About ThinkForward: Why we exist
ThinkForward exists to empower young people to create better and brighter futures. We want them to be able to identify, realise and shape their aspirations and be ready to make a successful transition into work.
Young people experiencing barriers such as challenging relationships, living in low income households, or growing up in areas with a lack of access to opportunities can be confronted with hurdles. Based in the Business Development Directorate, this role will enable Start Network to collaborate with Hub representatives to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in each Hub country and mobilise new funds directly for them. Provision of support to the Hubs will largely be done through remote coordination, facilitation, and engagement.
The business development directorate is mainly based in London but there will be flexibility with regards to where this role sits. It is also important to note that this role might be travelling 6 weeks per year (10 days at a time) to various hub countries.
