Job description

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion to work in this key role within the Education Centre Development (ECD) team at TLG. We are a fast-growing organisation and our vision is to see many, many more churches supporting children struggling at school. This role is critical in enabling that to happen.

The Education Systems Administrator will work very closely with the Head of Education Operations to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness and impact across our Education Centres by developing and maintaining robust, adaptable administrative systems and processes fit to support the significant growth we anticipate. The successful candidate will have excellent, efficient administrative skills and will be a leader with ambition, who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere of creative problem-solving and striving for better ways of doing things. Training on education-specific programmes will be provided but a systematic and solutions-focussed mindset is essential.

TLG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and their families and expects all staff including volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Initial interviews will take place on Tuesday 1st March, with final interviews held on Tuesday 8th March 2022.
