About this job
We’ve got an opening for a Digital Analyst (and Optimisation) Lead to join our brilliant Digital and Content Team.
In this role, you’ll lead our reporting across our online platforms, and will be our central point of expertise for web analytics, channel marketing insights, and SEO.
You’ll offer insights and analysis to inform our understanding of what drives engagement and conversions against goals and KPIs. You’ll also oversee our tracking and tagging structure across all our digital platforms and campaigns.
You’ll have a real passion for data, create clear and actionable performance reports for our platforms, digital projects and campaigns – and you’ll be comfortable in communicating these reports to our stakeholders in a user-friendly way.
You’ll have advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager, and will be experienced in implementing optimisation strategies using tools such as Google Optimise.
We have lots of exciting projects coming up this year for the team!
- being part of a project to redesign the information architecture, taxonomy and user interface of our website
- Driving a review of our reporting for all digital activity, and shaping how we communicate our performance to stakeholders across the organisation
- helping us identify and understand the needs of the MS community and designing smooth user journeys across our digital eco-system

About the role
Citizens Advice Sedgemoor on behalf of the Citizens Advice services in Somerset are looking for a Data & Impact Analyst, a new role within the county. This is an exciting time to join us, as we have an ambitious agenda to develop our advice services to meet the needs of people across Somerset.
You will work across the County, gathering, and providing analysis of data and evidence, combining different approaches and skills, including research and evaluation, to make sure the best possible evidence is available to the Citizens Advice services in Somerset.

You will work with the Marketing Team to recruit new supporters, grow donations with the Fundraising Team, and collaborate with the Social Media Manager to increase the organisation's reach and engagement.
