We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Practitioner to join our specialist Smoking Cessation Service to help people on their journey to reducing and/or quitting smoking. Experience of smoking cessation is desirable, but what's more important is an understanding of social prescribing and a commitment ot empowering inidviduals and communities.

Email Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted, data-driven email marketing campaigns aligned with the eoa’s business calendar and goals, using segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.

Website Management
- Manage and maintain the eoa website, ensuring timely, relevant, and SEO-optimised content through collaboration with content creators.

- Ensure website compliance with accessibility, GDPR, and brand guidelines, coordinating with all stakeholders as needed.
Digital Strategy and Analytics
- Align and optimise digital activity across all our digital channels (website, membership community platform, and social channels) with eoa goals, collaborating across teams and supporting cross-channel campaigns.
- Monitor performance and trends, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for improvement, while staying current with best practices.

About you
- Proven experience in successful email campaign marketing and website management.
- A high degree of experience using design tools including Canva and Adobe and managing relationships with agencies.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as iMIS.
- Experienced in using a mailing platform such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Competence in Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and digital content creation skills including Canva and Adobe.

Key Responsibilities
GENERAL MARKETING

- Define and segment target audiences – both business and customers – and reach them through the most effective marketing channels

Are you passionate about engaging communities and empowering volunteers? The MS Society is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to support our Community, Events & Retail Fundraising team. You’ll play a key role in recruiting, supporting, and developing volunteers, helping us achieve our mission of improving the lives of people affected by multiple sclerosis.
As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and manage volunteering opportunities across our income generating activities.
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers, ensuring an outstanding experience.
- Create and deliver engaging volunteer campaigns to grow our community.
- Support and maintain strong relationships with volunteer organisations and local partners.
- Monitor and improve volunteer engagement and retention to strengthen our impact.

Role - The primary focus of the role is to provide good quality information and advice to VCSE organisations based in Redcar & Cleveland that will support their development needs, including (but not limited to) key areas such as governance, funding, marketing etc. The post holder will have a key role in the development, delivery and evaluation of the Enhance service training offer.
Background (Summary)
Enhance is the newly funded VCSE infrastructure support service in Redcar and Cleveland made possible through the collaboration of a number of funders to fill a gap in local provision.
Lloyds Bank Foundation, Rank Foundation, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Tees Foundation and the Woodsmith Foundation have provided three years of funding and commissioned MVDA to develop and deliver a VCSE infrastructure service (Enhance) in Redcar and Cleveland.
Enhance will provide practical support to VCSE organisations based in the Redcar and Cleveland area who deliver services to local people and communities.
The service model for Enhance is based on three key areas:
Improvement – Providing practical support through an information and advice service. This will include for example advice on governance, funding, policy and practice
Growth - The development and delivery of a comprehensive training programme for all VCSEs in Redcar and Cleveland
Influence - Work to support the building and development of relationships; collaborative work across the VCSE sector and cross-sector partnerships
The service will be based in Redcar and Cleveland and will provide an outreach service in the more rural areas of the borough to ensure the services are accessible to all local VCSEs.
