This Marketing Officer position at Brooke is a pivotal role within the Legacy & Community Engagement team. We do this working to support The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology - together known as Queen Square. These include stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and dementia.
Title: Individual Giving Manager

Location: London, Hybrid with two days a week in the office.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising team to create, test, monitor and evaluate campaigns working to and reporting on ambitious income and expenditure targets and ensuring that supporters have a positive experience of the charity. The postholder will lead a team of three to deliver on a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit patients and those affected by neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
They are looking for candidates with extensive experience of designing, delivering and reporting on individual giving fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing an individual giving programme that includes revamping a supporter journey, designing uplifting campaigns and producing conversion messaging to supporters from cash appeal donor to regular givers.
