The Director of Operations is a pivotal senior leadership role at Sister System, responsible for strengthening the people, culture, systems and organisational foundations that enable our mission to thrive. The Role
The Senior Programme Coordinator will support the development and delivery of SEO London’s apprenticeship programmes.
The post holder will develop a strong understanding of SEO London’s programmes, the industries we support and the needs of our students and partner organisations.They will use this knowledge to deliver projects, respond to stakeholder needs and provide a professional and supportive participant experience.

Context of Role
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person
aged 25 and under. We are an All-Wales and part England charity providing immediate
casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative
therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
The post holder will provide immediate and ongoing emotional and practical support to families
affected by the sudden and unexpected death of their child or young adult.
Main Duties
1.0. Service:
1.1: To initiate immediate support for a caseload of families whose children and young people aged 0-25
have died suddenly and unexpectedly across the region
1.2: To contact all families within 24-48 hours of the referrals by telephone
1.3: Complete an initial assessment of families' needs to identify and plan the support as required in line
with safeguarding and risk reduction
1.4: Offer emotional support and advice to a case load of families through home visits and ongoing
weekly telephone calls
1.5: To liaise with the Counselling Support and Outreach Coordinator, who is responsible for organising
formal support such as counselling, complementary therapy or play therapy, subject to consent from the
bereaved individual
1.6: To work with hospital staff, GP’s, police officers, coroner offices, mental health teams and other
healthcare professionals to raise awareness of and promote referrals into the charity

About the role

The Senior Policy Officer will strengthen Youth Employment UK’s policy and insight capacity by helping gather, analyse and communicate evidence from young people, employers, members and the wider youth employment system.

Our Operations Assistant will provide invaluable support to the Operations, Finance and Governance team to ensure the smooth running of our organisation.
This post would suit a proactive, organised and detail-focussed person who would enjoy a varied role supporting, and being part of, a dynamic team. For an Assistant-level role we do not expect you to have substantial previous work experience, but we are looking for a self-starter with a keenness to learn, and a proactive attitude to assisting others and finding solutions is essential.
LSW supports active Welsh learners at all levels. Fluency in Welsh is not a requirement of this post, but the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable and a willingness to learn is essential.
