We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to grow fundraising income for the Choral Foundation in support of the music of the Chapel Royal, Hampton Court Palace. The new Development Manager will be expected to develop the current fundraising landscape and be able to work across a range of fundraising specialisms. Requirements

BRAND & FUNDRAISING COMMUNICATIONS (70%) 

• Manage communications across Mission 44’s portfolio of brand and corporate partners, serving as the primary contact.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partners to strengthen engagement and impact.
• Develop and implement integrated communications plans (owned, earned, paid and shared) that support brand growth, income generation and organisational objectives.
• Identify and deliver compelling storytelling opportunities that highlight shared initiatives and drive visibility of the partnership. 
• Collaborate closely with Events, Partnerships, and Philanthropy teams to create donor-facing materials, campaign messaging, and communications support for key activities and moments.
• Work in partnership with Lewis Hamilton Ventures to maximise strategic partnership opportunities and amplify Mission 44’s impact.

MEDIA RELATIONS (20%)

• Account manage the day-to-day relationship with Mission 44’s media agency, ensuring the delivery of high quality media coverage (reactive and proactive) to meet organisational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and key media contacts where necessary. 
• Monitor, evaluate and report on media coverage and performance, delivering regular insight and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
• Support crisis communications and reputational risk management as required.
• Work closely with the founder’s brand and communications team on joint high-profile press moments.

TALENT ENGAGEMENT (10%) 

• Support talent engagement including strategy development, recruitment and ongoing engagement.
• Work cross-teams to identify and deliver opportunities for talent involvement across communications, fundraising, campaigns and partnerships.

Role Purpose

To lead Trussell’s email and marketing CRM strategy and digital projects by creating insight‑led, compliant, and engaging digital communications and journeys that bring our story to life and drive programme outcomes.

This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work.  As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes – together contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Key Responsibilities

Email and CRM marketing

· Lead the design, content development and delivery of Trussell's email programme and related projects, optimising workflows, journeys and alignment with our audience strategy to deliver organisational goals.

Product leadership

· Overall product leadership of our customer marketing platform, Marketing Cloud, ensuring data models and digital ecosystem are optimised and compliant with data privacy laws and industry standards, protecting supporter data from cyber threats.

Analysis and insight and performance

· Implement digital tracking, attribution and measurement in line with established UTM governance and tagging standards to enable accurate tracking and optimisation.  Lead the supporter data function, ensuring accuracy and compliance of supporter data, working with business system teams to ensure reporting enables actionable decision making. 

Consultancy and stakeholder management

· Act as an expert inhouse consultant for programme teams providing advice and guidance to embed best practice, accessibility and innovation in digital communications, driving continuous improvement.

Digital marketing project management

· Lead digital marketing projects that deliver continuous improvement and compliance driving improved engagement with our audiences and programme outcomes.

Person Specification

Core Knowledge

· Deep understanding of CRM, CDP and marketing automation platforms. Experience of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage.

· Management of multiple audience-focused email marketing programmes with complex segmentations and competing priorities

· Excellent understanding of email copy and content best practice

· Excellent understanding of accessibility and legal regulations for email marketing, including the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR and accessibility best practice

· Strong understanding of digital measurement, including tracking, attribution and analytics methodologies and summarising insights to inform decision making.

nasen is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will help deliver targeted digital campaigns that grow nasen membership, promote nasen Academy and support the organisation’s wider programmes and events. You will play a key role in planning and delivering email campaigns, social media activity, website updates and digital content that strengthens engagement across the SEND sector.

nasen is the National Association for Special Educational Needs – a charitable organisation that exists to support and champion those working with, and for, children and young people with SEND and learning differences.

Marketing Officer

Contract: Permanent position
Salary: £28,400 per annum

Core responsibilities within your role will be to:

• Into Film email communications - management and scheduling of all email communications to Into Film database and external audiences, management of email communication's calendar, management of Email Service Provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), maintaining integrity of email contact list, and writing copy, building, segmenting and sending emails.
• Support the Marketing Manager with planning, copywriting and coordination of the marketing of Into Film campaigns across paid, organic and earned media.
• Take the lead on delivery and evaluation of specific marketing campaigns.
• CRM reporting, including setting up dashboards, creating effective reports and working closely with Product & Technology team to ensure CRM is being used to its full potential.
• Ongoing analysis of email reporting and performance to inform future marketing and communications strategies and plans.
• Ensure all emails are on brand; both look and feel and tone of voice.
• Ensure all email campaigns adhere to GDPR consent and data capture regulations.
• Work with colleagues in national teams (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), and other departments to plan and execute regional email campaigns.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to implement, monitor and develop automated e-communications journeys to enhance both marketing and customer service experiences for the organisation's audiences.
• Manage any printed marketing materials such as leaflets, pull up banners, booklets to ensure they are on brand and produced in an environmentally friendly way.

• Experience of using a range of analytics tools to help monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance including Google Analytics, CRMs and ESPs.
• Experience of using Customer Relationship Management systems to segment audiences, create campaigns, target audiences and report on activity.
• Experience of working on marketing and communications campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
• Management of campaigns and implementing tracking, undertaking evaluation based on performance of KPIs.
• Experience of copywriting and producing content for a range of channels and audiences.
