The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. Sitting on the Fundraising SLT and leading the team of four, the Head of Corporate will bring a new business lens to the portfolio, driving new brand and commercial, strategic and charity of the year partnerships. The role will also oversee a Department of Health funded programme to bring pregnancy information to SMEs.
Personally leading on and supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager in developing new business will be a key element of the role, including building propositions around key campaign moments. Additionally, the Head of Corporate Partnerships will work closely with the Deputy Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships to develop a longer-term strategy to be in a position to win the large-scale transformational partnerships. Good relationships shape our health and happiness, yet we are taught so little about them. LMK is a registered education charity on a mission to change that. We run workshops educating young people about healthy and unhealthy behaviours, so that they can avoid abuse and thrive in relationships.
Using film and guided discussions, our workshop leaders support children and young people in honest conversations about relationships and leave them better equipped to spot the early warning signs of abuse and inspire them to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. We explore the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and include practical lessons young people want to learn about (like consent) and practice scenarios in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Job Description
LMK is looking for passionate and organised educators (LMK Leaders) to run community workshops, aimed at young people aged between 11 and 24. Through engaging, relatable, workshops you will help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
The minimum hours required per workshop is 3 hrs. This includes arriving 30 minutes before delivery, 1.5 to 2 hrs delivery and then remaining back 10 minutes and being accessible to young people who would like further information or a one-to-one conversation, surrounding the subject of relationships.
There is also 30 minutes admin, which is usually completed off-site, such as inputting student surveys and a Leader survey.
Responsibilities

Respond to comms (emails/WhatsApp) sent out by LMK core team members, in a timely manner, to support planning and organising of sessions.

About the Role:

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for Dose of Nature’s day-to-day operational management, providing a welcoming and efficient front face and ensuring organisational effectiveness to support the delivery of Dose of Nature’s strategic objectives. Dose of Nature is a mental health charity whose objective is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals through increased engagement with the natural world. Our work is rooted in a wealth of scientific evidence that demonstrates the physiological and psychological benefits of spending time in nature. We deliver ‘nature prescriptions’ to people referred by their GP with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Our Dose of Nature Prescription Programme is overseen by psychologists and is a genuine alternative to both medication and more traditional psychological interventions. Through a combination of education, first-hand experience, and practical and motivational support, we aim to encourage a greater connection with nature, and inspire lifestyle changes that will have a significant and lasting impact on mental wellbeing. Working arrangements
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based in the London office. Better Cotton offers flexible working, with core hours being 10am – 4pm and the option to work from home one day per week. Travel will be required.
