About the role:
As a Maintenance Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our contracted suppliers provide high quality, reliable services to our supported housing schemes, to ensure clients have safe, good quality accommodation they can call home.
In your role, you will lead on tender and procurement processes to secure contracts with suppliers that deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality services. You will be responsible for ensuring all contracted suppliers hold relevant qualifications, health and safety and, insurance requirements at the point of tender and throughout the contract period.
You will work with the wider maintenance team to respond to queries from our supported housing colleagues related to contracted services.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
Training
- In conjunction with the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, facilitate a safeguarding learning and development programme for the diocese aligned with the national church Learning and Development Framework, Church Safeguarding Standards, reflecting the specific safeguarding responsibilities of those in role.
- To administer all lay and clergy safeguarding training run by the Diocese in line with above, in approximately 80 sessions a year. - To administer bookings for training courses; copy course materials and respond to emails and queries on training matters, ensure compliance of work submission required before and after courses.

General Administrative
- Work with IT and Information and Data Manager position to produce reports for the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser on safeguarding training issues and trends, and annual statistics represented in charts and graphs for inclusion in the annual safeguarding review.

About MenWalkTalk
MenWalkTalk is a registered charity in England which aims to support an improvement of mental health in men of all ages by engaging in a walking group which is proven to be beneficial to their mental and physical wellbeing. The Stigma around Men’s mental health needs to be broken. MenWalkTalk also aims to reduce social isolation for men and provide signposting to specialist support for those who may be experiencing mental health problems. We want to provide volunteer-led walking groups in every county across England and then the UK. Our volunteers have mental health first aid training as a minimum and their aims are to discuss mental health within their walking groups, in a caring, supportive, and non-judgemental manner. Location: Although the role will be predominantly working remotely, they require the role holder to live within a commutable distance of London.
The post holder will have responsibility for the general operations of the charity including people management, financial management, successful and effective programme delivery, implementing processes and spearheading all charity operations.

About the role
You will provide key inbound referral management and administrative support to the Money & Energy Advisers and within our Patient Support Services team for kidney patients struggling with their energy and water bills and other costs of living.
To raise awareness of the service and build strong relationships with people living with kidney disease and affected by kidney disease, professionals and other kidney stakeholder groups in your defined geographic region.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and allocation of inbound referrals into the Money & Energy Advice service across the region, effectively managing initial contact, appointments and assistance for food / fuel vouchers and other grant service administration.
• Update and maintain manual and computerised database and case management systems and records in accordance with the service’s internal policies/procedures and organisational standards.
• Collate and supply information and correspondence to internal and external contacts in accordance with required deadlines.
• Liaise with referring agencies to improve referral information and the general referral process for patients.
• Act as a gateway to local information and access to:
◌ Kidney Care UK patient grants programme, raising awareness of the programme and supporting applications.
◌ Kidney Care UK Patient Support & Advocacy service, to ensure patients have access to reliable and accurate patient information relating to kidney disease, patient pathways, models of care, and patient choice.
◌ Kidney Care UK Counselling service and other appropriate services to meet patients’ emotional and physiological needs.
• Work closely with local Kidney Care UK Patient Support & Advocacy Officers to ensure that patients receive expert advice in all areas of need, with smooth, effective handovers ensuring that patients feel supported and part of the Kidney Care UK ‘family’ at all times.
• Maintain records on the Kidney Care UK database to support service delivery and communications with patients, and to facility effective reporting to Kidney Care UK and to our funders.
• Raise awareness of Kidney Care UK and the benefit of its full range of Patient Support Services amongst people living with disease and affected by kidney disease and professionals across the region.
• Provide insight on patients’ concerns and unmet needs to inform Kidney Care UK research, campaigns, and new service development activity.
• Work in a way that respects the personal, social, cultural and spiritual needs of the individual and maintains the confidentiality of information they may have shared with you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team. You will work alongside the other Finance Officer to ensure that Richmond Borough Mind’s financial administration operates in an efficient and timely manner.
Working with Sage50 Cloud Accounting, you will process supplier invoices, payments and expenses by setting up BACS payments, standing orders and direct debits as necessary. You will assist with monthly accounts; preparing monthly payroll information and processing month end schedules as requested.
This role will see your existing financial accounting and administrative skills develop, working closely with the Head of Finance in the preparation of management accounts and budgets as well as ad hoc financial tasks.

Purpose of the job:
This newly created HR Officer position will support the Head of HR in a busy HR function potential for a busy charity. An Interim Director of Finance and Administration is sought to provide leadership and direction for the good financial management of the charity, working closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organisation.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Accountancy qualification.
- Experience of financial administration in a company or charity, including bank reconciliation, the preparation of monthly management accounts, and preparation for audit.
