Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk. As the operator of the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, our 356 historic churches include examples of irreplaceable architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of English history.

CCT has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. All churches in our care are listed, mostly Grade I and II*, and some are Scheduled Ancient Monuments.

Without our care, these buildings might have disappeared entirely. Instead, they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.

Overall job purpose

 The National Office Administrator will support the organisation from our National Office. They will provide key administrative support to central teams, including:

· Communications

· Conservation

· Fundraising & Membership

· Finance

· Human Resources

· Information Governance & ICT

This support will enable teams to undertake their tasks effectively, efficiently, and promote quality experience for our supporters. The post-holder will develop relationships across CCT in supporting teams, maintaining a proactive, dynamic workplan in support of central operational requirements and national initiatives. 

They will be the primary point of contact for the National Office, coordinating the day-to-day running of the office and meeting spaces. The post holder will have responsibility for all office related administration and associated project work.

Key Responsibilities  

· You will be accountable for the retention and outcomes of your portfolio of programmes.  

· You will work closely with colleagues in both the Delivery & Partnership team and the Quality & Impact team to pursue quality delivery of programmes that adheres to model fidelity.  

· You will hold partners and stakeholders to account for their key responsibilities in the delivery of quality programmes.  

This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. You will lead and manage a large-scale, multi-organisation piece of research aiming to highlight the impact of our programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring the main research project and any supplementary research projects are delivered efficiently and ethically. You will use data and evidence to inform practice and work closely with the Programme Specialist for Pilots and the wider Quality and Impact Team as required.  Additionally, you will project manage additional cross-organisational projects as required in support of our growing charity. 

This is role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. 

Travel throughout the UK may be required.   

You will report to the Head of Quality and Impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

· You will be accountable for the oversight of the main research and any supplementary research projects from initiation to completion.

· You will collaborate with the Programme Specialist for Pilots and the Associate Director of Business Development to ensure delivery of the research and ensure alignment and fidelity to the research plan.

· You will work with the Head of Quality and Impact and Finance Team to ensure that the project/s meet agreed objectives, timelines and budgets. 

· You will support the development of project documentation. 

· You will deliver reports and presentations as required both internally and externally from DFN Project SEARCH to share information regarding the research project. 

· You will be accountable for collecting, analysing and reporting on data that is relevant to the organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE OF DIRECTOR

CDMT is the industry body for world-class professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations in the performing arts, and we are a strong advocate on behalf of the sector.

The Director of the CDMT plays a strategic role in performing arts training, education and assessment nationally and manages the staff and resources of an organisation of UK-wide standing. The CDMT is financed primarily by membership subscriptions. As this source of income is restricted, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a strategic business sense and a successful income-driven record that will enable the CDMT to create, diversify and take full advantage of developing opportunities.

The Director must be able to liaise effectively with all sectors of the dance, drama, music and musical theatre education communities.  They will have wide knowledge and experience of arts education at all stages of development from entry level, through Further/Higher Education to post-graduate level, and will also require an understanding of qualification frameworks in the UK. Knowledge and experience of inspection and self-assessment mechanisms similar to those operated by the Office for Students, Ofsted and Ofqual, is desirable.

The role includes advocacy on behalf of the sector and requires an ability to offer support and advice to professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations as well as informing the thinking of regulators, civil servants and parliamentarians. This demands a high level of tact, diplomacy, professional understanding and tenacity as well as intellectual rigour and integrity.

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team based at our Head Office in Abbots Leigh.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key role providing financial insight, analysis and advice to support informed decision-making and drive financial performance across both Freeways and Freeways Trust.

A key part of the role is the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts and analysis for both charities, ensuring the information produced is clear, insightful and supports effective financial management and reporting. You will lead in the financial planning, monitoring and performance reporting for Freeways Trust.

You will also support the Finance Director with strategic financial planning, long-term forecasting and the development of the financial and strategic estates plan for both organisations. Working in a strong, collaborative relationship with the Finance Operations Manager, you’ll help ensure the integrity of financial reporting and the alignment between operational finance and business planning.

In this role, you will:

· produce accurate, timely and insightful monthly management accounts and reports for both Freeways and Freeways Trust

· lead the financial planning, monitoring and reporting for Freeways Trust, including reporting at Board level

· support the Finance Director in developing long-term financial and strategic estate plans for both charities

· partner with senior managers and budget holders to provide expert financial analysis and advice

· work closely with the Finance Operations Manager to maintain strong controls and alignment across financial systems and processes

· coach and support non-financial managers to strengthen their financial understanding and decision-making

· oversee payroll activity and ensure compliance with internal controls

· identify and lead improvements to financial reporting and planning processes

About You

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) with at least three years post-qualification experience, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience at a similar level. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to influence decisions through sound financial insight.

You will also have:

· Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports

· Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring

This is a pivotal leadership role, supporting the Chief Executive and Board with organisational development, risk oversight, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.

This executive leadership role shapes the strategic direction of Emerging Futures, overseeing HR, Quality, Safeguarding, and Performance functions. It drives organisational strategy across people, culture, innovation, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with the charity’s values and sector trends in substance misuse and homelessness.

Key responsibilities include leading HR strategy—covering recruitment, workforce development, staff wellbeing, inclusion, and compliance—and overseeing quality assurance, clinical governance, and safeguarding to ensure robust risk management and continuous improvement.

The role also leads the development of outcome measurement frameworks, promotes data-driven decision-making, and collaborates with operational leaders to support service innovation and performance. Externally, it represents the organisation in strategic forums and partnerships, while internally fostering integration and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

This role is home based, however as you are leading remote teams across the country, very regular travel to EF sites/offices will be required.

About you

You will have proven senior leadership experience in HR (ideally at Head of HR or Director level) in the voluntary, housing, health, or social care sector. You should also have:

• Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management or equivalent, plus relevant experience
• Strategic understanding of workforce, service delivery, and governance issues in substance use, homelessness, or complex needs sectors
• Demonstrated success in embedding quality and assurance frameworks across complex, dispersed services.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, risk management, and performance improvement frameworks.
• Track record of driving organisational culture change and operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, including Board-level reporting.

Family Fund is seeking a dynamic Statutory Funding Manager to lead efforts to grow our income from government and statutory funders. This includes proactively identifying new funding opportunities linked to government policies and programmes, collaborating with operational teams to develop strong funding proposals, and building positive relationships with potential funders to support the organisation’s growth objective.

• Proactively horizon scanning across the policy landscape by reviewing government papers, policy reports, consultations, etc. to identify opportunities where Family Fund can offer strategic solutions 

• Working collaboratively with operations and research colleagues to ensure high quality, targeted and compelling proposals 

•  Cultivating and managing a network of peers and decision makers in government departments to accomplish objectives 

About you

You’ll have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding income targets from statutory income sources, have significant experience or researching and writing tenders and the commercial ability to understand, set and meet financial targets. 

To be successful in this role you will have a positive approach to business development and a detailed understanding of the statutory funding landscape and how policy development links to funding.You’ll need to have creative and lateral thinking skills to identify and expand on opportunities to meet government needs through the capacity and skills of the organisation.

The Role

The Executive Director will lead the Lincolnshire Social Outcomes Partnership CIC (LSOP CIC), driving its mission to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities across Lincolnshire. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for managing partnerships, governance, and delivery of the organisation’s innovative Community Transformation Fund and Anchor Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading fundraising and investor engagement
• Overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring strong governance and financial management
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders including the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, Social Finance, Macmillan Cancer Support, and local VCFSE organisations

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of:

• Working with or within health systems with an understanding of processes and systems associated with service delivery
• Developing and delivering fundraising and investment opportunities (for example, grant-based or investment bids to charities, foundations or philanthropic organisations)
• Developing and managing cross-sector partnerships, including collaboration with public sector, legal, financial, and community stakeholders.
• Overseeing financial modelling, risk analysis, and investment planning in complex programme environments.
• Commissioning, contracting, and negotiating with external partners and professional advisors.
• Designing and delivering programmes that prioritise equity, lived experience, and inclusive service design.
• Presenting proposals and performance updates to governance boards or advisory groups.
• Supporting capacity building within organisations or communities in multi-agency settings.
• Developing and delivering programmes in partnership with community-based or place-based institutions.
• Facilitating inclusive approaches to service development that reflect community needs.

• overseeing the full-service development lifecycle, using evidence to drive continuous improvement and ensuring that lived experience is embedded into design. 
• ensuring that our new or improved services are operationally viable. Supporting our Fundraising to ensure that new services are funded. 
• Developing and managing our service development roadmap.  
• With the Director of Service Development, acting as an organisational lead for coproduction / lived experience. Driving best practice and upskilling in coproduction and lived experience involvement and participation across the organisation.  

We’re looking for:

• significant experience of leading coproduction and service experience design, and ability to support others to deliver these activities. 
• ability to lead organisational discussions and be an authoritative champion based on subject expertise (for coproduction, service development and innovation). 
• experience of effectively implementing change and improvement across an organisation, and ability to drive continuous improvement across a department. 
• experience of leading service development and managing the service lifecycle (including horizon scanning, research, coproduction, piloting and using monitoring and evaluation data to make improvements), ideally in a health or third sector setting. 
• substantial experience of people management, in a team of similar size or complexity. Demonstrable ability to lead, manage and support others to deliver high-quality results. 
• Proven experience in policy implementation, compliance and risk governance (and with an understanding of Safeguarding and demonstratable experience implementing Safeguarding policies).
