The Role
In April 2021 the Domestic Abuse Act received Royal Assent. The Act introduces a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Notice (DAPN) to provide immediate protection following a domestic abuse incident, and a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) to provide flexible, longer-term protection for victims. DAPOs can impose both prohibitions and positive requirements on perpetrators. We were commissioned by the Home Office to design a triage model that will assess individuals for the suitability of these interventions; this triage model will be rolled out in the pilot sites which are going live in May 2024 and will be tested and evaluated in order to prepare for national roll out in 2026.The Programme Manager will oversee the roll out and delivery of the DAPO pilot Triage Model.

The service provides accommodation and housing related support to people experiencing homelessness; dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to people while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing.
In the role of Project Worker, you will:
- Oversee a caseload of clients and provide ongoing 1-1 support in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.

ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. - Experience of leading and implementing strategies, including setting and overseeing strategic projects led by others.
- Experience of using CRM systems to their full potential, interpreting donor data, analysing findings and making decisions based on your analysis. Knowledge and experience of the Donorfy platform is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors would be desirable, but not essential.

We have an opportunity available for a Business and Development Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team. As Business and Development Relationship Manager, your key focus will be to have a direct impact upon the growth and success of the business through the strategic contribution to service development and new business development.
This role will be home based with regular travel across the Midland and South of England region. You will be required to attend at Head Office (based in Warrington, Cheshire) for monthly team meetings, supervisions and as and when required. Salary £57,742 per annum. Contract of 39 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and growing the customer base across the region, establishing, and maintaining key strategic partnerships with commissioners, ICBs, housing providers and other stakeholders.
- Revenue targets and relevant KPIs are delivered across the region whilst ensuring service sustainability is maintained.
- Establishing demand needs within the local areas whilst supporting with new developments, with interests in LD & MH Services.
- The ability to develop high-level reports and briefings, managing complex data and information to provide concise recommendations and detailed action plans.
For this role you will need to be able to work independently and work with the wider business development team on competitive bids and tendering across the region. We are seeking someone who is willing to lend a helping hand and constantly looking for ways to improve process. You will need to have patience, an understanding nature and active listening skills. Qualifications
Candidates must have a relevant qualification in Business management, or be willing to work towards. We have a permanent opportunity for a conveyancing legal professional to join a Law School on a permanent basis, for 2-3 days a week (across Mon - Thurs). This role is fully remote as learners are online, but there would be a requirement to attend in-person meetings in Bedford, up to 6 times per year.
Key duties:
- Manage caseload of learners: onboard, assess skills, and create development plans.
- Deliver group and 1:1 teaching sessions at all levels in designated areas of specialism via webinar, checking and supporting learning and the practical application of skills
- Assessing learners' formative work according to mark schemes, providing detailed feedback on all areas of strength and identifying areas for development
- Supporting learners by conference call, email or online forum
- Ensure learner safety and well-being, report any concerns.
- Monitor learner engagement and progress, raise concerns as needed.
- Conduct progress reviews, set objectives, and adapt plans accordingly.
