24 Building bridges project lead jobs

To support the development of Neighbourhood Health and Care in Oxfordshire, partner organisations are supporting the creation of three part-time VCSE Neighbourhood Leads to work in each of the county’s new multi-neighbourhood clusters: North Oxfordshire, South Oxfordshire or Oxford City.

Working as a trusted link between voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, the NHS and local government, you will bring VCSE insight into senior-level planning, strengthen engagement and co-production, and be part of a wider network helping to ensure that local health and care services are proactive, preventative and responsive to the needs of local communities.

We are looking for organised, motivated and collaborative people who understand Oxfordshire’s VCSE sector and the contribution it makes to health and care in the county. Each role is 12 hours per week (0.3 FTE), worked across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as agreed, with hybrid working and frequent travel within the relevant cluster. The salary is £54,600 FTE, pro rata, and appointments will initially be for six months, starting as soon as possible, with a possible extension subject to funding.
