We're looking for a proactive and well-connected Fundraising Coordinator to work closely with SYEDA's management team to shape and deliver our fundraising plans for the future.

This is a unique opportunity to own and develop a fundraising plan, not just to deliver against one that is already in place. You'll play a central role in diversifying our income streams, strengthening our sustainability, and enabling more people to access vital support.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and delivery of a strategic fundraising plan
• Build and grow corporate partnerships and relationships with local businesses
• Design engaging and meaningful fundraising opportunities for individuals, which take into account the nuances of fundraising for eating disorder support.
• Develop relationships with small grants and trusts organisations.
• Work collaboratively across SYEDA to ensure fundraising is embedded in our wider strategy and impact.

Ideally, you'll have experience in a fundraising or income-generation role, and a track record of developing relationships which lead to tangible support. This role will work closely with SYEDA's CEO to explore opportunities to amplify the work that we do, and bolster support to ensure that work can continue, and having strong networks and the confidence to build new ones will be key to the role. We're a small, dedicated team, and so a collaborative mindset and a passion for mission-driven work is key.

As a Research Insights Coordinator, you will track national and global MND research development and turn detailed evidence into clear information that supports stakeholder engagement and public understanding of motor neurone disease (MND). This is a role for someone who values accuracy and impact and wants their expertise to inform decisions that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and summarise developments in MND and neurodegenerative research
• Support evidence-based insight generation by translating complex research into accessible formats
• Contribute to horizon scanning activity, identifying emerging trends and technologies
• Assist with reports, dashboards and infographics that communicate research insight
• Create content for the MND research blog and research newsletters including Research Monthly and The Researcher

About You

• BSc/FE qualification in biological science or equivalent experience

The South Willesborough & Newtown Community Association is a long-established community charity which runs the Swan Community Centre in South Willesborough, Ashford. 

We are seeking a part-time (15 hours per week - £11,700pa) Community Engagement & Development Coordinator to strengthen community connections, build partnerships, and expand the Swan Centre’s local impact.

This is primarily a community-facing development role. The postholder will:

A key strand of the role will be leading the development of the Cygnet Community Café as part of a wider community engagement strategy. Key tasks and responsibilities:

To provide leadership and day‑to‑day management for the Change4Life Neighbourhood Projects. As the Community Partners Engagement Project Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the Neighbourhood Projects, working closely with – and line‑managing – the Community Partners Engagement Coordinator. You will share strategic oversight with the Change4Life Programme Manager and Change4Life Service Manager and play a key role in shaping high‑quality, outcome‑focused interventions that deliver positive, measurable changes for children, young people and their families. This role directly contributes to Family Action’s strategic ambition to ensure the organisation is Stronger than Ever.

Central to your work will be mobilising and supporting local partners within each ward to co‑design and co‑deliver initiatives that address the real, locally identified barriers to healthy eating and physical activity. Your skills   

You will bring your knowledge and experience of project management to co-ordinate and deliver co-produced neighbourhood project plans in partnership with key local stakeholders. The post requires an ability to co-ordinate and manage the Change4Life neighbourhood projects in close partnership with Public Health and Local Authority partners. The ability to think outside of the box, work in a creative and dynamic environment, excellent partnership skills with statutory and voluntary organisations are key. Strong staff management skills, excellent report writing and data analysis skills are required for this role and a thorough understanding of quality assurance and safeguarding frameworks and practice.

About You and The Role

We’re looking for an organised and driven Delivery Programme Coordinator to support and lead the delivery of our Connect to Work programme, helping people with complex barriers move into sustainable employment.

As our Delivery Programme Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Groundwork North East and our Employment Specialist partners. You will ensure delivery is high-quality, consistent with IPS (Individual Placement & Support) fidelity standards, and aligned with programme outputs and outcomes.

Working closely with the Partnership Manager, you'll coordinate delivery partners, track performance, lead reviews, and drive continuous improvement to support people into sustained, meaningful employment.

We're looking for someone who will bring:

• Strong experience coordinating community, employment or youth programmes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and partnership‑building skills.
• Experience monitoring performance, analysing data and producing reports.
• A strong commitment to equitable access, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional hours outside the standard working day.
