About the Role:

As Head of Learning, you’ll lead Baytree’s adult education team—designing and delivering high-quality ESOL, literacy, and personal development programmes that empower women to thrive. You’ll oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and contract management, ensuring our education services meet the needs of local women and funder commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership:
Design relevant and impactful adult education programmes, oversee learner recruitment and progression, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing across all learning activities.

Quality Assurance:
Implement robust quality improvement processes, conduct teaching observations, and prepare for audits and inspections from funders and regulatory bodies.

Team Management:
Lead and develop a team of tutors and administrators, foster a nurturing and high-performance culture, and supervise volunteers supporting the education service.

Contract & Funder Management:
Manage relationships with Lambeth Adult Learning Services and other funders, ensuring delivery against KPIs and producing high-quality reports and proposals.

Cross-Service Collaboration:
Work closely with other Baytree teams and external partners to align services, share best practice, and strengthen learner progression pathways.

Main purpose of post
To support accurate financial administration and effective donor data
management. This role is vital to ensuring that income from donations is
processed promptly and accurately, enabling timely thank-you
communications and excellent donor stewardship. The role will also undertake
data work to enable the charity to manage its data effectively, monitor its
service delivery and impact.

Key responsibilities
Donation Processing & Stewardship Support
 Accurately process all cash and cheque income batches into our
fundraising CRM and finance systems.
 Process and code incoming donations from a range of sources, including
online platforms (e.g JustGiving, Raisely, PayPal, Stripe, CAF, Enthuse).
 Ensure all funds are banked in a timely manner and act as the main
contact for arranging cash collections.
 Maintain and update the donor database with accurate donation records
and supporter details.
 Process supporter Gift Aid declarations and assist with submission of Gift
Aid claims.
 Liaise with the fundraising and communications teams to ensure donors
are thanked promptly and appropriately.
 Flag anomalies or issues with donation data to relevant staff to maintain
high standards of data quality and supporter care.

Finance Administration
 Support the monthly reconciliation of income between finance systems.
 Support the Finance Executives with processing purchase invoices, staff
expenses, and supplier payments in accordance with charity procedures,
as needed.
 Support monthly and quarterly finance reports and audits as required.

Data Management
 Ensure high standards of accuracy and integrity of CRMs and finance
databases through regular data cleaning and maintenance.
 Help compile reports for funders, internal monitoring, and annual
accounts.
 Assist the Data and Systems Manager with reviewing existing systems
and processes to identify opportunities for improvements.
 Follow GDPR and internal data handling policies when processing
supporter and financial information.

General administration and collaboration
 Work closely with colleagues in data, finance and fundraising.
 Undertake other administrative duties as required by the line manage

Purpose of Role

Group Facilitators play a crucial role in delivering a range of therapeutic sessions aimed at supporting the wellbeing of survivors of sexual violence. This role involves creating a safe and empathetic environment where survivors can heal and grow. The Group Facilitator offers empowering peer support, fostering a sense of community and understanding among participants.

Through these therapeutic sessions, survivors are empowered to regain control over their lives, build resilience, and navigate their healing journey. The facilitator provides valuable guidance, emotional validation, and tools for coping and self-care, and they serve as a compassionate guide, helping survivors of sexual violence find strength, connection, and healing.

Main responsibilities include:

•  Leading group intervention sessions for male, adolescent, and non-binary survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and rape.
• Collaborating with the Group Work Manager and the organisation's safeguarding lead to effectively address safeguarding concerns.
• Documenting client interactions, participation, and identified risks using our client case management system and by adhering to organisational protocols.
• Formulating comprehensive plans for group sessions, further refine the group model, and conduct risk assessments when necessary.
• Prioritising ongoing monitoring and evaluation, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of outcomes to gauge effectiveness.

The Youth Employability Service

CXK delivers the Youth Employability Service (YES) across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. We offer information, advice, support and guidance to young people in academic years 12 and 13 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them to explore their options, plan and then take their next steps. We also work with schools supporting young people in year 11 who are at risk of becoming NEET. Liaising with a range of other services, YES is focussed on supporting young people to achieve their potential.

The Team

The YES team support young people from across the county, seeing them at CXK bases, partner venues or in community settings. The team assess and action plan with young people referred to the service, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and /or employment. Working with a wide range of young people, the team approach is focused, creative and persistent, building on young peoples’ confidence and motivation alongside their skills and personal growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skills and Employability Adviser.

You will support a caseload of young people aged 16 to 18 with part of your caseload being Care Experienced young people who are either not in education, employment, or training (NEET), or at risk of becoming NEET. You will guide them through re-engagement with suitable post-16 provisions and provide targeted intervention to those who have withdrawn from or not started their Post 16 provisions.

Working across the East of the county with schools and FE Colleges you will play a key role in ensuring that young people —particularly those with Care Experience, receive the tailored guidance and support they need to progress confidently into further education, training, or employment. Your work will align with East Sussex’s Virtual School and Through Care team. You will build positive working relationships through co-located working, and accurate input into relevant databases.

You will maintain regular contact with the young people you support, building trust and ensuring that casework is delivered with care and consistency. Your role will involve assessing needs, action planning, reviewing progress, and adapting support as required. You'll also act as a champion for relevant opportunities and resources—ensuring young people, parents, providers, and wider stakeholders are aware of what’s available and how it can help.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with NEET, Risk of NEET young people or with Care Experienced young people, who understands the post-16 education and training landscape and the importance of person-centred support. You will be a confident communicator and collaborator, able to manage a varied caseload and make a genuine impact on the lives of the young people you support.

You will deliver predominantly one to one wellbeing coaching with some group support to children and young people. Ideally you will have some experience of using coaching and CBT techniques such as guided self-help, psychoeducation and thought challenging.

Do you have a track record of producing top quality research and policy analysis? Do you have a detailed understanding of health policy and its political context? Are you motivated to help shape future work and play a key role leading research that will have significant impact at both a local and national level?

The Nuffield Trust is looking for someone capable of leading projects across a range of topics within health and care; someone who will be an energetic, inspiring presence in the team. You will have strong critical appraisal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to analyse policy documents, grey literature and official reports related to specific policy areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for a mix of short- and long-term projects, including in-house research and policy analysis and reactive work. You will be expected to develop and lead research projects, including leading funding bids, and you will work with a range of stakeholders, including funders and academic partners. You will have strong quantitative skills, and you may have qualitative research experience too. Expertise in workforce research is desirable but not essential.

• Experience of designing and leading mixed methods research
• Advanced quantitative research skills and excellent analytical and critical appraisal skills
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of health policy in the UK
• Excellent and versatile writing skills, and the ability communicate effectively to a range of audiences

We’re looking for a kind and compassionate person to join our Family Support team, working directly with families who are facing the unthinkable – the news that their child has cancer or a life-challenging condition.

Primarily based at St George’s, Royal Marsden (transitioning to Evelina, Westminster in 2026), Kingston Hospital and St Peter’s, Chertsey. Travel to other partnered hospitals across London and Surrey as required. Includes at least one monthly meeting at our East Molesey office. 

As our Hospital Family Support Worker, you’ll visit children, young people and their families on the wards of our partnered hospitals. You’ll be a consistent, reassuring presence, offering emotional and practical support when it’s most needed – and helping families feel less alone.

You’ll meet families already known to Momentum, as well as take new referrals. You’ll also support families remotely who live further afield or are adjusting to life after treatment.

This role is about being that calm, empathetic and kind person who makes a difference just by showing up. You’ll be a trusted part of hospital life, and a key link between the families, Momentum, and the wider healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Offer emotional and practical support to families, being a warm and reliable presence during their hospital stay.

· Build trusting, non-judgemental relationships with parents, carers, children and young people.

· Meet families in hospital, explain our support services, and complete referral forms for further help.

· Work closely with hospital professionals, attending multi-disciplinary meetings, deliver training on Momentum’s service and sharing relevant updates with the wider Momentum team.

· Keep accurate records of your work, including family interactions and safeguarding concerns.

· Understand and follow all safeguarding, child protection, and lone working policies.

· Report any safeguarding concerns in line with our policies and procedures.

· Support Momentum’s fundraising and communications by sharing family stories (with consent) and identifying case studies.

· Ensure all actions reflect Momentum’s values and vision – that no family with a seriously ill child should have to cope alone.

· Comply with hospital policies around dress code, infection control, and health and safety.

· Attend team meetings in-person and online across London and Surrey.

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.

We are looking for a farm assistant who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s day service, which includes adults with varying learning, physical, and mental disabilities (or different abilities). This role will include:

 · Delivering the day service activities every Monday and Thursday, which include supporting our day service to care for our rescued and rehomed animals, sports, woodland activities, gardening, arts and crafts, and public facing activities.

· Deliver life and employability skills boosting sessions alongside the public, such as pop-up cafes and fundraising stalls.

· To carry out animal cleaning rota responsibilities alongside the day service,

· To support the farm education lead in the day service achieving AQA awards through day-to-day activities.

· To support the education lead in giving tours/pre visits to new adults with learning disabilities,

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

· Relevant qualifications and experience in animal management/social care

· The flexibility to work Mondays and Thursdays, with the opportunity for more hours possible as the programme grows.
