This role will design and secure a portfolio of national and local strategically aligned, market-relevant and impactful programmes which use arts, culture and creativity to achieve a positive impact on our target audiences. These programmes will empower the health, wellbeing, learning, social mobility and social connection of people supported by Age Exchange and Community Integrated Care. The role holder will play an essential role in leading the growth, reach and sustainability of Age Exchange by generating funding and commercial revenue and new partnerships.

• Win funding & partnerships that fuel our programmes and core costs—trusts & foundations, corporates/sponsorships, individual giving, and earned income.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline—prospect, cultivate, write compelling bids/proposals, negotiate, and steward partners.
• Collaborate across the delivery team—aligning with colleagues so proposed projects and tenders are fundable, impactful, and on-brand.
• Report outcomes & learn—own quarterly KPI reporting and iterate approaches to hit clear income and partnership targets.

Our ideal Candidate:​

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in bid writing and securing projects/tenders of £250k+.
• Strong experience in fundraising, commercial development, and project management within a funded environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at senior levels.
• Skilled communicator and presenter, able to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Bring proven success in the arts or heritage sector (e.g., museums, galleries, performing arts, creative health, community arts) with a track record of securing grants and/or sponsorships.
• Are a confident storyteller and bid writer who can turn creative ideas into fundable, strategically aligned propositions.

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with managers and heads of department on all people matters in specific areas of the charity.  

What does this job do?
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will:

• build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in specific areas within the charity, acting as a trusted partner for HR related advice.  
• develop a thorough understanding of partnered areas including departmental objectives, role and team structures, and key people issues. 
• provide tailored HR advice and guidance, using metrics and data to spot trends and identify risks and areas of opportunity. 
• manage informal and formal employee relations cases to successful resolution
• work closely with specialist teams in HR to improve people practices.

We currently have two opportunities available in the team:

• a full time, permanent position based at a rehoming centre in the South of England with frequent travel across the region (Basildon, Cardiff/Bridgend, Canterbury, Evesham, Harefield, Ilfracombe, Newbury, Salisbury, Shoreham-by-Sea, Shrewsbury, Snetterton),
• a fixed term contract until February 2027 (both part-time and full-time applications considered) based in the London office, predominantly London based teams, but with some travel.

First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 5th and 6th March 2026 on Teams, with second stage interviews taking place the following week at our London office.

Could this be you?
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 7 (or with equivalent experience), you will have previously worked in a similar role and will have a proven track record of resolving key people issues through a thorough understanding of departmental activities, and tailoring advice to managers.  You will have significant experience in successfully resolving a wide variety of complex ER issues with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships, as well as also the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information to diverse audiences.

About You & The Role

You are a natural builder who enjoys closing deals, developing relationships and creating meaningful social impact. You will shape and lead PBC’s first dedicated fundraising function, building a portfolio from the ground up with limited existing donor relationships.

The role focuses on securing six-figure corporate partnerships and cultivating high-net-worth individual donors, alongside a smaller trusts and foundations portfolio. You thrive in a strategic, relationship-led role and are comfortable using a broad range of fundraising approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy Delivery: Take ownership of multi-year fundraising strategy working closely with the CEO and Board to diversify and increase revenue streams that support PBC’s service expansion and reach

• Relationship Management: Research, identify and cultivate funding opportunities from companies and high-net-worth individuals, alongside trusts and foundations

• Trusts & Foundations: Oversee the grant pipeline, with external support for high-value applications and build relationships with decision-makers

• Develop Compelling Fundraising Material: Collaborate with CEO and wider team to evidence, quantify and articulate PBC’s social value using data and storytelling to position PBC as a high-impact partner for donors and partners

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate fundraising performance against financial and operational targets. Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations, sector and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practices

• Proactive Self Starter: Though collaborative, you are motivated to build and maintain momentum, identify and create opportunities and take full ownership of projects from initial idea to delivery

Digital Change Manager

Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience of project working in a digital environment, particularly within website and CRM implementation. 

Background – our digital transformation 

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website. 

• Progress opportunities to increase our digital capability and integrate digital into our current and upcoming work. 

• Utilise the digital performance assessment framework to monitor compliance with digital and data best practice standards. 

• Assist in maintaining our data security standards compliance, participating in quality assurance activities. 

• Work collaboratively with our external digital and IT partners. 

Essential Criteria 

• Significant experience of website and CRM implementation and data/content management. 

• Good general knowledge and experience of organisational IT systems, including cloud and M365 applications. 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to convey complex or technical information simply and clearly. 

• Experience of IT/Digital supplier engagement. Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience of working in a digital project/change environment. 

• Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to changing circumstances and to tight timetables 

Desirable criteria 

• Experience of working in an organisation which uses agile development methodologies. 

• A strong understanding of the National Cyber Security Centre principles and approach and General Data Protection regulations principles, audit and compliance.

We are growing our Partnerships team within SU Network, and are looking to bring on board a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our media sales and partnerships offering. This would be ideal for a candidate with some media sales/ advertising sales/account management experience looking to step up, or a candidate who has worked in customer service, sales, or events, who wants to get into the world of advertising / media partnerships, working with major brands and the student market.

Within this position, you will support /manage the partnerships with key brands (including the likes of Domino’s Pizza!), businesses and media partners across SU Network’s portfolio of students’ unions and universities. This includes: overseeing experiential advertising campaigns and brand activations for clients across multiple university campuses; managing and facilitating digital advertising campaigns, including on websites, social media and digital screens; managing and coordinating stallholders and exhibitor bookings at promotional events; initiating, developing and managing partnerships across multiple accounts, working towards income targets at each.

Research Grant Manager - FTC

ARUK is migrating to a new grants management system, Flexigrant, creating an exciting opportunity for a Research Grants Manager to act as the product owner for ARUK’s grant-making processes. This role will sit at the intersection of research funding, systems delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for configuring, embedding, and continuously improving Flexigrant to support ARUK’s grant-making activities across the full funding lifecycle — from scheme design and application, through peer review and funding decisions, to post-award management and reporting.

Working closely with colleagues across the Research Funding team, the wider Research Directorate, and external partners and providers, you will ensure that ARUK’s grant processes are robust, user-centred, efficient, and scalable. This role is vital to enabling ARUK to fund the best dementia research and to support and engage our funded research community.

This role sits in the Research Directorate, an ambitious, supportive and friendly team funding world-class research to transform the lives of people affected by dementia.  We’re looking for someone with research management experience, a good eye for detail and enthusiasm for improving systems and processes in a complex research funding environment. 

This is a 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

Grant Product & System Management

· Act as a subject matter expert and system owner for ARUK’s grants management system, Flexigrant.

· Lead the ongoing configuration, implementation and optimisation of Flexigrant, working closely with team across the Research Directorate to embed their funding schemes and workflows.

· Support the Senior Research Funding Manager to work in partnership with the external system provider to support system development, issue resolution and updates.

· Configure and open grant schemes, build application and review workflows, manage access and permissions, and create data exports to meet internal and external needs.

· Develop and maintain system guidance, documentation, and training materials for internal users and external stakeholders.

· Champion adoption of Flexigrant across the organisation, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

Grant Programme Delivery

· Support the operational delivery of ARUK’s grant-making activities, from scheme launch through peer review to funding decisions.

· Work with the Research Grants Manager (pre-award) to support the development and delivery of expert review processes, ensuring fair, transparent assessment in line with AMRC principles.

· Work with the Research Grants Manager (post-award) with award and post-award management, including monitoring research expenditure, milestone reporting, and post-award change requests.

· Maintain accurate, high-quality grant data and records, ensuring internal and external stakeholders have access to reliable and timely information.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

· Act as a primary contact for internal teams requiring grant information or data from Flexigrant.

· Support applicants, reviewers, and grant holders by providing clear guidance throughout the application, assessment, and award lifecycle.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Science Communications and Philanthropy to support effective communication of funding opportunities and grant outcomes.

· Represent the charity at relevant external meetings and events.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

· Degree in a life science, health-related, or relevant discipline.

· Experience of grant management or research funding administration within a charity, research organisation, university or funder, with experience supporting the full research funding lifecycle, including application, peer review, funding decisions, and post-award management.

· Practical experience of working with a grants management system or similar complex business system (e.g. Flexigrant, Grant Tracker, Salesforce, Worktribe, InfoEd, etc.) with experience of configuring or supporting funding schemes, workflows, or processes within a system or platform.

· Experience working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, reviewers, and colleagues across multiple teams.

· Understanding of fair and transparent peer review processes and commitment to best practice (e.g. AMRC principles).

· Strong attention to detail, with experience managing accurate data, records, and reporting.

· Ability to take ownership of a system or process and drive continuous improvement. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear guidance and explain complex processes to different audiences.

· Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

· A proactive attitude and someone who can work independently.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a pragmatic and user-focused approach.

About Alzheimer’s Research UK: Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity. Jangala is seeking an ambitious and strategic Fundraising Manager to sustain and grow our income from trusts, foundations and corporate partners. This is a hands-on role for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys translating complex work into compelling funding propositions and building strong relationships with supporters. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead on our trusts and foundations pipeline, manage key corporate partners, write high-quality funding applications and support the development of our stewardship and wider fundraising strategies.

This is initially a 6 month contract, with the aim of becoming permanent subject to funding. As Jangala is a growing organisation, you will also help shape fundraising tools/processes and there is potential for this role to evolve according to your skills, interests and development goals over time.

Since 2015, we have directly connected over 140,000 people across 38 countries through innovative connectivity solutions and partnerships with more than 300 organisations, including UN agencies, government bodies and grassroots charities.

Our products, including Big Box and Get Box, deliver reliable Wi-Fi in challenging environments, from refugee camps to community hubs and digitally excluded households across the UK. Details of the role

Key responsibilities will include:

Trusts & Foundations

• Leading a pipeline of UK and global trusts and foundations and other grantmakers, including researching and cultivating new opportunities, developing proposals, coordinating internal inputs and submitting high-quality bids

• Managing relationships with our current funders, with a focus on stewardship, reporting and renewals, ensuring accurate, timely and engaging updates on progress and impact

• Working with Head of Fundraising to review our current pipeline, refine our trusts and foundations strategy and identify our approach for priority opportunities, including National Lottery

• Developing and implementing a clear stewardship strategy for trusts and foundation funders

Corporate Partnerships

• Account managing key corporate partners to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to deepen engagement over time

• Leading on partnership planning, relationship management, partnership storytelling, impact reporting and, where relevant, corporate volunteering activities

Fundraising Strategy & Support

• Working with programme and technology teams to develop a strong understanding of Jangala’s work and translate this into compelling fundraising narratives

• Supporting the Head of Fundraising with pipeline management, forecasting and fundraising planning

• Maintaining accurate records in Jangala’s CRM and funder tracking systems

• Contributing to the development of fundraising materials, case studies and impact content

• Representing Jangala at external meetings or events to raise our profile and expand our network

The person we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who is confident writing funding applications and managing relationships, and who is motivated by Jangala’s mission and values. • A strong track record in trusts and foundations fundraising, including prospect research, bid writing, stewardship and reporting

Important details

Jangala’s office is based in London and operates a remote-first working policy. Travel to our London office will be required for mind-mapping and collaborative work at least once a week.

What you will do:

The Investment Partnerships and Advisory manager will be responsible for day-to-day activities in relation to engaging with investors, business development and advisory project delivery work.

We are especially interested in people whose childhood experiences - of life on a low income, of migration, of being in a racialised community, of the care system, of being LGBT+ or in an LGBT+ family or living with (or with someone with) a disability - help us to see things we might otherwise miss. Whatever your story is we want to hear it because we know that different voices, ideas, perspectives and knowledge, working together will enable us to better the lives of children around the world. This is the reason why we are all here.
