Job description

NHS Charites Together is seeking an experienced administrator with a passion for digital to join the communications team. We are due to launch a number of exciting online developments, among them a digital community for members which is set to revolutionise the way members engage with NHS Charities Together.

The postholder will be responsible for assisting members to engage with the forums and join events within the community, as well as supporting engagement across our social media channels and assisting with the updating of website content.

The Digital Marketing Administrator will also develop and maintain spreadsheets and assist with the compiling of reports as part of their administrative duties. This is a varied role which would suit a highly organised individual accustomed to managing numerous projects and skilled at prioritisation.

Experience working with digital platforms, including WordPress websites, social media channels and digital communities / forums, is desired but not essential as training will be provided where necessary. Key attributes include strong administration skills and a keenness to learn and become involved in all aspects of our digital communications.

This role will be central to the efficient running of our digital communications and will require close working with other teams, including member services and administration staff, to grow engagement across key stakeholder groups, both internally with our members and externally with supporters.

We are a small but growing team and the postholder will also have chances to support other areas across the organisation as needed. This is a broad role and a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong track record in administration who is keen to develop their digital skills and make a difference as we work hard to support member NHS charities at an important time for the NHS.
