This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. In October 2025, St Ann’s Hospice became Moya Cole. Their two hospices in Heald Green and Little Hulton provide person centred care and support to adults affected by life-limiting illnesses. They serve thousands of people every year across Greater Manchester.

You will have experience of:

We need a skilled, creative, enthusiastic marketeer, with proven digital marketing experience, to take the Trust’s marketing and communications to the next level.
We are a registered charity caring for the historic Grade I-listed Sharpham House and Estate on the banks of the River Dart near to Totnes.
At the heart of the Sharpham Trust ethos is our desire to build a more mindful, compassionate and environmentally sustainable world. We connect over 3,000 people annually with nature and foster mindfulness and well-being through our programme of retreats, mindfulness courses, public events, outdoor learning and the arts.
In recent years the Trust has greatly expanded its activities, integrating and increasing the scope of our work. Our estate now embraces various retreat centres, operating all year round, together with online offers, serving a wide range of audiences and interests.
Our marketing and communications are founded upon a desire to build lasting authentic relationships with our participants and to expand the range and number of people we engage.
Over the last two years we have been reviewing our marketing and communications and increased the staffing resources dedicated to this area. We are looking for an Events Coordinator to develop and deliver our programme of Arts and Crafts workshops and events. You will be based from our Refresh shop in High Wycombe, where we sell donated surplus and unwanted arts and crafts materials, including fabrics, textiles, wools, haberdashery, papers, paints, foils, and many more items to support all types of crafting.
You will be instrumental in building a programme of events around the materials donated to us. Our aim is to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Create, whilst building a community of crafters where people share, repair, make & create, teach & learn, providing easy alternatives to buying new, reducing waste and carbon, through the circular economy.
This is a new part-time role (18-21 hours), fixed term for three years and we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in event planning or similar.
The Refresh shop is run by Wycombe Environment Centre, a registered charity established in 2001 running a number of projects.

Job description
We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.
The role may also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 20/80 basis (80% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.
Key Requirements
Are you able to communicate effectively with students experiencing distress or complex circumstances? Are you able to work independently within agreed procedures, escalating where needed? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in managing high-volume enquiries and administrative processes in a student or customer-facing environment. They will administer shared inboxes and appointment processes, handle personal information sensitively and in accordance with confidentiality and data protection requirements, and support students in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. The successful candidate will prioritise competing demands effectively, contribute to service improvement through accurate record keeping and reporting, and work collaboratively with colleagues and student staff to deliver an outstanding Advice Service and wellbeing projects for UCL students
