As Marketing Executive - Supporter Journeys, you will be responsible for the delivery of supporter journey activity, planning and executing individual and church supporter journey activities across various channels, including direct mail, telephone, and digital.

Your purpose

To manage and optimise Voice 21’s marketing activity across campaigns, data, and digital channels, ensuring a seamless experience from first engagement through to conversion. The Marketing Lead will be the technical lead on our HubSpot CRM, drive inbound activity, strengthen the buyer’s journey, and ensure our brand and messaging support long-term impact.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, data, and workflows in HubSpot

• Build and maintain landing pages and web content aligned with campaign goals

• Partner with Sales to develop and execute data-informed marketing plans targeting schools across England

• Design and refine the buyer’s journey to maximise engagement and conversion from Lead to Opportunity

• Deliver marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing activity to improve pipeline conversion

About the Sickle Cell Society (SCS)

The Sickle Cell Society (SCS) is the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by a sickle cell disorder. We provide information, advice and support to enable people to improve their overall quality of life. To assist the Fundraising Manager in the delivery of the Sickle Cell Society’s (SCS) Fundraising Strategy and on-going development to achieve its fundraising priorities and targets. You will be responsible for the membership and donors’ database (Beacon) keeping up to date and reporting back on results, whilst ensuring data compliance and implementation of data. You will be highly proficient in the use of business IT systems in particular Microsoft Excel to analyse data, and you will also have at least one year’s experience, or equivalent, in producing detailed and insightful reports.

The post-holder will be a confident communicator and collaborator with proven relationship building and creative and innovative fundraising skills. The Role

As Policy Manager you will be the driving force of our policy influencing agenda. We count on you to develop nuanced recommendations, grounded in high-quality research, and to work with policy makers to raise awareness, secure buy-in, and achieve real-world change. Reporting directly to the CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring policy developments at the intersection of employment and work-migration. In the short term, in employment you will keep an eye on the Fair Work Agency and the implementation of the government’s Make Work Pay agenda. In immigration, you will monitor developments concerning high-risk employer-sponsored visas.

• Producing nuanced analyses that spell out the implications of policy developments in a clear and accessible manner, and conclude with actionable recommendations.

• Influencing decision-makers, including government, parliamentarians, parliamentary committees and APPGs. This includes evidence submissions, 1:1s, and working in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Contributing to research publications that document the systemic drivers of migrant worker exploitation, and draw on best practice to give policy makers options for change. 

• Contributing to the charity’s strategy, and taking up line management duties as required.

About you

This is a senior role for a candidate who can hit the ground running. We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Good knowledge of UK immigration and/or employment justice, evidenced by academic credentials and/or professional experience.

• At least three years of professional experience in policy influencing. We will consider less if you can demonstrate other relevant experience (i.e. in research or legal advice).

• Excellent analytical and research skills, evidenced by a track-record of publications (such as policy analyses, reports etc).

• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

• A real sense of purpose, commitment to our mission, and appreciation for the power of team work.

In 2024 and 2025 our youth activists gave evidence to the House of Lords, hosted parliamentary drop-in sessions and a mock inquiry, and made memorable appearances at party conference fringe sessions. This is an opportunity to build on that success and raise Bite Back’s profile even further amongst policymakers at a time when the Government is charting its new strategic approach to improving the food system as well as its 10 year plan to save the NHS. The Senior Public Affairs Manager will report to our Director of Advocacy & Strategy and be responsible for developing and implementing all our public affairs activity, ensuring alignment with our campaigns team and working closely with our partners in other organisations to bring about meaningful change. Skills and Experience

• A demonstrable track record of working in public affairs in an agency, in-house or in Parliament

• Comfort and familiarity engaging with senior political stakeholders of all parties

• Excellent knowledge of the UK political landscape including the working of Westminster, Whitehall and existing relationships with MPs and advisors

• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and respond flexibly to adapt strategies to fit rapidly changing political landscapes

We have an exciting opportunities for a Qualified and/ or Trainee Multidisciplinary Advocates to join our established and friendly Advocacy Team. 

We work for Rethink Advocacy, which is part of Rethink Mental Illness a national charity that has been transforming the lives of people severely affected by mental illness for over 50 years.

As an unqualified, inexperienced independent multi-disciplinary advocate, you will be required to enrol on the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification and complete the course within a set timescale, using protected study time to focus on this. You will shadow experienced team members and then be observed providing advocacy to those who are eligible for our services until you are able to pick up a caseload of your own. You will receive training in the different remits of advocacy, instructed and non-instructed advocacy and safeguarding and be supported to develop a thorough understanding of the role and boundaries of advocacy. The role involves acting on the instruction of the people you support, empowering them to have a say in their situation, to understand their rights and any options open to them and supporting them towards self-advocacy. When providing non-instructed advocacy, you will ensure that the unique preferences and views of the person are taken into consideration in any decisions made by care providers.

As a qualified and / or experienced independent advocate, you will provide statutory and / or non-statutory independent advocacy to those who are eligible for the service within the community or care settings. This may include secure facilities, hospitals, care homes, supported living facilities and people within their own homes or temporary accommodation.

Our Wandsworth and Richmond service provides a range of specialist advocacy services to Adults (and children) as appropriate across a range of disciplines.  We provide a range of statutory (instructed or non-instructed) and non-statutory advocacy support in secure units, hospitals, care settings or in the community, working with a range of health and social care partners.

Hubbub is looking for a motivated fundraiser join a thriving development team at an exciting and pivotal moment in our charity’s growth. With significant expansion in our Trusts & Foundations income over the past 18 months, we are now poised to build on this success and strengthen our philanthropic partnerships.  

As Development Manager you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Trusts & Foundations programme by cultivating new relationships and securing substantial funding from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies. In addition, you will also play a key role in advancing our income generation from businesses and contribute to the development of our events and funder communications.

Your role will include:   

• Securing funding for diverse aspects of our work against Hubbub’s annual fundraising target, from core costs to specific roles, to scaling successful projects.   

• Contributing to the growth of the Trusts fundraising pipeline, nurturing new relationships with both solicited and unsolicited prospects, and supporting colleagues to do the same.   

• Working closely with Project Leads and Directors to deliver engaging and persuasive trusts and statutory proposals that expertly match funding criteria to Hubbub’s projects and priorities.    

• Identifying external networking opportunities for yourself and the wider team to increase our visibility amongst potential funders and build new relationships.  

• Undertaking regular prospect research to identify new Trusts that align with Hubbub’s strategy, focus areas and projects  

• Strengthening existing Trusts relationships by showcasing our impact through timely reporting, and delivering donor stewardship to high standards.  

• Updating our funder database (Pipedrive), with relevant funder information in a timely manner.   

• Keeping up with environmental and philanthropic developments and trends so you can join the dots between the urgent environmental challenges that we face, the sustainability ambitions of funders and our own strategic objectives.  

• You will also be expected to join in-person funder meetings whenever required, likely in and around London. 

You will also support:  

• The wider team to secure income from businesses. This will involve developing introduction decks, employee engagement offerings, client proposals and more.  

• Hubbub events by contributing to ideas, compiling invitee lists, and drafting invitations.  

• A variety of other activities that will support our income generation when required.  

Who you are 

• You’re motivated and ambitious, with a tenacity to work towards targets. You will likely have contributed to and secured 5-6 figure grants from Trusts and statutory bodies. You’re open to taking risks and learning from failure. 

• You’re an excellent bid writer and enjoy converting complex projects into winning proposals with funders’ motivations and criteria in mind.

•  Your relationship building skills are top-notch, both virtual and IRL. You’re confident developing new funder relationships from scratch, whilst nurturing existing ones. You enjoy getting away from your desk and finding opportunities to network. 

• You have a deep understanding of how trusts and foundations work and are open to sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

• You’re collaborative and able to work across all levels of an organisation, managing up and down when needed, to produce high quality bids on time and on budget. 

• You’ll enjoy researching and prioritising new Trusts funders to approach. 

•  It would be a bonus if you have experience fundraising from businesses and/or high net worth individuals, plus utilising a CRM system to not just track deals but identify useful insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE OF DIRECTOR

CDMT is the industry body for world-class professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations in the performing arts, and we are a strong advocate on behalf of the sector.

The Director of the CDMT plays a strategic role in performing arts training, education and assessment nationally and manages the staff and resources of an organisation of UK-wide standing. The CDMT is financed primarily by membership subscriptions. As this source of income is restricted, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a strategic business sense and a successful income-driven record that will enable the CDMT to create, diversify and take full advantage of developing opportunities.

The Director must be able to liaise effectively with all sectors of the dance, drama, music and musical theatre education communities.  They will have wide knowledge and experience of arts education at all stages of development from entry level, through Further/Higher Education to post-graduate level, and will also require an understanding of qualification frameworks in the UK. Knowledge and experience of inspection and self-assessment mechanisms similar to those operated by the Office for Students, Ofsted and Ofqual, is desirable.

The role includes advocacy on behalf of the sector and requires an ability to offer support and advice to professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations as well as informing the thinking of regulators, civil servants and parliamentarians. This demands a high level of tact, diplomacy, professional understanding and tenacity as well as intellectual rigour and integrity.

This is a time of change and challenge for the performing arts education community.  The post of Director of the CDMT requires a talented, ambitious and self-driven professional able to offer and energetically deliver an exciting vision for the company’s future, and manage the journey required to successfully achieve it.
