Labour Behind the Label is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual Giving Fundraiser to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate an ambitious and effective individual giving programme for individual donations, cash appeals and regular giving. You will be responsible for the coordination of these areas of fundraising across multiple channels, as well as the administration and stewardship required to ensure engaging supporter journeys.
The successful candidate is likely to bring a strong understanding of how we can recruit and retain supporters as well the latest digital trends and demonstrate creative and technical skills to deliver a digital fundraising strategy. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of boosting individual giving for small organisations, write compelling communications and have a particular flair for digital fundraising. You will collaborate with the team to optimise lifetime value from potential and current supporters. You will feel comfortable handling data sets and feel confident knowing how to make the most of data. You will be results driven and enjoy analysing your fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum success for the next.
Labour Behind the Label (LBL) supports garment workers' efforts worldwide to improve their working conditions, wages, and ensure their basic rights are respected. We do this through lobbying retailers, brands and political leaders; raising public awareness; promoting campaign action; and exploring legal possibilities for improving conditions.
Key areas
Fundraising
- Develop and implement LBL’s individual giving fundraising strategy (including one off, cash appeals and regular giving)
- Be responsible for driving up overall regular giving numbers
- Identify new ways to ask for funds; plan, implement and evaluate
- Manage one off appeals including our end of year Big Give appeal
- Manage LBL’s Challenge Events including the Six Items Challenge, Bath Half Marathon London Marathon and Brighton Marathon

- Continue a regular giving strategy to generate growth in income and acquisition/retention numbers

- Create social media assets for fundraising using Canva
- Social media use and update the website (including fundraising pages/posts and donation forms)
Database Management
- Manage the organisation’s database: Beacon
- Take a lead on ensuring data is properly processed, clean and useful for the team
- Manage data entry and updates on our CRM database to maintain up to date records on supporter contact information, attributes, relationships and donations

We are looking for an experienced commercial and visitor experience professional to join our friendly team in the new post of Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, reporting into our trading board, Crystal Palace Park Events Ltd (CPPEL), and line managed by the Director of Park Management.
Responsible for achieving ambitious income targets, you will lead the management, development and growth of key revenue generating activities including concessions, leases, retail, licensing, catering, markets and car parking activity (and excluding events and venue hire). Alongside this you will oversee the smooth running of the park as a visitor attraction, ensuring an excellent visitor experience and an accessible, warm welcome to all.
You will be a creative and entrepreneurial team player with experience working in a visitor attraction, cultural, heritage or park setting and a proven track record in business development and income generation.

JOB TITLE: Public Affairs Manager

JOB PURPOSE: The Public Affairs Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s policy & public affairs strategy, including managing a targeted contact programme with politicians, civil servants and stakeholder organisations. The role will also play a key role in supporting the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in sport, disability and education and deliver Games’ time guest programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage the implementation of the public affairs strategy, with support from the Head of Social Impact and Director of Communications & Social Impact, reporting back to the Senior Leadership Group on the outcomes achieved.
- Work with the CEO, Director of Communications & Social Impact and Head of Social Impact to implement a stakeholder engagement plan building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholder such as politicians, Government departments, ParalympicsGB’s members, sport and disability organisations, and the education sector.
- Coordinate ParalympicsGB colleagues to execute a contact programme with relevant stakeholders including Government Ministers, MPs and Peers, Civil Servants and Stakeholder organisations from ParalympicsGB’s membership and the wider sport, education and disability sectors.
- Monitor and analyse upcoming relevant policy and legislative developments and activities and identify opportunities for influence including drafting responses to parliamentary, government and other consultations.
- Represent ParalympicsGB externally to raise awareness and strengthen our reputation with key policy makers, decision-makers, and relevant public affairs networks. Reporting back to colleagues on the content of meetings and arranging follow-ups as appropriate.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials for political audiences and senior internal stakeholders to support influencing priorities.
- Organise and support delivery of a series of Westminster based events and activations to support our Public Affairs strategy, including events to raise awareness of ParalympicsGB’s relevant social impact programmes e.g. Equal Play and Community Sport initiatives.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement around the promotion of Stoke Mandeville as the birthplace of the Paralympic Movement.
- Administer the Paralympic Games guest programme for Government Ministers, Royal Patron and key stakeholders linked to social impact and international relations.
Policy
- Lead the coordination of ParalympicsGB responses to relevant Government consultations and other stakeholder responses.
- Lead the research, manage consultation with key stakeholders, and draft policy papers with regards development of ParalympicsGB’s policy papers in line with the social impact strategy, particularly around education (Equal Play), community sport, and disability.
Social Impact
- Work with the Social Impact team on communicating public affairs opportunities to our athletes (as part of the ParalympicsGB Athlete Community) and connecting social impact programmes to political opportunities.
Correspondence, Planning and Databases
- Draft correspondence with key contacts on behalf of the organisation.
- Develop and manage parliamentary and stakeholder contact management database.
- Provide administrative support to the Communications team as required.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

Living Paintings is the national charity on a mission to ensure every blind child in the UK has equal access to the visual world of pictures, books and learning. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
In this role you will lead on maintaining, developing, and delivering all aspects of our charity’s communications strategy and its associated activities, working closely with the Communications Assistant as well as the CEO, Fundraising Lead, Library Manager and Publishing Manager. · Support the Director of Membership Services and Volunteering to enhance the member and volunteer experience and engagement
About you
As the Chief Engagement Officer, you'll be at the heart of the charity's mission, crafting and implementing unified customer strategies that take a holistic approach to audience engagement. You'll be the champion of the charity brand, ensuring that their reputation and visibility is enhanced across key audiences; will lead on multi-channel marketing campaigns to captivate and engage audiences; and build strong relationships with media and key external partners as the primary media spokesperson for the organisation.
Your innovative approach will expand income streams with particular focus on individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and fundraising events. You'll enrich the membership experience with tailored services and benefits, and your leadership will inspire and manage the Audience Engagement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
