Job description

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurially minded fundraiser with proven ability in the small charity sector to deliver income over a variety of funding streams.Lifting Limits is a charity with a mission to challenge gender stereotyping and promote gender equality, in and through education.You will join us at an exciting time as we build on the success of our pilot year and scale our model for wider roll out.

The role will involve working with the Chief Executive on all aspects of fundraising and development. Key responsibilities include researching and advising on potential sources of funding, fostering relationships with funders, developing diverse income streams and writing funding applications.

You will have experience of fundraising and donor engagement across a number of different funding streams, a proven record of successful funding applications, an understanding of the charitable trust sector and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Part time, 2-2.5 days per week (or equivalent hours)

6 month contract, to become permanent subject to procurement of funding for the post
