Job description

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a ground-breaking alliance of companies, trade unions, and voluntary organizations working together to improve the lives of workers in international supply chains. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead on addressing Gender-based Violence and Harassment to oversee the implementation of ETI’s programmes to address gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in global supply chains. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of two parallel programmes in Apparel & Textiles supply chains, and Food, Farming & Fishery supply chains. This role will also support the delivery of ETI’s gender strategy through the coordination of prioritised activities.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in managing multifaceted programmes involving diverse stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive technical expertise in gender equality and workers' rights within global supply chains, coupled with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently. Experience collaborating with private sector entities, international partners, and donors is essential, along with a proven track record of nurturing relationships and influencing stakeholder agendas.
