We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Insight Analyst to oversee Blood Cancer UK’s digital tracking and analytics function. In this role, you’ll ensure our digital data from web, email, social media, and campaigns is accurate, reliable, and turned into clear, actionable insights that empower teams to make faster, evidence-based decisions. 

You will manage the implementation and quality assurance of tracking across platforms, monitor SEO and on-site search performance, and support the measurement and evaluation of campaigns and experiments. Working closely with Product, Content, and Marketing teams, you’ll embed robust measurement practices from the start of projects to help drive continuous improvement. 

You will be responsible for designing and building comprehensive data dashboards that combine digital data from multiple sources, to deliver accessible visual insights for various teams. You will set up, validate, and troubleshoot all data tracking and tagging across our platforms to ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy.

Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing data literacy across the organisation by providing guidance and training. You’ll act as a strategic partner by supporting the Insight & Digital Performance Lead to influence senior leaders and shape organisational priorities through data-driven insight.

Expected travel for this role is, quarterly in-person team meetings, 1–2 all-staff away days per year, plus additional travel to the London office and external meetings as required.

Key Responsibilites of the Finance Analyst:

• Assist the Finance BP on the preparation of monthly Management Accounts and KPIs, providing insightful commentary and analysis that drives decision-making.

• Help to maintain robust balance sheet controls and support audit queries.

• Analysis of budgets, forecasts and large data sets

• Take responsibility for overseeing the cash flow forecasting

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a vital role in supporting the College’s mission to improve child health.

As Finance Analyst, you will provide robust financial planning, analysis and reporting to ensure the sustainability and transparency of the College’s finances. Working closely with budget holders and the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will support on producing accurate, timely reports, developing forecasts, and supporting decision-making across the organisation.

You will also play a critical role in contributing to strengthening internal financial controls, supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and delivering insightful analysis to senior leaders, the Board of Trustees, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, working with budget holders and producing financial templates and reports

As well as being a whiz with numbers, analytical tools and coding (including SQL), you must be a good collaborator who can work well with stakeholders and other analysts across different fields to bring together the ‘big picture’ and add value. 

You must have experience working with CRM systems and developing and interrogating PowerBI reports and dashboards for different contexts.  

You need to be objective and clear-headed in a complex data environment; you figure out and focus on what really matters, going beyond headline reporting to uncover deeper insights and choosing the most effective methods to report on those insights to a range of audiences. 

You are inquisitive and curious, keeping an eye on improvements and innovations, and being proactive in making the right changes happen.  You are data and evidence-centric, with an appreciation of how quantitative and qualitative methods work alongside each other.  Ideally, you also have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, or customer experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Data Engineer to join our growing Data and Insights team. Stewardship is growing in its data capabilities and developing an ever-stronger data led culture. Help Us Turn Data into Action for Communities

 At The National Lottery Community Fund, we believe in the power of communities to change lives. Our Evidence and Impact team plays a vital role in making sure our funding decisions are informed, equitable, and impactful. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who’s passionate about data, storytelling, and creating tools that empower others inside and outside of the Fund to make data driven decisions. You will report into Head of Business Intelligence (BI)

This role is especially exciting as it supports our work with dormant assets. Whereby the Fund will be unlocking unclaimed financial resources and directing them to where they can make the greatest difference. You’ll help us understand the impact of these funds, identify areas of need, and ensure that insights from dormant asset investments are accessible and actionable across the Fund.

As a BI Developer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation—from analysts and operational teams to senior leadership—ensuring that our data tools and reporting solutions meet real-world needs. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable data models, developing ETL pipelines, and designing intuitive dashboards that empower users to explore and understand our data independently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, values stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about using data to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

What You'll Do

As a BI Developer, you’ll:

• Design and build engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Develop efficient, scalable data models in collaboration with our Data Architect and Technology teams
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support robust, reliable data flows
• Lead the transition to automated, self-service reporting across the Fund
• Work closely with analysts, business users, and stakeholders to ensure insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to gather requirements and improve BI products
• Apply user-centric design principles and continuously improve your products based on feedback and usage data
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience turning user needs into BI solutions that drive decision-making
• Is skilled in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M), SQL and or python
• Has experience with ETL development
• Has experience with data modelling, UI/UX best practices, and enterprise BI development
• Understands data engineering principles and has worked with tools or platforms for data integration and transformation
• Is a confident communicator who can translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights
• Works collaboratively across teams and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Is passionate about using data to support equity, sustainability, and community resilience
• Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is eager to keep learning

Essential Criteria

• A professional qualification, bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant discipline such as mathematics, statistics or data analysis.
   
• Experienced in taking user requirements and functional designs and turning these into BI products for a wide range of users.
   
• Hands on data visualisation experience, with a strong background in developing enterprise BI products that meet the needs of a wide range of users.
   
• Skilled in data coding languages and practical techniques with demonstrable experience and/or professional certifications.
   
• Awareness of data quality best practice and how it should apply to enterprise BI.
   
• Experience of developing and maintaining productionised BI solutions, including the full development lifecycle.
   
• Awareness of industry-recognised data modelling patterns and standards.

Desirable Criteria

• Awareness of project management techniques, and an appreciation of how they are applied in the environment.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of the day-to-day management and ongoing improvement of the Blood Cancer UK website and, in time, other user-facing platforms such as our shop and lottery. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for managing the website backlog, planning sprints with our development agency, and coordinating content governance, testing, and releases. 

You’ll ensure the site remains accessible, accurate, technically sound, and user-focused, while working closely with colleagues across the charity to prioritise needs and deliver changes smoothly. You'll also contribute to the long-term product roadmap and help uphold high standards across performance, accessibility, privacy, and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring our digital platforms support the needs of people affected by blood cancer.

Expected travel for this role is: quarterly in-person team meetings, 1–2 all-staff away days per year, plus additional travel to the London office and external meetings as required.
