The role
The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is looking for an experienced professional to review and transform our current membership and marketing functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver a unified, efficient, and future-focused engagement strategy that reflects the evolving needs of our members.
You will lead and support a talented team, which includes the Enquiries Team and the Membership and Marketing Manager, ensuring we have the right structures, systems, and capacity in place to deliver outstanding service. This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the charity’s mass participation products, including the flagship event, Time for a Cuppa, while also leading in developing and launching new products to meet supporter engagement and income targets.
Reporting to the Senior Mass Participation Manager, you will contribute to shaping an effective mass participation strategy and implementing detailed operational plans to manage, diversify and grow the programme. The salary for this position will be between £48,000.00 - £58,000.00 per annum depending on experience. This is a full-time post at 36 hours per week and will be offered on a permanent basis. About the role:
As Responsible Business Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) across members’ operations. As Service Manager, you will lead a skilled team in delivering high quality, person-centred support and accommodation. About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic Campaign Manager to lead, plan, implement and evaluate campaign activity to showcase and promote us as Kingston and Richmond’s local Hospice, helping us to build trust and engagement now and to sustain future decades of community support.
You will lead on gathering insights on these local communities enabling us to create a campaign which resonates with and inspires people to support us, work with us and connect with us. You will collaborate to produce an innovative campaign, using digital and non-digital channels across a range of owned, paid and earned media.
Your success will be measured on results; increased awareness, understanding, engagement and activation that results in raising more income for Princess Alice Hospice. Building relationships with local stakeholders will also be key.
The role will be based at the Hospice but will require you to spend time on a weekly basis in both Kingston and Richmond. There is also some flexibility with regards to hybrid working.
Flexible, between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and/or evening work required. Part-time (minimum 30 hours) will be considered.
About you
You will be an exceptional communicator. You will have experience of managing comprehensive campaigns across a range of media especially in local or community-based campaigns. Your ability to inspire, motivate and mobilise both internal colleagues and potential partners externally will be key. Overall, you will have excellent insight, planning, organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and appreciation of copy and production quality issues.

Summary of role: The Customer Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role within the Groundwork Water Efficiency management team, taking the lead on generating appointments for our domestic and non-household water efficiency services delivered on behalf of various water companies across London and the South of England.
This position is responsible for overseeing high-quality outbound and inbound customer engagement activities, as well as other promotional efforts, to secure work for our field-based teams of water efficiency advisors and plumbers.

About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a vital role in helping teams across the Academy make sound financial decisions. Sitting within the Finance team, you'll work closely with programme managers and budget holders to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience working in or with mission-led or complex organisations is desirable, but not essential.
