketing activities.
· Data driven to optimise performance across channels.
· Experience in Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
· Stays up to date with social media trends including new social channels.
· Willingness to learn and get stuck in with fundraising efforts which may fall outside of this role’s usual remit, such as TV appeals.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced Philanthropy Manager to proactively lead the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing major donors, trusts and statutory bodies, with a particular focus on driving significant income growth.

AIM OF ROLE:
The aim of the requalification caseworker is to work with clients that apply to our requalification, loan and employment programme. This includes processing loan applications and conducting loan interviews, loan administration, client casework and supporting relationships with professional bodies. You will develop learning plans, attend sector-specific events, network to build a robust toolbox of support for clients, research pathways and offer advice and guidance to prospective clients, current clients and other programmes within RefuAid.

At the helm of our operation is Reprezent Radio, a dynamic youth-led community radio station based in South London. Since 2005 our Chance to Shine Schools programme has helped reverse the decline of cricket in state schools with millions of boys and girls in over 13,000 state schools playing and learning through cricket. The Fundraising Team is tasked with helping Chance to Shine achieve its ambition. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine unpaid carers' eligibility for benefits.
- Offer clear and empathetic explanations of available benefits and support services.
- Assist unpaid carers in navigating the application process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions.
- Co-deliver occassional workshops and information sessions to raise awareness about benefits and available assistance.
- With organisational support. stay updated on changes in benefits policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in benefits advisory, social work, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with benefits available to unpaid carers and their specific eligibility criteria.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, understanding attitude.
- Attentive to details and proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Empathetic attitude and a dedicated commitment to supporting unpaid carers.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software.
