What you will do
- Use innovative techniques to grow the charity’s social media, email marketing and web presence, through the creation and optimisation of engaging content in a variety of formats.
- Continuously monitor emerging social media trends and platforms and assess their suitability to reach key audience members in the brain injury community.
- Use your expertise to schedule engaging content to promote Headway and raise awareness of brain injury
- Monitor and reply to comments and messages on Headway’s social media networks, including its online discussion forum.
- Analyse social media engagement data to extract actionable insights and create detailed reports that inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Be a passionate advocate for social media and digital communications across the Headway network.
- Use your passion for communicating with people to develop and tell the stories of brain injury survivors and their loved ones in order to raise awareness.

Purpose of Role
The Membership Marketing Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Membership and Supporter Experience Team by providing administrative support as well as a bit of creative marketing flair. Key responsibilities
- Support our key marketing projects including gift membership, private site, telemarketing, our annual member survey and renewal journey.
- Support the distribution and creation of promotional resources, regularly checking stock levels, and re-ordering or refreshing materials as needed, liaising with external suppliers such as print or mailing houses and delivering to budgets and deadline.
- Support the creation of e-communications, including emails to prospective members. This may include proofing content, sourcing images, checking data, building emails and reviewing content requests with support from the team.
- Provide regular impact communications and surprise and delight moments to our suppliers and fundraisers acting on our behalf
- Source inspirational stories from our walking groups and volunteers, to help support growth of our membership community.
- Check data from our Data Team and from our suppliers to ensure it is accurate and in the right format. Provide data as needed to suppliers.
- Co-ordinate across teams to ensure data is provided in a timely fashion
- Check data is lasered correctly on printed materials, raising any concerns appropriately with suppliers

Our Little Stars project for 0–12-year-olds has been established for over 5 years supporting younger members and their families with their diagnosis and beyond. We also have a growing Teen membership known as FIRE (Friendship, Independence, Resilience, Equality) Working alongside our multi skilled, established team, you will be supporting members across all age groups and building on the great foundations already in place.
We are looking for an Early Intervention Project Worker who can cover the South of England, primarily you will be home based, supporting members through phone calls and using online platforms. You will be required to attend clinics, events and meet members one to one where necessary within your allocated area and occasionally across wider areas and nationally.
Purpose of the role

To deliver Shine's Little Stars (funded by The National Lottery Community Fund) project for 0–12-year-olds, supporting early years and younger members with their families, their diagnosis and beyond across the Southern Region. Role Purpose
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all student-related events. This role involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of SEO London and SEO Europe’s programmes, the relevant industries and integrating this knowledge within our organisation. You will liaise with students and partner firms to organise, execute, and promote successful events. Accountabilities
There are three main activities within the France team:
- Outreach (student recruitment),
- Programme Delivery (education and training events for students),
- Business development (attracting new sponsors)
The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination.
- Event management, student and partner communication, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
- Posting job opportunities on our student portal and creating content for our newsletter.
- Managing student queries and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinating outreach programmes and managing our Student Ambassador network.
