This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team who are passionate about improving the lives of people with MS. We are looking for someone who is confident in navigating social media channels and has a proven track record in creating engaging content for a range of audiences.
The successful candidate will be supporting the development and delivery of our digital communications to increase our reach across Northern Ireland so you’ll need to have confidence navigating Meta Platforms and online graphic design tools such as Canva or similar.
You will be joining a busy team so communication skills and time management are crucial as well as an ability to spot opportunities and work on your own initiative with support from your manager and the wider Northern Ireland team. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.

About the role
A Health Care Assistant works within the Inpatient Unit alongside other Health Care Professionals, providing an excellent standard of care to patients with palliative and end of life care needs whilst also offering vital emotional support to their families.
Our Health Care Assistants provide a patient-centred and holistic approach to the care they deliver, this may include assisting to meet hygiene needs, monitoring symptoms, basic wound care, developing clinical skills whilst working closely with the registered nurses.
Our staff to patient ratio allows Health Care Assistants to spend time with patients and their families to ensure great care is given and we are able to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
· Working as part of a wider MDT to provide individualized, holistic care to inpatients in Crimple House.
· Providing excellent standards of personal care to patients.
· Helping patients and their loved ones with emotional and practical support.

Our Product and Systems Management team are responsible for: defining our product vision; setting the product strategy; and executing on it by delivering new functionality that meets customer needs and supports business goals.
Across all of our products our Product and Systems Management team cover the following areas:
- Being fully responsible for the provision and management of the system
- Owning the list of user requirements. These are known as product backlog items (PBIs) and are drawn from user group meetings/discussions. These PBIs are then scheduled for build and release.
- Manage the relationship with any external support companies for the relevant products and interconnected products and systems including accounting online, bank checking and deduping systems.
- Manage the data cleanliness, accessibility, availability and retention in accordance with our data governance and security policies particularly the information and data management framework. And develop and maintain automated processing of bulk data.
- Enshrine continuous improvement into the use and development of our Products.
Our use of Product Management comprises of all of our critical business systems (Finance, HR, Intranet, Microsoft end user applications).
Our Head of Product and Systems Management plays a crucial role in the development and delivery of our Product and Systems Management. This role is also responsible for defining and delivering the Product and Systems Management team’s strategy/roadmap and ensure they are delivered.

- Expert experience of Product Management

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is responsible for:
- Provide strategic leadership and implement initiatives to improve data maturity and the overall data and insights culture across the organisation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and organisational-wide data management and BI framework(s) aligned with the MS Society’s mission and organisational strategy
- Act as MS Society’s Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and data subjects
- Drive adoption and effective use of data management and BI reporting and analysis tools across the organisation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key data, insights, and reporting needs
- Improve and implement an organisational-wide logical data model and taxonomy

For this role we’re looking for:
- Experience in a senior data management and BI role, driving up data maturity across an organisation with a variety of disciplines, teams and processes

Are you ready to make a lasting impact while developing your skills in delivering marketing campaigns and engaging supporters? We are currently recruiting a Legacy Marketing Campaign Executive known to Guide Dogs as a Legacy Campaign Executive.
You’ll assist with the delivery of legacy marketing campaigns and loyalty activities, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget to maximise responses and overall value. You'll manage various tasks, from circulating artwork and content for approval to raising purchase orders and handling invoices. You’ll also oversee loyalty communications, address queries from internal teams and supporters, and manage donor stewardship processes for legacies and In Memoriam donations. Post-campaign analysis, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining stock levels of collateral will also be key parts of your responsibilities, while collaborating with the digital team to ensure timely updates to our web pages.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the charity sector and eager to apply their administrative and marketing campaign skills to help us inspire supporters and the general public to leave a gift in their Will to Guide Dogs.
