Main Duties
1. To provide a wide range of organisational and administrative duties to the Business Development and Casework teams as directed, in order to facilitate smooth running of all business systems and operations, ensuring that administrative activities are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures.
2. Providing operational support to Business Development team, including setting up new cases on CRM system, setting up client contracts, arranging consultations and liaising with Business Development and Casework colleagues to ensure the smooth running of business services.
3. Managing various email inboxes, triaging incoming messages and responding to emails from clients and professionals.
4. Requesting care and/or clinical records, following up on record-requests, checking and processing incoming digital and hard copy records ready for the casework team.
5. Providing operational support to the new client pipelines including processing voicemail enquiries and incoming referrals from the Information and Advice teams.
6. Operating and maintaining CRM, database and filing systems.
7. Providing accurate formatting support to the Casework team, in line with Beacon’s brand guidelines.
8. Supporting the casework team with case administration including requests for records and printing and posting letters.
9. Collecting, processing and distributing post.
10. Supporting the organisation of travel arrangements for Caseworkers.
11. Sharing the general administration of the business as part of the Operations team, including managing stationary stock levels and ordering literature and supplies.
12. Keep operating procedures under review to identify areas of potential development and / or improvement and make recommendations.
13. Attending line management, supervision and team meetings as appropriate.

What is NHS Continuing Healthcare?
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is the name given to a package of care that some people need to receive due to disability, accident or illness. People who are eligible for CHC have the full cost of their care and residential accommodation funded by the NHS. This relieves families of sometimes astronomical care bills.
The criteria for determining who is eligible for CHC are highly complex and can be very difficult for the public to understand, and for professionals to apply consistently. The assessment process is lengthy and detailed. Likewise, the appeal process can be very daunting and perplexing.

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership, management and supervision to operational services that provide Family Time sessions, Family Outreach support and Volunteering support, plus perinatal support to families.
· Ensure that services are delivered to a good quality standard in relation to practice and performance and that services can demonstrate their impact using evidence based outcomes tools.

· Experience of providing effective management, leadership and safeguarding oversight of case work and group work based support services, which overall improve the lives of service users.
· Experience of setting up and/or managing innovative projects.

The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for UK schools, you will play a pivotal role in growing our school partner base which will enable us to support even more young people with making informed decisions about their next steps.

Business Manager
Location: Kendal, Cumbria (with regular travel across Cumbria and to our site in Carlilse)

The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the business development and management of the Trust’s consultancy (Cumbria Wildlife Consulting (CWC)) and commercial plant nursery, ensuring they together provide a high-quality integrated service, meet financial targets, and align with the Trust's mission to protect and restore Cumbria’s natural environment, and inspire action.
Since 2023, the Trust has run a semi-commercial nursery at its Gosling Sike site near Carlisle, providing local provenance, peat-free plug plants for use in our projects, but also selling to partner organisations. The Trust has recently secured funding to expand its operation, increasing capacity and enabling more efficient production.
In addition to the above, the role will also build new, high-value strategic partnerships and business relationships with a focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the nature economy.
What we are looking for:
An individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering nature’s recovery in Cumbria, but who is also business-minded with a proven track record of working in a commercial environment. They should possess the relevant skills, experience and confidence to grow new business ventures, taking them to the next stage. About the Role
As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for the day to day running of a small Finance Team and this includes management of team members and oversight of regular management reporting and financial accounting. Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Fundraising Leadership
- Lead the delivery of the Lightbox20 anniversary campaign, creating compelling cases for support, preparing fundraising collateral, and engaging supporters and stakeholders.
- Deliver an ambitious fundraising campaign with clear targets that is aligned with organisational goals.
- Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities, partnerships, and income streams, including the Big Give campaign for Giving Tuesday December 2026.
Relationship and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with the Trustees and Director to identify, build, and manage relationships with individual donors, supporters and prospects.
- Develop cultivation and stewardship plans, including face-to-face meetings, events, and personalised engagement.
- Confidently represent the organisation when meeting donors and supporters.
- Identify local business sponsorship opportunities and approach relevant businesses to celebrate Lightbox20.

Event support

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will build, lead, and deliver a new programme that maximises income from corporate supporters and aligns partners with our mission to save lives. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, creating the tools and foundations, proactively generating new business, and delivering excellent stewardship as partnerships are secured.
This role requires a commercially aware, results-driven individual who understands how to position partnerships in a way that delivers mutual value and translate opportunity into income through focused action, strong relationship building, and a clear understanding of corporate priorities.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of RLSS UK’s new corporate fundraising function, create a sustainable strategy, and build a strong pipeline from the ground up.
You will identify, secure, and grow high-value partnerships that align with corporate priorities, producing compelling and commercially compelling propositions that demonstrate clear mutual benefit. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will ensure partnerships support RLSS UK’s mission and contribute to long term income growth.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and deliver RLSS UK’s first corporate partnerships strategy, setting clear priorities and income targets for year one and beyond.
- Lead the development of a corporate partnerships income stream, building a sustainable portfolio of partnerships and relationships.
- Create the foundations for growth including a case for support, stewardship framework, pitch decks and templates and KPI and reporting tools.
- Establish systems and internal processes required for a corporate fundraising function.
- Use sector insights, benchmarking, and data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Partnership Development
- Build and actively manage a new business pipeline from scratch, ensuring consistent prospecting and follow up.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify target companies, align commercial priorities, and map key decision makers.
- Develop compelling, tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership packages that clearly articulate impact and mutual value.
- Secure a diverse portfolio of partnerships including multi-year strategic, six-figure, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, and sponsorship agreements.
- Create cultivation journeys for high-value prospects, maintaining momentum from first contact to close.
- Represent RLSS UK externally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities, confidently positioning the organisation with senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with commercial colleagues to ensure alignment and avoid overlap with existing commercial contracts.
Account Management
- Provide effective day-to-day relationship management to ensure partners feel supported, informed, and engaged with RLSS UK’s mission.
- Deliver clear partnership growth plans that maximise income, engagement, impact, and mutual benefit.
- Identify and activate opportunities to expand partnerships across corporate philanthropy, payroll giving, strategic volunteering, sponsorship, cause-related marketing, and employee engagement.

Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.
You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.
