The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a UK-wide charity that exists to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We’re here for everyone who needs us. We protect children by working with people who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We support individuals and families who have been affected by abuse. And we help professionals who work with families to create safer environments for children through delivering risk assessments, interventions, training and consultancy. We run the confidential Stop It Now helpline and Shore, a website and chat service for teenagers.

About the role and you

We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced manager to join the Helpline team. You will support the Head of Stop It Now, working alongside our Helpline Managers and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Manager in the day to day running of the helpline and provide support and advice to Helpline Advisors. You will have direct client contact via telephone, a secure message service and online chat. You will also support with the training of staff and promotion of the work of the helpline.

You will have experience in working directly with one or more of our key target groups: - for example adults and/or children and young people who have sexually harmful behaviours, or child victims of sexual abuse, or family members of these individuals.  Our ideal candidate will be an energetic professional, who is proactive and outcome focused with exceptional communication and relationship skills. You will be able to evidence a successful track record of working with individuals and families impacted by child sexual abuse. You will be able to demonstrate confidence in translating the charity’s mission into direct child protection practice and equipping other professionals in tackling child sexual abuse.

Key attributes we are seeking include:

• A confident manager with good staff supervision and support skills, and an enthusiasm for supporting colleagues to work within organisational guidelines as well as to develop new skills
• An ability to provide confidential advice to callers through the Stop It Now helpline, including abusers/potential abusers; friends and family of abusers/potential abusers; parents worried about the sexual interests and behaviour of their children
• A team player working with colleagues to prevent child sexual abuse
• Confidence and good ability in the use of modern technologies for effective discharge of many day to day tasks
• Maintaining effective records in line with charity policy and practice
• A flexible approach with an ability to network with internal and external colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and quality work is delivered
• Skills in delivering training to groups of professionals

Single Homeless Project (SHP) and Islington Council are proud to introduce St. John’s Mansions - a brand-new, purpose-built accommodation service that will provide safe, high-quality housing for individuals experiencing homelessness and facing multiple exclusion. This innovative project is backed by the GLA’s Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP) 2022–2025, and represents a bold step forward in tackling homelessness across North London. SHP are building a dynamic, compassionate, and forward-thinking team to bring this vision to life. 

St. John’s Mansions will offer 19 beautifully finished self-contained studio flats, designed to support residents in their journey from rough sleeping and emergency accommodation to independent living. With a stay of up to 24 months, residents will receive tailored, high-intensity support to help them build the skills and confidence needed to thrive independently. 

The service will operate 24/7, with a welcoming reception and dedicated staff & clients spaces to enable both structured interventions and spontaneous, meaningful engagement. SHP will be working not only within Islington but in partnership with five North London boroughs - Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, and Westminster. This is more than just housing – it is a bridge to a better future. In this role, you’ll lead a team working closely with adults living in our accommodation, building trusting relationships and supporting them to take positive steps towards independence. About the project  

The Housing Advice Practitioner will by providing tailored advice and guidance through mainly remote online or phone support, as well as in person housing advice at a weekly housing advice surgery in the community. The role will include advocacy, coordination with legal services, workshops, and ensuring sustained support for families. 

This new Information and Advice Support Service is established to a) provide a light touch swift response service for less complex housing issues; and b) develop mechanisms for the early identification of emerging housing problems.

About the role  

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate support worker to deliver housing advice and practical support to individuals and families. This role involves responding to enquiries, conducting housing surgeries, and running workshops to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to address their housing-related issues. The successful candidate will work with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve sustainable housing outcomes. In this role, you will be working in partnership with community organisations and the council to coordinate tailored support for each client to address their housing issues. The objective of the programme is to provide advice and support to clients who have problems related to their housing and to improve wellbeing and awareness of tenancy rights and housing polices.

You will have experience of providing housing advice and working with individuals with complex needs.You will be an enthusiastic person who has empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to working with clients and who thrives when working independently with a passion to support change.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Debt Advice Caseworker to join our team at Oasis Waterloo. In the heart of the Waterloo community we run a busy and vibrant community space, open to all. A vital part of this work is our advice services – providing free and accessible debt, benefits, housing and immigration advice to local people. This work has grown over the last few years and we are now looking for an experienced and innovative advice worker, to provide debt advice within the service.

Citizens Advice Knowsley is funded by the Money and Pensions Service to deliver debt and money advice.  We are looking to recruit a Deputy Debt Advice Quality Manager to be part of the Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) Quality team.

Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Money Advice Caseworker to join our specialist team. This permanent role is vital for helping people resolve complex debt issues, contributing directly to our charitable mission of relieving poverty and distress.

Key Casework Responsibilities:

• Provide full money advice casework, including calculating, negotiating, drafting correspondence, and making phone calls to act on behalf of the client.
• Negotiate with third parties and creditors as appropriate.
• Ensure income maximisation by checking and assisting with the take-up of appropriate benefits.
• Manage cases according to the Citizens Advice Quality Standard and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case records for continuity, statistical monitoring, and reporting purposes.

What the job involves

This is a unique opportunity to lead a pioneering sexual wellbeing service for men with prostate cancer, delivered in partnership with Movember. You’ll be the clinical lead for a remote information and support service, working directly with patients referred from NHS partners and helping to transform outcomes in sexual health and wellbeing.

You’ll oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of the service, working closely with our nursing team to ensure high standards of care. You’ll build and maintain relationships with NHS Trusts, expanding the reach and impact of the service. You’ll also lead a national community of practice, supporting clinicians to implement Movember’s Clinical Guidelines for Sexual Health and Prostate Cancer, and share best practice across the sector.

This role combines strategic leadership, service development, clinical expertise, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of improving sexual wellbeing for men with prostate cancer, shaping a service that makes a real difference.

What we want from you

You’ll be a registered healthcare professional with significant experience in prostate cancer care, ideally at Band 7 or above. You’ll bring a strong interest in sexual wellbeing, with experience in areas such as erectile dysfunction clinics, and a passion for supporting patients and their families.

You’ll be an experienced service manager and line manager, confident in leading teams, coaching others, and driving quality improvement. You’ll have a track record of working collaboratively across healthcare systems, building relationships and influencing change.

You’ll be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. You’ll be committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, and motivated to deliver impactful services that meet the needs of diverse communities.
