About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fundraising CRM Manager to lead the development and management of our fundraising CRM and donor engagement systems. This is a pivotal role at an exciting moment of growth, ensuring our CRM is used strategically to strengthen donor relationships, improve fundraising performance, and support income growth across our international network.

Working closely with the Fundraising Director, you will oversee day‑to‑day CRM management, donor stewardship (up to £5,000), prospect research, reporting, and support for campaigns and events. You will also provide insight and data that underpin high‑value fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Development

• Lead the daily administration and development of the fundraising CRM (Salesforce or Beacon).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with data protection standards.
• Build donor segmentation, pipelines and automated journeys to improve retention and engagement.
• Produce regular insight reports, dashboards and monthly financial tracking.

Reporting to the Database and Insight Manager, you'll take responsibility for the administration of financial and supporter data from a range of internal and external sources. A key focus will be maximising the benefits of a recent Donorflex V12 upgrade and supporting ongoing work towards a more integrated organisational CRM.

The Young Roots Casework Service aims to improve the life chances of young refugees and asylum seekers and to support them to reach their potential by accessing their rights and entitlements. 

This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to head up the organisation's Casework team. It will be a chance to provide advice and guidance, safeguarding oversight, line management and supervise other Caseworkers across the organisation.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

This ISAC role is set within the Wiltshire Domestic Abuse service, providing specialist stalking advice, consultancy and support to high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking across Wiltshire. You will be working in a multiagency environment including police, other statutory bodies and third sector organisations to respond to and safeguard high risk victims, bridging gaps in their support.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

• Work with high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking, providing a targeted service, promoting safety as the central issue and thus reducing the risk of serious harm or death.

This is a centre-based role with some travel to other animal centres, branches and adopter’s homes. There will be a requirement to work with diverse teams and in potentially dangerous (due to the animals they may encounter) and emotionally demanding situations. 

Role Purpose

Responsible for assessing and monitoring the behaviour and welfare of dogs, cats and small animals (depending on need and competence) in Danaher’s care. This will include devising behavioural plans, and carrying out or overseeing environmental and behavioural and training interventions in agreed circumstances, to maintain high standards of welfare, support successful rehoming and reduce return rates. The post holder will also be required to support and train other staff and volunteers in the care, management and behaviour modification of the animals in their care.  

Behaviour, welfare and training plans for dogs and cats (other species depending on RSPCA need and professional competence). Decisions to escalate animals for RCAB attention (according to agreed criteria). Sign off of staff/volunteer competency to handle dogs with more complex behavioural needs (according to agreed criteria). Record-keeping.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and organised Children and Families Worker to lead and grow our ministry with children and families in the parish. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping children explore faith, has experience working with different age groups, and enjoys building relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Run Children’s Church on Sundays during term-time — including leading sessions and coordinating a team of volunteers.

• Develop a new older children’s group, including volunteer recruitment and curriculum planning.

• Help lead monthly All-Age Services in collaboration with the Vicar.

• Run a monthly Bubble Church service and manage related outreach and admin.

• Co-lead Tufnell Tots (stay-and-play group) on Thursday mornings.

• Build relationships with local primary schools (Tufnell Park and Yerbury) through regular lunch clubs, assemblies, and visits.

• Support and co-run termly community events such as our Pancake Party, Fireworks Night, and Back to School Party.

• Develop creative, new initiatives — such as after-school activities or holiday clubs — to help children and families engage with faith.

• Ensure full compliance with our safeguarding policy and support safeguarding admin.

• Encourage sustainability in children’s events and teach the importance of caring for God’s creation.

• Support an inclusive approach to working with children with additional needs and disabilities, adapting content and approaches as needed.

About You

Essential:

• A living Christian faith and a desire to help children grow in their knowledge and experience of God.

• Good knowledge of the Bible and enthusiasm for sharing its stories.

• A strong understanding of safeguarding principles.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.

With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.

The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.

This role would suit an experienced, corporate and/or philanthropy fundraiser with well-developed relationship management skills. Someone who is excited by the opportunity of shaping, developing and elevating these important supporters for the charity.

Guts UK are open to applications from those looking to develop their expertise and will be fully supported, should they not have equal experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience across areas such as corporate prospecting, pitching and account management. 

Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.
