We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can work on their own and as part of a prison healthcare team, who can engage with stakeholders and has a desire to make a difference.

Do you have experience of working within Criminal Justice, Prisons or Drug Services, have you been affected by hepatitis C or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C?

Do you have experience of delivering workshops and training sessions to service users and staff?

You will have great engagement skills, an outgoing personality, be solution focused and able to communicate effectively. We are a patient led organisation – you will have experience of working in an environment where the patient/service user/client is placed at the centre of all that you do

Ability to access prisons and clear prison security is an essential requirement for this role.

This post will require occasional travel so a driving licence would be helpful, although not essential if you live local to Bristol.

The Opportunity

The Director role is a new opportunity working across ImpactEd Evaluation. Our partnerships encompass education organisations such as charities, edtech organisations and government, and schools and multi-academy Trusts. Across all our partnerships, we aim to design and deliver high-quality research and evaluation projects that help our partners make better decisions for children using good evidence.

As a Director, you will be a senior leader of the evaluation practice and a statutory director on our Practice Board. Reflecting this, you will have a key role in the success of the practice, both commercially and in terms of social impact, and help to shape and deliver the strategy for ImpactEd Evaluation as a practice within ImpactEd Group, reporting to the Practice Lead.

The role will be a combination of business development, oversight and support of evaluation delivery, and strategic responsibilities. You will lead a number of sales and marketing campaigns, and support the design and delivery of our product offerings within those areas, as well as other priority strategic projects. You will also lead on a small number of high-priority partner engagements directly, and play a significant role in overseeing and quality assuring partnerships led by others.

The role would be ideal for a candidate with deep understanding of research and evaluation, a track record in business development, and the ambition to shape the leadership and direction of a growing social enterprise.

We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Associate HR Business Partner to join a high profile client in the education sector for a period of 12 months, to be based in central London on a hybrid basis. You will be supporting the Senior HR Business Partner and contributing to the development and implementation of key people strategies. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of the People Plan, supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on policies, employment best practice, and compliance matters.
• Lead on complex employee relations casework, ensuring cases are managed effectively and in accordance with policy.
• Support organisational restructuring, change management processes, and TUPE transfers.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, providing strategic recommendations to the Senior HRBP.
• Manage employment tribunal activity, liaising with legal advisors and ensuring documentation is completed to a high standard.
• Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance management capability.
