We now have an opportunity for a fixed term Performance Marketing Specialist to join us at Battersea. This role is responsible for delivering, optimising and evaluating Battersea’s digital advertising campaigns, specialising in paid social advertising channels such as Meta and TikTok. You will implement and manage large annual media spends to support the achievement of strategic objectives and individual campaign targets.

We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to manage the development of Brand focused digital media plans, from media planning through to implementation and end of campaign reporting. You will be required to deliver against performance targets and establish paid social activity as a key acquisition driver for teams and objectives across the organisation. You will also advise and recommend the best use of the platforms to hit performance targets.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will need excellent creative skills, and strong experience in developing campaign strategies and implementing a busy social media advertising plan, with a proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple ad platforms.

Senior CRM Database Officer

Mencap have a fantastic opportunity in the CRM Database team.  We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training.  Mencap are seeking a highly skilled database professional who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about making the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability. This is an exciting time to join the team, as Mencap are currently in the early stages of a CRM Migration project, to transition from alms NET to Salesforce. 

As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data.  You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets.  In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides.  You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards. 

This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

We are looking to recruit two additional project officers mainly to help deliver our Live Love Later Life and Healthsmart services whilst providing organisational and administrative support to help these run smoothly.

An exercise qualification and experience of delivering health checks are highly desirable. However, if you do not hold these qualifications you will need to undergo a chair-based exercise qualification and blood pressure training. Applicants need to be willing to undergo this training. They also need to have the confidence and enthusiasm to deliver exercise to groups of older people whilst motivating participants that may have a variety of physical and cognitive challenges. Role outline and purpose  

Ensuring the delivery of The Trussell Trust’s vision to end the need for food banks in the UK by developing an in-depth understanding of Trussell Trust food banks in their area and using coaching and assist to build and hold productive relationships to:

· Develop and execute a strategic plan for reducing the need for food banks’ services locally.

· Work alongside local partners to increase public will for long-term solutions to end the need for food banks.

· Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders to assist evidenced-based policy change at a local level and feed into activity to drive policy and practice at UK wide and national levels.

Role responsibilities 

· Assisting trustees, staff and volunteers within food banks to develop their plans to end the need for their services locally through the strategic key areas of operations, volunteering, data, participation, church engagement, governance and stability, financial inclusion, stakeholder engagement, local influencing, referral pathways and signposting.

· Assist food banks to operate in a safe, legal and dignified manner (through calls, visits, training, meeting facilitation and our risk management and self-assessment processes) and assist the facilitation of good practice within the network and wider organisation (through cluster meetings, regional forums, road shows, webinars, peer support and internal meetings).

· Contribute to the development and promotion of support available to food banks through the Trussell Trust (including use of the digital hub, toolkits, partnerships and expert advice) and assist food banks with grant application processes, as required. 

· Develop and manage positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including local councils and anti-poverty networks, to ensure the Trussell Trust vision is understood and able to influence local decisions, whilst supporting and empowering food banks to foster these relationships locally.

· Work with food banks to ensure that local churches (including church leaders) are connected to and have an understanding of the importance of ending the need for food banks in local communities.

· Support the development, and lead on aspects of delivery, of projects with food banks and external partners that contribute to ending the need for food banks.

· Ensure the voice of our network is heard throughout the organisation through reporting, information sharing and participation in additional working groups and projects.

Person Specification 

Technical skills and minimum knowledge: 

· Competent and efficient use of IT, particularly the main Microsoft Office programmes. Previous experience of Salesforce or similar CRM system is desirable.

· Experience of working innovatively and creatively. 

· Experience of complex problem solving and responding to crisis situations. 

· Strong organisational skills and experience of managing competing priorities within challenging timescales.

Hillside Clubhouse operates an established Employment Advice (EA) service integrated into NHS Talking Therapies (iCope).  The programme aims to support Islington residents who are assessed within iCope and who require employment advice.

The EAs in iCope initiative was designed as an integrated employment and mental health service to improve both mental health and employment outcomes. EAs are part of the iCope team and work alongside therapists to provide employment support to help iCope clients remain in work, return to work, or find employment.  This takes the form of personalised support for the client backed up by an action plan detailing the client’s employment goals and the actions that the client, the therapist, and the EA agree to take to meet these goals.  

Overall aim 

iCope (Talking Therapies) is an NHS Programme that provides evidence based psychological therapies to treat people with mild to moderate and moderate to severe depression and anxiety disorders.  

The new Employment Advisor (EA) will work within the Islington NHS Talking Therapies provision. They will work one-to-one with a caseload of between 25-35 clients referred by NHS Talking Therapies therapists to find employment, remain in existing work if they are struggling, improve their working environment, return to work following sickness or positively leave or retire from work. 

You will primarily fulfil these duties by providing information, advice and guidance to clients who choose to receive employment support. The support aims to empower clients to make better decisions about their working lives, as well as communicate better with colleagues and managers in existing roles. You will also signpost clients to other relevant support agencies, as appropriate. 

This role would suit someone with a background in employment support, psychology, counselling, human resources, recruitment, or a desire to transfer their skills into the mental health support sector.  

Method of working 

EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

1. Engage a mixed caseload of clients at any given time serving 100-125 per year, with common mental health problems, to establish trusting, collaborative relationships to support them to find new employment or support them in, or to leave, existing employment. Support will be provided face-to-face in Talking Therapies settings, via secure online meeting platforms or over the telephone. 

2. Along with their NHS clinician, assess clients’ support needs with a view to creating, implementing, and adjusting a personalised action plan to help improve clients’ mental health and achieve their stated employment goals.

3. Develop and deliver a range of practical services to support clients to find work, including career guidance, job searching skills, CV preparation, application form completion, interview skills, advice on local labour market opportunities and advice on education and training to further their career. 

4. Provide guidance to support clients to stay in existing work, including advice on mental health disclosure, negotiating reasonable adjustments to existing workplaces, creating wellness action plans, and improving productivity, support to return to work after sickness absence or to leave an existing role with dignity, and signpost clients to organisations that can represent them (EAs should only look to represent clients in exceptional circumstances). 

5. Facilitate access to other advice in areas such as financial benefits, debt management, food banks and community food outlets and social housing providers, as necessary. 

6. Work directly with partners like Jobcentre Plus, other employment providers, employers, trade unions and employment agencies to support clients to stay in employment and secure employment opportunities. 

7. Build a constant flow of referrals from the clinical team to ensure a dynamic and mixed caseload.

8. Meet referral and performance targets in line with the specific KPI / SLA requirements of the service. 

9. Regularly attend team and other meetings as reasonably expected. 

10. Maintain accurate and up to date records of activity and outcomes in line with service requirements, ensuring both the NHS and Hillside Clubhouse databases are kept up to date and paperwork compliant.

11. Receive regular supervision and training to meet individual, team and organisation’s needs. 

12. Contribute to the development of a service that is locally responsive and supports minority/disadvantaged communities.

13. Comply with and actively promote all Hillside policies and procedures including Equality and Diversity, safeguarding and data protection. 

14. Perform other tasks as required by your manager. 

The role holder must also: 

1. Pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an Enhanced level. 

2. Possess excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software, as well as experience updating and maintaining databases. 

3. Maintain accurate and up to date records of activity and outcomes in line with service performance requirements, ensuring the IT database is up to date and paperwork compliant.

4. Receive regular supervision and training to meet individual, team and organisation’s needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Compliance, Risk and Audit to join the wider Compliance, Audit and Risk team at SIG! You will have the overall responsibility of keeping participants, residents, and staff safe. The team manages the development, monitoring, and reporting of several areas including but not limited to accidents, incidents, and near misses (AINMs), safety reviews, safeguarding, whistleblowing, complaints, policy and procedure, health and safety, internal audit, business continuity planning and data protection.

As The Head of Compliance, Risk and Audit, you are the lynchpin of the wider team, linking strategic vision with solid and accountable implementation. You will be responsible for developing the team in the broad space of compliance as well as in their own areas of specialism, ensuring that a transparent and accountable compliance framework is implemented and embedded in line with regulatory and legislative change.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. At least 2 days per week in central office (Islington) and our services which are in and around London, Brighton & Hove, Kent, Havering, Bedford, Luton, Nottingham, and Liverpool.
The additional 3 days can be worked from home. You may at times be required to visit a service more than 2 times within a week.

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Line Management and leadership throughout employee lifecycle this includes; Recruitment, Onboarding, Inductions, training, support and supervision, relations, wellbeing support, and other areas.
• Formalise Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to monitor objectives.

Safeguarding, Audit, and Compliance

• Oversee the compliance audits across departments and services, providing support, and follow up with operational teams on a regular basis.
• Oversee the Safeguarding infrastructure, deputising for the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) as necessary. Oversee complaints and other processes and develop these to ensure they are safe, fair, equitable, and fit for purpose.
• Support services with commissioner led quality assurance framework (QAF) inspections and those registered with the CQC to maintain their portfolios and ensure they are ready for inspection at any time to retain their registrations.
• Promote and support a positive whistleblowing culture, assist Champions, People and Culture, managers and the audit and compliance team on concerns raised and ensuring the whistleblower is protected.

Reporting and Analysis

• Attend and develop AINMs review meetings for maximum impact in terms of positive safety culture. Ensure the lessons learned from AINMs reviews, safety reviews, and safeguarding concerns are shared and feedback loops are closed.
• Review the collation and analysis of AINMs and Safeguarding alerts, developing the Audit and Compliance team, as well as other operational teams in reflection and root cause analysis

Data Protection

• Monitor the use of external data protection and compliance partners to ensure we maintain ICO requirements and maintain our Data Security Protection Toolkit Certification.
• Monitor and ensure integrity in document control, policy, and procedures as they are developed, reviewed, and published.
• Understand and support an Information Security infrastructure alongside additional teams in the organisation and support Managers and teams with training and challenges where necessary.

KEY CRITERIA

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in complaints and incident handling, safeguarding, data protection, and audits
• Proven experience in governance systems and structures which can include auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling, policy, procedure, and report writing
• Experience and/or ability to coach, develop, and manage direct reports
• Background in health, social care, criminal justice, and/or supported housing systems
• IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, and ability to confidently use and utilise Microsoft programs
• Adequate understanding of the importance and mechanics of document control and writing policy and procedure
• Working knowledge of health and safety processes and procedures
• Ability to write reports in a clear, readable format

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity. This free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and rapid response vehicles.

Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.

They can be rushed to the scene with life-saving support equipment to deliver advanced clinical care, usually only in the hospital emergency department.

We’re looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated individual to join a new role in our Compliance and Data Protection team.

The Role

Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Compliance Officer will drive the development of an improved Compliance culture throughout the charity whilst ensuring that we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Acting as a knowledge expert on compliance and promoting a culture of compliance within the charity in relation to data protection, fundraising and the provision of support services, by the provision of advice, guidance, internal communications and training.

· Assist in the development of new training materials and communications relating to Data Protection and Compliance including overseeing the relevant intranet pages.

· Help to review existing processes and policies and assist in the updating/development of these, along with tracking changes in the external environment that may have an impact on these policies and procedures.

· Overseeing, managing and responding to queries from the departments different inboxes including those for Data Protection, individual data rights requests and data breaches.

· Project managing a number of key actions from an external review of the organisation’s Data Protection practices.

· Assist the Compliance Lead and Associate Director of Legal and Governance in producing ad hoc and annual compliance reports along with any annual submissions to regulators, 3rd parties or external bodies.

You will have experience in, or be able to demonstrate:

· Knowledge of Data Protection and willingness to learn in other areas of compliance

· Experience of working in charities, not-for profit or healthcare sector

· Experience of senior stakeholder management and confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders
